UPS delivery service/driver

I have the same delivery guy in my neighborhood. From previous experience this particular driver is rude, let's start there, He delivers packages almost everyday to a grocery store and Im waiting for my packages but for some reason once he's finished delivering to the store at 9am my package is delivered at 9pm Iam directly across the street! Why and how is it possible to have to wait 12 hours for a delivery when he was already here directly across the street.This morning the same exact thing happened and he has a helper? He delivered a package to that same Leonel Mini Market and Im waiting for my delivery directly across the street and he pulls off and goes somewhere and now i have to wait until he comes back which will what ever time that is. This driver is rude very cocky when you ask a question and if you ask is my package on the truck he waves his hands at you. Im sick of it and Im sick of him. Getting package delivery shouldnt be this difficult or frustrating. And what's even worst if that helper ever decides to become a driver for this company he will provide the same service that this driver is showing him. Which will be very sad for this company. You guys should be ashamed of this service and this employee!

UPS no delivery/poor customer service/no update of info

1ZA428W24422449541 - I ordered a package using overnight Saturday air with UPS. Package shipping information, via UPS.com, stated that package would be delivered on 11/25/17 before 12pm. Now, since this is a holiday weekend, I did not expect to hold UPS to this timeframe of before 12pm because I am sure that after Black Friday they are very busy. However, when you provide a service to a merchant and their customer, you are committing to a provide a service for them. UPS's customer service rep informed me that the package was received in my local area too late (Note: package arrived in Queens, NY at 7:21am, and in Brooklyn, NY at 8:00am). The representative stated that the package arrived too late and the driver had already left the facility. Well, that may have been the case. But to not update your tracking system for the consumer to know that this took place is extremely poor service and the lack of communication between your two facilities knowing that packages drop-offs were delayed, etc. by a few minutes shows lack of care and concern for those you service. Merchants should allow customers to select their own carriers because FedEx provided much better service in my area.

UPS package delivered to wrong address

I was sent an email telling me my package had been delivered to my porch, well first I was at home and the doorbell never rang so I went outside to check my porch and no package, well I immediately called UPS and told them that I did not receive my package .This is not the first time this has happened with UPS I have regularly received packages for a company that has the same house number but different street name and have complained overtime and had them pick up the package and deliver it correctly.Why can't they hire competent people who can read.I have complained so many times I don't know what to do.I am now seeking legal advice.

UPS poor customer service

A delivery person just came to my home, delivering a package. My whole house was made aware of this because of how he pounded on my door. I opened the door, as he was leaving the porch and had to call out to him as he still proceeded to leave (now back at his truck. As he approached and I was signing for the delivery, I attempted to inform him there's is a bell (so that he wouldn't go around beating on customers doors). He quickly snaps back at the same time motioning towards me very aggressively. He depresses the bell and I noticed he had mashed the bell back into it's socket, rendering it stuck and inoperable.
This is poor customer service and needs to be addressed quickly before situations escalate and get out of hand. I was able afterwards to dislodge the bell and it works just fine.

UPS ups driver

on 11/20/2017 the merchant did not provide the apartment number so I added Apt C, on 11/21/2017 UPS states there was attempt and that was a lie. I was home all day and looked at camera plus there was NO notice on door. On 11/22/2017 UPS states that there was a second attempt, which was a lie once again I looked on camera and was home all day and again No notice. Spoke to a rep she put in claim and the local UPS rep called stated it will be delivered on 11/24/2017. It was delivered but not too my place. I was home all day and I looked on my camera. Either the driver does not know his route and/or is not paying attention and dropping packages off any where.

UPS "sorry we missed you..." with no attempt to deliver

At 10:09 am on Friday, November 24, I receive an email while sitting at my desk that UPS package (Tracking # 1ZV6225Y0493177936) had a delivery attempt. I contacted UPS immediately since I neither received a call from the dialed to buzz the driver in or a call/text on my mobile # which is clearly posted in two locations at the front door and above the building dialed to be used for Doc.ai deliveries.

UPS unethical behavior by a driver

I had a problem with my UPS delivery. If the person who gets this message would forward this letter to the appropriate manager, that effort would be appreciated.

There is a problem with one of your drivers. He not only did not make the delivery, it is evident that he falsified the record to make it seem like he attempted to.

I purchased a product from New York City with a promised delivery on November 22, 2017. I received two E-mails from UPS confirming that.

Delivery was scheduled, by UPS, to occur from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It was important to me that I receive the package before Thanksgiving and, consequently, I stayed close to the front door. By 7:00 PM, no one appeared at the door. I checked my computer to find an E-mail sent at 5:47 PM stating that there was no one at my house (at 5:10 PM) to sign for the package.

