UPS unsafe driving

Today around 12:10pm I was nearly hit by one of your drivers who made a left turn across traffic as soon as the light changed rather than yielding to traffic going straight through the light. This is not only unsafe but it is illegal. Didn't get the truck number but the incident occurred at the intersection of Spring Valley rd and Summit ave in Montvale, NJ. I though UPS held its drivers to very high standards of professionalism and safety, but this is apparently not the case.

UPS ups lost my package

What was supposed to be an overnight air express has turned in to now a missing package, it is the third day now and still no word. The 800 number I usually call, those people, I spoke to a number of them during the first day asking where my package was and first I was told it was at my location and it wasn't, then the next person said it is still in the state I purchased it in and that it will be to my location by 6pm that day, it wasn't, then a few more just did not know anything, told me if/ maybe it will show up the next day. So at that point I did not have a good feeling about it. Let me explain that these items are not items that can be replaced, company cannot just send a new one. But I do have to say Brian and Mel at my local Farmingville location are outstanding employees and were and are very helpful and showed compassion to my situation, they are awesome! But the situation is very upsetting and I just can't believe they lost my package. It was picked up and then what?

UPS package

I ordered a blanket from amazon 2 days ago I've been tracking the package since yesterday. Well today around 5:45 I saw ups come in my neighborhood and passed my street but when I went to go track the package again it said delivered and there was no package on my porch. This is the second time this driver did this. Now I have no package and have to wait for a investigation which I shouldn't have to do I needed this package today and I'm really pissed off ... I would like to have my old driver back . I need something to be done about this driver...

UPS delivery driver

1. UPS delivered a package that was not mine. The name and address were nor even similar to mine and the other person lives almost a mile away. I was nice enough to deliver the pkg to that person, as I had the hardest time trying to find a way to report this to UPS.
2. I live in a small cul de sac with only 5 houses on the entire street. Today, I happened to be on my porch and heard someone flying down to the end of cul de sac, turned around and sped up the street. There was a toddler playing in front of their house and this driver was OBVIOUSLY agitated, the way he was driving. With only a few homes, the distance to read the end of street isn't far, so he had to have be stomping on the gas when he took out turn. He passed by a parked car so closely! The speed limit through here is not 50 mph and maybe it was the same careless driver who dumped the wrong package on my porch last week and nearly got another kid walking in the neighborhood. The next time I see him flying through here, I'm calling the police and or filming it to report to the news station. I can give you specifics on dates and addresses, if anyone reads these messages. I had a family member who was killed by a person driving recklessly on the job, so I don't take these things lightly and neither should you

UPS delivery driver left without giving me my package.

11/16/17 4:46pmDelivery driver came to deliver my package. He rung the bell, i answered & buzzed the bell(I live in an apartment building on the top floor with an elevator) I asked if he got in & if he was on his way up.He refused to come up. UPS damaged package

Package was received in a box which was obviously struck with something.
Looks like a fork lift. Upon contacting UPS in Longwood we received a case number and told we would be contacted within the week. Upon second contact we were told there was no complaint. UPS wanted to pick up the package by a driver without having it inspected. We did not agree and wanted it inspected first. We have reached out to the sender and had no response. Why should the sender care. He sold the item and has been paid. The item was damaged in shipping and it is not the senders problem because by law UPS accepted a package with no damage and delivered a damaged package. The delivery was witnessed by a neighbor and it was delivered damaged. We are now waiting for a inspector and have not been called.

UPS unethical and incorrect information by your clearance staff

Tracking No. 1z5952776759152636 sent by Customer in USA and contents being mutilated garment samples. Per Govt of India Notifications, being registered exporters, we are permitted duty-free imports of such samples. Gave pre-alert thru your website to yr Customer service, alerting them for dutyfree clearance and advising them to take whatever supporting documents required from us. First response from [protected]@ups.com on 7 Nov 17, just circular giving details of UPS services; no documents asked for. Second response from
Roney Rojario, UPS Customer Support 8th Nov 17 advising package still not recd in India - once again, no documents asked for. Third response over telephone on 13 Nov stating list of documents required. All docs e-mailed 13 Nov, duly acknowledged by NETHRA N UPS-BLR 080-[protected]. WHY DID THEY WAIT FOR ONE WEEK TO GET OUR DOCUMENTS THEREBY DELAYING THE DELIVERY? I once again reminded them package must be cleared duty free. Surprisingly, MADHAN.U, UPS JET AIR EXPRESS conveyed to us that shipment has to be cleared upon payment of Duty ONLY. I once again asserted, giving reference to the Notification number of Govt. of India whereby dutyfree clearance permitted. Only THEN the package was cleared dutyfree. WHY DID YOUR AGENT GIVE WRONG INFORMATION THAT DUTYFREE NOT POSSIBLE? If we had not asserted our right and not referred to the specific Notification, your agent would have insisted in clearance upon payment of duty. GROSS MISINFORMATION given by UPS agent, amounting to virtual cheating. Why did they take more than six days to ask for the supporting documents from us? Requires thorough investigation to avoid similar problems in future.

