UPS I am waiting a package since 11/29/2017

I have ordered a cell phone from T mobile for my son They shipped it 11/24 and UPS Tracking ( 1Z30VV881265992773) was showing it would be here on 11/29 it was not arrived wed.Thur. Tracking showing they had tried to deliver on 12/01 at 1.35 pm I was at home no one knocked or ringed my door also there was no any notice I informed UPS via twitter twice .there is no other way to reach them When I try to chat there is a virtual assistant is giving the same information to tracking number and advise me to contact with sender I contacted with T mobile they checked to Tracking and informed me about it ! I tried to email it asked me claim number which I don't have Each day my package is showing out of delivery to my address or their access point but never arrive I am feeling my package close me! but I don't know where is it? please find my package

UPS west columbia south carolina hub

This facility is very bad my packages have been setting there since 11-29-17 it is now 12-4-17 and still no information on when it will be delivered. This place either needs to be under new management with new and more more workers or shut down because I know I am not the only person that is having the problems with this facility. I have 2 packages but they are worth 4000 dollars and I am so very upset at this time.

Everytime I order any packages it seems it flies thru facalties very smoothly . I usually pay extra for 2 day shipping but, when it arrives at the west Columbia, sc facalty the scanning stops. I've already had lost packages from this hub and currently waiting to see if a departure scan comes up on a package that is suppose to be here tomorrow. I dought very seriously I will receive this package on time if I receive it at all. The higher ups of UPS need to do something about this.

UPS ups next day service

I'm expecting package to arrive 12/1/17, i did track it on their website and it shows out for delivery. That never happened, i called UPS they said there was some delays so it will be deliver Monday 12/4/17. Again it was not delivered, they said they attempted to deliver but nobody to receive the package. Which is not true ‘cause my daughter and my mom were both in the house that time, i think they even did not go to my place, since there was no note or message that was left on our door.
I called again they said it will be deliver 12/5/17. Very upset. UPS needs to be boycott.
Service "SUCKS". Now i don't know when will i receive my package.

UPS delivery

I was supposed to get my delivery on Friday 12/1/2017 at the time it said out for delivery and today Monday 12/4/17 it still say out for delivery it's 9.30 now and I called customer service after 30+ minutes waiting on hold I been told that it's rescheduled for tomorrow! Now my problem with the sender I only have one week to return if the size wrong and in out of time hopefully it will be the right size but if not I will not be able to change it or return it.

UPS ups driver

Delivery time 6pm, dropped off item near Kittridge st and eton street in Woodland Hills CA 91303. Driver blocked drive way as i tried to turn and once i started exiting he stepped on the gas as to hit my car and then started honking, driver also had the courage to flip me off and yell profanity with my child in the car. This was very disrespectful and not how a ups driver or delivery person should act as i got off my car to try and get Lic# driver sped off

UPS delivery lie

I was expecting a package in the mail to arrive 12/01. It was shipped via " Next Day Air Mail" today is 12/04 i have tracking my package all day at around 8 pm they claim they have attempted to deliver which is absolutely no at all true they did not come at all. this is always an issue with ups they never deliver on time and caught them just tossing my packages by the door. I have been getting no where calling and tracking my packages. these ups workers where i live are abusing their overtime and not delivering packages at all because it was also out for delivery yesterday as well. please solve this matter asap it does not seem fair to treat people and their packages this way at all! UPS ups policy of not accepting u. s. currency!

December 4, 2017, 4:00 pm

I went to the local UPS office this evening to ship 2 small packages. I handed the clerk a U.S. 20 dollar bill for payment. I was told UPS no longer accepts cash and would only accept either check or debit card.

This is a further lowering of customer service. US currency is LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE. It seems to me someone at UPS has decided UPS is willing to sacrifice customer service for cost savings. TERRIBLE MOVE.

I will not use UPS if at all possible. I will promote the boycott of UPS until this stupid, decision and policy is reversed.

UPS delivery keeps getting changed

Where are my packages? I ordered in plenty of time, in fact I did so Thanksgiving day.. My dates keep getting changed . Although I did receive 2 pkgs of the order of 5, the others keep getting the dates changed.. I have to sign for these pkgs and today makes day 3 I have had to stay home and sit around and WAIT. I have another pkg that has sat in Alabama for over a week and was suppose to get that last week and will not get that ( supposedly) for another few days) So I asked a UPS driver, what gives ? He said, it means they have too much stuff and they cant get it delivered.. My suggestion is HIRE more drivers because this is getting to be a bunch of BS.. Once I get my pkgs I refuse to use UPS anymore.. Worst service ever !