This is not true.

From approximately 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM my partner and I were in the living room reading, and we were about 10 feet from the front door. The door bell was never rung. In addition, we would have heard and seen a truck pull up to our house. I checked the door bell and it works perfectly.

No attempt was made to deliver this package to my house despite his claim to do so.

At 7:00 PM, I contacted UPS and was promised that someone would call me within the hour so I could arrange a pickup that night, but I never received a call. Perhaps UPS closed early on Thanksgiving eve. If that was the case, then I should never have received that message that pick-up was available.

I want to discuss this further. Please have someone call me at [protected]

UPS delivery left at wrong house

I placed an order for something I needed prior to Thanksgiving weekend and I paid extra for it to be received Wednesday, Nov. 22nd. Not only did my pkg rcv no priority handling and was out for delivery for 11 hours before being delivered, but it was delivered to a neighbor's home. The UPS dispatch in Nashua, NH called and said the driver clearly remembers a blue Chevy truck in the driveway, however, I don't have a blue Chevy truck. This morning, I realized I can see a house through the woods that has a blue Chevy truck, but I am very uncomfortable on Thanksgiving going to ask if they have my pkg. How is it that with gps technology a driver can deliver a pkg to the wrong house, especially when their house #is clearly wrong if he had read the mailboxes. The drivers typically cannot even walk my pkgs to my front door and leave them at the end of a walkway in lieu of taking 15 steps to put it under my front overhang so they leave pkgs in the elements, or throw them up against my garage doors. This is just clearly someone who does not take pride in his job and rushes. I am a customer, I pay for services and I am disgusted with UPS. I order a lot online and they are the worst at taking care with your orders. With the volume of deliveries to my home the driver SHOULd know my house, but they don't because they don't have a regular driver.

I wait in the living room right by the door every day to get my return picked up. Each time, no knock, no ringing of the doorbell. I just find a note that they missed me. Today, 11/22/2017 at 11:04am, I caught them walk up to my door, leave the note once again without notifying me that they were there. The man ran back to the truck and went to drive away until I yelled for them. They were still hesitant to pick up my package; talking to each other, trying to drive away. I'm very disappointed in who UPS decides to hire. These men do not set a good image of UPS.

UPS not deliver my packages

Dear Mam/Sir:
Last week on Nov. 14, I ordered 8 boxes health food from Kyani Inc., and 10 lb. Blue Mountain coffee from goldstarcoffee of ebay. I have not received the 2 items that I suppose to get them today! After check with UPS package tracker from their website, I found out that UPS delivery people never sent the package to my house! Instead, he changed my address himself without my permission! You can take a look from UPS' website. The track number is: 1ZA59V486844448278, and 1ZF1627Y0350958335 . I have no job now and I am in home everyday. That means I won't miss the packages if he send the items! I do not know what to do to get my 2 packages? Thanks a lot.

UPS my complaint is that I was supposed to get my package delivered today by end of the day and it did not get delivered.

All day today 11/21 I was informed by UPS agent as well as thru tracking information that my package is in transit with tracking 1ZV5F1016769553399 and will be delivered by end of the day today. At 11 pm today when I call the agent he told me my package did not even get on the delivery truck today and now it will be delivered tomorrow 11/22 by end of the day.

This is very disappointing and poor customer service on part of UPS. Why tracking information was given wrong all day. Why should I wait now all day tomorrow to receive the package. I would like my package to be delivered tomorrow 11/22 as early as possible and not to wait till midnight again. I understand due to holiday season packages can get delayed but it is UPS responsibility to inform the customer when package did not even get on the truck and providing false information on online tracking.

UPS terrible substitute driver

A substitute driver dropped off my Christmas photo cards (two medium sized boxes taped together) at the end of my driveway, instead of bringing them to my house the way my usual driver does. It is 450 ft from house to where the package was left. There is no reason why he did this except his typical laziness. We have a circle drive up by my house, for anyone to use. All other deliveries of ANY kind use this circle drive at the top and there are never any issues. This happened at 4:12pm on 11/21/2017. We were home, yet he dropped off the boxes down at the street instead of coming up to our home on Harvey Lane in North Coventry Township, Chester County, Pottstown, PA.

The sad thing is I've called the depot where he drives from to speak with the manager, and supposedly he's been "spoken to, " yet this still happens. I would say this is the 6th or 7th time over 3 years. I just want him gone from delivering to my home. He's been given ample time to learn from his mistakes.