UPS requested for a pick-up but didn't come

I paid for a pick-up on my package thru online for 4 PM to 5 PM.
Our UPS driver Randy who does our area came to pick-up the package at 2:30 PM. I was not ready with the package so I told him that I requested a pick-up at 4 pm.
He left and did not come back.

I complained thru customer support UPS on phone at 5:30 PM.
They told me they would arrange a pickup tomorrow morning, but no one came. I had a chat with UPS support who told me that they will call me an hour. They did not call back.
I called UPS support 3 hours after the chat.
They said they will give me a call back in 15 min.
Did not give me a call.

I had to drop 3 packages that weighed 30lb each to nearest UPS location which is 30 min away.

Did not even get refunded for the pick-up.

UPS scheduled pick-up

Scheduled a pick up for several boxes between 3:30 and 5pm for Johnson & Wales, Harborview, 1150 Naragansett Blvd. Cranston, RI. Was there with boxes waiting since 3:15pm, by 5pm no one showed... placed several calls to UPS, was told someone by UPS canceled the order, they would call driver, someone would call back, etc.
Long story short, the last person I spoke to by the name of Brittany from the local UPS was extremely rude, loud and short with me and might as well called me a liar and said no one was there with boxes and UPS had been there twice. Very offended and shocked that Brittany would treat any customer that way. Worst customer service I ever experienced. After the call, the UPS driver finally showed 10-15 minutes later.
Not interested in using them in the future.

UPS damage claim #[protected] denied by ups

i shipped a brand new Fender acoustic guitar to Marty's Music store in Annville, PA on 10/24. on 10/27 a rep. fr Martys Music emailed that he received the guitar, unpacked it and saw that the top of the body was cracked. I had fortunately paid for insurance to cover 350.00 because UPS has lost my packages in the past. I called ups and got a damage claim initiated and the UPS rep told me to have the receiver repack it for shipment. Martys Music rep. REpacked the damaged guitar and UPS picked it up on the 30th, shipped it to E. Peterson, PA for inspection. My damage claim denial letter said the guitar was not packaged properly but it was the receiver and not me who repacked it for the inspection pickup.The inspector did not see how I had packed it for original shipment. When the box and contents came back to me it looked nothing like it was packed when I shipped it. Much of he packing was missing and misplaced. Can you see how UNJUST this system is that someone else's packing determined my claim being denied? and why even offer insurance ?

UPS manager

I'm complaining about my dept. mngr. Anthony Brown. My contract with UPS supposed to end in the end of November 2017. Yesterday, as of November 14 I was coming to work to get my things from my cube since Staffing agency informed me that my contract has ended. My mngr. never told me that my last day will be Monday, November 13. It's not fear to do like this.
Without any words telling to me he decided to interrupt my contract with UPS. Moreover, yesterday when I came to UPS building security didn't allow me even to enter building and go to my cube in order to pick up my own staff. Instead, I was waiting 30 min to get somebody from security come to me and explain me that I'm not allowed enter the UPS building.
This a shame of my mngr. Anthony Brown, to do like this. He knew I had problem with my left foot long time and couldn't walk to users perform my job. I did my work very well. I did as much as I could trying not to walk a lot since I have a lot of pain in my foot when I'm walking. This discrimination and I want report this incident to upper UPS management.
Please make note of this and take any necessary disciplinary action against Mr. Anthony Brown. IC dept. manager.

UPS delivery

I ordered a winter jacket for my son. I paid extra for 2 day shipping because that was the fastest shipping that was provided. It took 7 fricking days to arrive! Hello, I needed it sooner and paid extra to recieve it sooner! My package has been sitting at the ups office for over 24hrs and I'm being told I cant pick it up in person? This entire situation has costed me $250! My order was $120 with the 2 day shipping charge, plus the coat. Then I had to go out and buy another coat to compensate for the week my son was without a winter jacket! Thanks a lot UPS! You suck! I will NEVER use you fools again!

UPS driver

hello. I'm concerned about our usual route driver..he's been around for approx 2yrs if not longer and is still terrified of our two yellow labs which he has claimed in the past to be vicious attack dogs. Our FedEx driver or us postal driver have never had a problem with them and they have NEVER attacked or bitten anyone. Our dogs do have access to go outside at will and have free range of the yard but do abide by an electric boundary. This driver is by no means in any danger but I'm afraid he will eventually claim otherwise. I do have him on video leaving our packages by the the road thus leaving our purchases vulnerable to damage and being stolen. I appreciate your feedback regarding this manner and would hope that this matter can be resolved. thank you.

UPS surepost delivered

I order packages AND pay for delivery. Sometimes UPS gives my package to a local post office that doesn't deliver where I live. So the package gets sent back. Surepost is the dumbest thing your company has ever tried. I hope Amazon starts their own delivery service someday. Also, I'm aware of your $40 per year premium service that I can sign up for that allows me to pay an additional $3.50 to get a package I have already paid to have delivered - what a scam.