UPS ups driver for routes in whitinsville

Im contacting you about a driver named Jeffery curran. My family and i live at 20 high st whitinsville ma. We used to know jeff years ago when we lived in Natick ma. Some how he ended up on a rt that included us. I simply ask that you advise him to drop his packages and do his job and only his job before i start getting really pissed off. I wont go into detail just tell him do his job and leave my family alone or else..

UPS ups driver

Hello,
I was receiving 2 packages today that both required signatures. I have a gated fence, but since I knew I would be receiving these packages I left it open for the driver. When the driver came I was waiting for him to come to the door but he never showed. As I go outside to meet him to sign for my packages, I see him leave and see that he left my boxes in front of my gate for everyone passing by to see. He did not bother to come inside the gate and get my signature. My packages were left in plain sight for anyone to come and steal. I'm greatful that I was here at the time because I don't know if my packages would still be there if I wasn't home.

UPS driver

I received a package delivered to my residence at 10:30 PM 30 Nov 17. My tracking number was 1Z7171680350695840. While I do have a concern about such a late delivery time my biggest complaint is the driver used my yard to turn around in. I have a circle driveway and when at 8pm the package hadn't showed I moved my vehicles around. Doorbell was rung and before I could get to the door he was already gone! I noticed the marks in my yard the next morning. I don't expect to hear anything back but that driver doesn't need to come back to my house again!

UPS driver etiquette

Today an employee was driving recklessly through my subdivision. It's been happening too often this holiday season. I'd guess today he was easily going 35mph in a 25mph zone. There are young children in this neighborhood and it's less than half a mile from a school. The driver was also swerving around cars erratically and driving through the leaf piles on the edges of the street.
Luckily today I was outside and took a picture of the license plate. The number is BA26006 and it's a Michigan plate. My grandfather was killed by a UPS driver years ago and I'm fearful waiting to have this happen again. I don't know if it's the supervisors pushing these people to rush deliveries or rogue employees trying to finish work early, but this is truly deplorable behavior and I'm worried an innocent person will be victim to this recklessness again. I have the picture saved with the plate number if it's needed to follow through on this complaint.

UPS ups driver obstructing line of sight for pedestrain and driver at intersection due parkjng at red zone and block cross walk

Incident happend on December 4, 2017 at approx. 10:36am in front of Tapco Credit Union in Tacoma. (Delivery made 2 Tapco) 2802 6th ave. Driver is white male, at least 6ft plus dark hair. UPS driver was obstructing line of sight of an intersection for pedestrian and drivers Due to parking in red zone n blocking cross walk. Almost got in an accident.

UPS delivery/customer service

First you say my address is incorrect but FedEx can find it just fine. Second, my shipping address was changed without my request from CA to VA, the shipper only has the CA address so I don't know how they would have done that. I called to request the package be held in San Diego. I called again to confirm if it was available and was told it was at the pickup location then drove there to be told they didn't have it. Got an email saying it's scheduled for delivery in VA, I'm still in San Diego. I called the service number but they were useless. Worst service ever

UPS negligence of dispatcher/ups driver causing packages not get delivered

I live in Virginia Rd, Los Angeles, CA, 90016.
I have contacted UPS multiple times about packages status getting delivery status as "The street number is incorrect." Where as the address is correct. I do receive some packages from UPS without any issues. I have reported previously that the dispatcher is not sending the package with driver with correct route. I have put in complaints, been to UPS center few times, still the issue is re-occuring. This is making life miserable. Sometimes i receive packages, sometimes i dont. Please fix it.

Some example packages for which i had issues are

Where as below package didnt have any issues at all.

Address on all of the packages are exactly same. I dont have any issues receiving packages via USPS or Fedex for the same exact address.