UPS mailman broke my gate lock to come in my property

Mailman broke my gate lock to come in my property! I want a refund to buy a new lock! This is trespassing and your mailman shouldn't be coming in my property. He should ring the bell instead! There is a doorbell right next to the gate but he did not ring it. Instead, he broke the gate lock to come in and that is not acceptable. I want a replacement lock or cash to buy one that you guys broke.

UPS unsafe driver

I'm sure hues in a hurry doing his job but the driver of this truck nearly ran me off the road. He was very close to my vehicle and I was already speeding to try not to get hit by him. Everytime i sped up he did too, he didn't give me an appropriate distance until he sped passed me after about a minute. I ended up behind him for about 10 more minutes as he was continuing to speed down the road. He sped through residential roads and construction and he doesn't seem to understand the power he has in such a large vehicle. I believe he needs a reminder to not lay his foot so heavy on the gas pedal before he seriously hurts someone.

UPS driver

I was just driving in Kansas City Missouri and a UPS driver with Kansas plates 612727 was driving 45 mph through a 25 mph work zone and switched lanes with no signal and forced my brand new car I just bought off the road and then about 100 yards down the road they cut off another car and forced them to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting the truck. Absolutely unacceptable! What kind of [censor] are you people hiring to drive trucks?!

UPS unethical behavior

We have had the most impolite ill-mannered delivery UPS Driver assigned to the route that delivers at 6785 W Russell Rd #210 Las Vegas, Nevada 89118. When asked his name he refuses to give it to us. When asked his managers name, he states he is the manager. I find it very unacceptable the way he talks to the the receptionist in the front office. This has been on going issue since he picked up an important document ( car title ) that was not scanned in front of us and ended up getting lost around October of 2016. We have tolerated his unprofessional etiquette until now, On 11/20/2017 around 11 am he delivered 3 boxes. ( see below )

We have asked multiple times, when he delivers heavy boxes to please set them on the floor. Instead he continuously stacks them on the front desk counter. Today I asked him to please set them on the floor and his response was .. " they're not heavy " and he walked away. Since our missing title issue in 2016 we also have requested he scan packages in front of us and AGAIN, . he refuses to do that. His reply? " I'll scan them when I want"

We have dealt with UPS drivers for along time here at The Powell Law Firm, It is a shame that this UPS Delivery driver represents a company as great as UPS.

We kindly request you remove this driver from delivery at our office,

UPS ups vehicle blocking traffic driver very rude would not move vehicle

Driver deliberately park vehicle blocking traffic so he could unload truck even though there was plenty of spots to park the vehicle out of the way not to impede traffic flow. Because of the way he parked vehicles had a back up causing a hazard. Only after taking photos of the situation did the driver move the vehicle. Driver did not have ID on him but said his name is Josh

UPS driver blocking entire road unnecessarily

Driver blocked the entire road both direction unnecessarily. I could not pass while she delivered packages to multiple houses. When I asked her to move so I could pass in between deliveries while she was back at her truck she said "you're going to have to wait". She could have parked in a way so that I could pass but seemed not to care.

I'm on Fair oaks Street typing this while I wait for her to deliver packages so that I can pass.

UPS undelivered package

my package was delivered to 90 bakers st i live on 90 bridge st luckily the women turned my package into the post office and i was able to recover it but im very unhappy with ups the package clearly stated bridge st not bakers st i had to drive 10 minutes out of my way to get it the company i ordered from personal creations should use a different service my ups tracking number was 1zw513xo0313271219 i didnt pay 11 in shipping cost for this to happen

UPS parking and driver safety

Around 4pm on Nov-17-2017, a UPS truck was parked in the middle of my driveway leaving barely any room for me to actually pull into. When approached about being more cautious about parking, the driver became defensive, was very rude, and used belittling terms like "like girl." The truck number is 153965. Delivery area Shady Acres, Houston, TX.

I am not writing this complaint because of a single occasion, on a daily basis I see UPS trucks parked illegally. These trucks make no effort in pulling to the side (for my area in particular, it is usually gravel or grass parking spots), and instead stop in the middle of the road wherever the delivery needs to be made. This is not only an inconvenience to the residents and other cars, this is a huge safety hazard to the UPS drivers as well. For example, a car going around the UPS truck cannot see the lane adjacent due to the height of the truck and he or she is forced to maneuver around a now very narrow, single lane road; any person (say, a UPS driver) out of view and in harm's way. This is not a hypothetical situation, I have seen this near miss happen.