UPS a driver

I just encountered one of your rudest drivers. He blocked the road so no traffic could go through -- TWICE. I politely and audibly asked him to move his vehicle over just a bit more, and he just ignored me and took his time. When he moved his truck again, he did nothing to let the four cars behind him pass. In the meantime, traffic was building up behind me and cars were trying to turn around because he blocked the same road, twice, for EIGHT MINUTES. There were openings along the road, he just chose not to use them. This is very frustrating when you are just a block from your house, and have just been through rush hour traffic. I get that driving a truck in a city must be difficult, but you should not obstruct the road.

I have attached two photos: one shows the truck's license plate (Maryland 2BC2841), and the other shows how my car could not fit through the gap the driver left.

I sincerely hope something is done to help this driver park effectively while doing his job, so he doesn't obstruct rush hour traffic, or traffic in general, more.

UPS urgent! termination required - truck driver ran me off the road and almost ran me offer

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Eddie S. Today, 11/14/17 at approximately 10 am in San Jose, California, a UPS 2-trailer truck driver taking the exit ramp from 101-N to 880-N nearly ran my car over and then dangerously ran me off the road onto the shoulder. This is an extremely serious matter that put my life in danger and the driver needs to be terminated immediately! The licence plate on the back trailer was "P113645" and I was only able to get the last digits of his front license plate from my rear-view mirror. It had an "Amazon" title on the license plate and the last 2 digits were "XXXXX-80."

I was in the exit lane of 101-N exiting onto the 880-N and the truck driver cut me off and inserted his 2-trailer truck in front of me, and with 2-trailers I couldn't fall behind or else his truck would run me and my car over. I honked to let him know I was there but he kept going. I honked 10 times and he ignored me. I waved my hand out the window to let him know I was there or else he would have ran me over, killing me! It wasn't until the car behind him also started honking that he stopped and realized his mistake. And what's worse, once he realized I was caught in the shoulder he continued to honk at me, yell at me, and flip me the middle finger. He had no remorse for what he did. He continued to follow me when we made it off of the exit ramp onto the 880-N, he then cut me off again and threw a small hard item out the window that hit my windshield. I believe it may have been a coin or a small pebble.

He put my life in danger and may have caused damage to my vehicle. Not only was there debris on the shoulder that I was forced to drive onto because of your driver, but he may have also damaged my windshield. I will be taking my car to a shop to ensure no damage was done. If any damage was done, your driver and your firm must be held accountable.

He put my life in danger by almost running my car over and forcing me to run onto the shoulder. I was in danger and worried for my well-being.

The licence plate on the back trailer was "P113645" and I was able to get the last digits of his front license plate from my rear-view mirror. It had an "amazon" title on the license plate and the last 2 digits were "XXXXX-80."

I will be checking in regularly to ensure that that driver is both disciplined and terminated.

UPS import billing

We wrote 3 checks COD for an import order on October 18. We gave those checks to the driver that dropped off our packages. Anytime we get an import we are expected to give the driver a check with absolutely ZERO documentation from the drive. No waybill, no proforma, nothing. All three checks cleared our company bank account on October 24. UPS still shows the bill as outstanding and now past due. I called on November 7th to question the issue and after being shuffled through 4 different departments, finally got someone in international billing who told me that she saw the where the bill had been paid, but the payment hadn't been posted to our account but should be posted by Friday, November 10. Today, November 14, I called international billing directly. I was told they could do nothing unless I took the time to go to my bank, get a copy of the front and back of the cancelled checks and submit them. I explained that it would take 4-6 weeks to get that from my bank and that it would cost me money. The person I spoke to expressed much disbelief and did everything short of calling me a liar. I explained that the bank sent copies of the front of cancelled checks with my statement and I would be happy to send those to her along with the cover page of my bank statement. I was very curtly told that was no good and she would have my "representative" call me but there was nothing else she could do. It would take 48 hours for my representative to call. I joked that it took 48 hours to get a call back but she didn't believe it took 4-6 weeks to get a cancelled check sent to me. She told me to stop being rude. Absolutely horrible customer service, horrible import issues. I avoid using UPS for imports (much of my business) for this exact reason.

UPS delivery drop off

My name is Connie Prevatt. A UPS driver just dropped off my package just at the road instead of bringing to my house as usual... It is 350 ft from house to where package was left. There is no reason why he did this... We have a circle drive for anyone to use. This happened about 10:50 this morning. We were sitting on porch ad he dropped off heavy package. My address is 4155 Snell Road Bartow FL... 33830...

UPS my box was damaged

The box so that I would be able to return my Zoll Life Vest Deffibulator was damaged. The items that were included in the box were wrinkled and in disarray. There's even a hole in the box, which begs the question how will I be able to return the items I needed to return. This type of service is very unacceptable and someone should be held accountable.

UPS delay in parcel (transcript) progress

The parcel(transcript) was sent on my behalf by my school and the intended destination is Toronto Canada. According to the information available as regards to the package progress on the tracker it left Lagos on the 8th of November and arrived Louisville, KY, US on 10th of November. Four days after arriving Louisville the status has not changed. This is a big source of concern . Kindly treat as urgent. The tracking number is W5218782670.