UPS next day delivery

I Ordered a product VIA Amazon on 12.1.17, I paid extra to have the purchase shipped next day AIR I live on the East Coast. I recd an email from Amazon iNDICATING THAT That the package would arrive by 8:00 the next day.Now when I checked the UPS Site it indicated that it would arrive by 12:00 Noon. Like others whom have complained I lost an entire day and really needed the product being delivered by the next day, Needless to say the these clowns not only didn't deliver but then after complaining to Amazon the status page was manipulated to appear as though the package had not arrived at their shipping facility. These *ss *hole* are simply not given enough competition and this is what happens. This the second Instance in which this s*it has happened. I will in the future start to specify another competitor if/ when this option is available. Also can someone please explain to me why the **** does Amazon use call centers in place that cannot distinguish the dam time zone the customer is in.Or why in the HELL do the UPS Clowns have a chat client on their website that closes on Weekends before 12:00 midnight EST. *uc* them

UPS package delivery

On Dec. 2, 2017 around 4:00pm, a UPS driver (Caucasian male) with MD license plate that appeared to be 64S886, truck #666049, THREW our package which was a box of tables on our steps. This was witnessed by a visiting family member and the noise was heard by another family member. He appeared to be very upset. He was blocking the street and did not like the fact a family member blew their horn. It appeared he was taking his anger out on the family member by attempting to damage OUR tables. This is unacceptable!

UPS terrible delivery

Of course with the holidays coming up i did what millions of people do; i ordered my 3 year old and my 2 year olds christmas presents online. It is so much easier to manage everything with time by using the 2 day shipping. As busy as my family and i are i had payed for 2 day shipping through UPS! so i could track my packages and knew someone would be home on the EXACT time of delivery. Well not only were we home and outside waiting we watched the UPS driver go to out neighbors house ( who thank god were not home) we started to walk over their because i knew it was my packages and before i could get over their he sped off ! he had not only ignored our hands waving and us yelling but left my kids christmas presents on the front porch of our neighbors house! called to complain and got nowhere! meanwhile my other packages have not make it yet and it was getting late. was supposed to arrive before 8pm! i called yet again to find out what was going on and how come my tracking order has not updated. no answer called again and their was a delay and they did not transfer everything to a new truck. soooo now my 2 day shipping that i paid almost 100$ for on all my products turned into maybe 3-4 days and now 5-8 days! i am so frustrated as i have had to take time out of work and raarange my schedule! UPS SUCKS! btw my house is right on the highway in plain sight we only have 2 nieghbors in the middle of nowhere! i deffiantly reccomend using some other postel service this has made me disgusted i just hope my kids christmas that i paid nearly 1800$ on arrives at MY house sometime this year! (sarcasim intended!)

UPS package not delivered on time

I received a mail from UPS at 9:21 a.m today(12/2/2017 Saturday) saying that my package is out for delivery. I had to cancel all my plans and sit at home to receive the package. It was important for me to receive the package today as I had to take it to another place tomorrow. I waited until 7:30 p.m and after I called the customer service, I got an update saying it will be delivered on Monday. I wasted my day waiting for the package. The representative whom I spoke with told me that I will be getting a call back from her supervisor in an hour. It has been 30 minutes passed an hour and I haven't received any call.

I am really mad at the UPS service. I had to call the UPS customer service to get to know that my package is not going to be delivered today. There were no updates about my package until I called them asked for the update.

UPS never show up for scheduled pick up

I scheduled a pick up last Friday(12.1), and requested for a shipping label for the shipment, the representative on the phone said I need to prepare a check for the shipping fee, and the driver would bring the shipping label. The pick up should happen between 9am to 5pm, no one came. After my second call, the driver came up with no label or tracking number, he said he knew nothing about this pick up and he would ask for more information then came back. However, he never came back. I called once an hour from 5pm to 9pm, got the same answers saying they promise I would have my package by the end of day, and there would be a local manager contacted me later. I waited all day at home until 11pm, no phone calls, no drivers came back. Then in the early morning today (Saturday), I called in and was told that the driver could come by 12.30 pm, I waited until 12.30 pm, I made several phone calls and was told by a supervisor saying I need to walk into the nearest store to drop off, but the store refused to accept saying they have nothing to do with the shipping center. I felt so angry and continued to call the service center, then someone told me I should expect a pick up no later than 5.30pm today. It's 4pm right now, I guess I need to give a 10th or 11th call in one hour.
Never use UPS for pick up service in LA! This is the worst experience I had for a shipment! They can not take the responsibility for their words and they never keep their promise! I deferred my conference yesterday and cancelled a meeting today expecting for the pick up, ended up with wasting of times!
