UnitedLayer team and their newly named CEO, Abhijit Phanse promise you the world to get you and then will do anything to empty your pockets and screw you in the process. Since the re-branding of the new company, UnitedLayer (www.UnitedLayer.com) has been nothing but worst service and Worst Management around. Since the new website and new CLOUD services offered by the Indian innovator of the company who prides himself by graduating from Stanford University. Support is fair at times but being pushed all the time by our new sales rep for new services has made us cancel services in their San Francisco colocation and next door to Telx.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
UnitedLayer is now running out of India since the CEO, Abhijit Phanse is also Indian. Support and sales is completely outsourced there as its cheaper to operate. We had a couple of tickets with their support staff and it was really tough to understand the response from UnitedLayer's support desk as we experience about a 2 hour downtime with the "United Private Cloud" they offered us. We have since moved on to another provider with better support and uptime.
We used to be a customer of UnitedLayer until last year where support went to crap and management did nothing about it.
