UPS failed 2nd day air delivery

I am so mad at UPS right now. I paid 2nd Day Air for a small camera scope was to use on a job over the weekend. It was to arrive on a Friday and the package never arrived. I checked tracking at 7:30 PM and the site stated package delivery attempt was made at 7:04PM Okay so our business has cameras at the front door. I checked the cameras. There was NO ONE there for the entire hour and before from UPS.

I could not perform a time sensitive job over the weekend and the people I was going to do the job for went to someone else. I am so peeved at UPS. I called them that Friday evening and they said they were going to find the driver...no return call and it is Saturday morning. They cost me around $200 for a job I was supposed to do this weekend and that does not include the supposed 2nd day delivery. I would understand if I missed the package but this was all their fault and no acknowledgment from them, not even some type of reimbursement for a job I missed due to their negligence.

Thanks will do. I guess even if the driver has discretion, at least I have proof (or no proof seeing the driver was not there) that the driver never showed up but the records on UPS said he did.

UPS missing package

Hello, I am very upset. A package was suppose to be delivery today but I was not home to receive the package so I called the UPS store located in Hialeah, Florida (6001 E. 8 the Ave) and stated I will come to the store and pick up my package. They informed me to come in the same day at 7:00 P.M.. I arrived at their office at 7:00 P.M. I was told that they had to go to the next building to pick up the package. I waited over an hour and was then notify by the supervisor that they can not find my package. I am veer disturb because the package had my prescription. The evening supervisor told me I had to wait until Monday and speak with the morning supervisor. Please assist me with this matter. Thanks in advance

UPS my package that is being held without my permission

I'm 6 months pregnant and UPS has stressed me out for 4 days! I'm calling my local news channel, my doctor and lawyer! I paid for 2 of the same product sent in 2 separate packages but the exact same items sent through UPS from T-Mobile to me. I requested that both packages be sent to my local access point UPS store at 924 Bergen Ave, Jersey City, NJ. On 9/24/17 the first package processed is STILL being held at the Secaucus customer service location with out my permission I have no way or desire to go there! Tracking: 1Z2E3A241300867363 for the 1st package & there are NO RESTRICTIONS from T-Mobile for them not to send MY package that I PAID FOR to the access point that I need it to go too! My 2nd package of the exact same item processed on 9/25/17 tracking number 1Z2E3A24130091946 was sent to 924 Bergen Ave, Jersey City, NJ from this same location in Secaucus, NJ & I went to pick it up on 9/26/17 with nooo issues. I'm totally stress the Secaucus location sent T-Mobile an update that they attempted to delivery the package to my home on 9/27/17 at 8:19AM but that was FALSE! This is the worst customer service ever and I am going to my local news channel to spread the world about UPS!

UPS ups store #4740 and #1453

I live in Goodyear, AZ. My husband and I are in the process of opening our new business. We needed to open up a business mail account before our go live date. Today, Wednesday September 27 we went to your UPS store #4740 to open up an account. There was only one sales person behind the counter. Well she was in the room talking on the phone. We wait about ten minutes for her to complete the call. When we explained that we wanted to open a business mail account she said she was alone and didn’t know how to do it and for us to come back in the morning. I asked her to call someone. She did and when she got off the phone she said she had called the store manager. Her answer was the same. We were asked to come back. I cannot tell you what a huge inconvenience this is. I don’t feel that you should even be open for business if you cannot provide the full services. The sales person was polite and apologized but that did nothing for my problem. This doesn’t end here. We just went to the next UPS store UPS Store #1453 and again there was only one-person present and he also did not know how to set up a business mail account, he said he was new the same as the other store. How do you leave new people who don’t know how to do anything to run an entire store? Shame on you UPS. I think you have a problem with your UPS Stores here and there needs to be someone in there who knows how to provide all the services all the time or just close. I am a business owner and I need reliable service that I can count on.

UPS ups driver

I live in Woodco Dr. In Waycross, He. And just this morning about 10:05 I witnessed the UPS driver go down my road at a high rate of speed, WELL OVER WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GOING TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO Pheobe Lane. It is a dead end dirt road and not much traffic comes down our road. I have 2 small dogs and I have grandchildren that may have ran into the road. This driver was going at least 55 mph down this road, easy! There is no need to drive that fast. He needs to slow down the next time he comes down this road or i will be forced to get truck information and contact the authorities, after showing them a video of his crazy driving. Please contact this person and ask him to slow down!

UPS non delivery

Waz told I had a pkg coming today which contained my medication, delivery was told to me between 9am and 7pm, i waited at home for several hours, as of 7pm still never received my pkg Spent 45 minutes on the phone was told it would b here by 9, the driver claimed there was no such street address, I've been living here for 21 years, it is now after 10pm the ofcice is now closed, and I still do not have my meds. I would leave, but for some reason, i have to sign for them which I hv never done before. I contacted Caremark and told them never to send my meds thru UPS again.

UPS delivery driver ineptness

On [protected], I was expecting a delivery of a piece of equipment packaged in two boxes. One box weighed about thirty pounds and the other was a little over one hundred pounds. I happened to be in the backyard and walked around the house to see the UPS truck parked in front. The driver had delivered one box and was walking away towards his truck. I expected him to deliver the second box but instead, he drove away. I figured it would be in the next day's delivery.

Later that day, my husband called Customer Service because when I looked on your site, it said the package was delivered, and there was no note of when the second box would be delivered. My husband said he had "to push lots of buttons" to get someone on the phone. Whoever answered hunted around and finally told him the second box was refused and was being returned. Needless to say, my husband hit the roof. The only reason we can think of that would prevent its delivery is its weight.

What kind of delivery service refuses to deliver a box because it is a little too heavy for one man? Ever hear of a two-wheeler? Or setting up another delivery time? Or at least communicating that the second package was being returned? None of this happened. The driver simply walked away. By the way, I believe he saw me by the front door before he pulled away, so he could have said something then but didn't.

Today is 9/22. One week has passed and still no second box. I finally called the vendor, who said she would deal with UPS, but I felt I should voice my complaint also. It's bad enough the driver didn't do his job correctly, but then to lay the blame on us (we refused the box, is what he claimed on his records), is too much. Your reputation is in jeopardy with such inept delivery service.

UPS delivery service and customer service

I purchased and item from overseas which was then sent promptly to UPS I provide a business address for UPS to deliver to. I was unaware that I had to actually pay a fee for them to deliver. They tried to deliver this at 8.00 to a business address which naturally I wasn't there to pay this fee as business hours are usually 9-5. I chalked this up to misfortune. I then called UPS and them that I would pay them cash on delivery and told them to deliver at 10.00 the next day which they said they would do and I received an email confirming this They didn't deliver at 10.00 on 21st September and I called them a few times and they insisted it was a guaranteed delivery and would arrived by 5.30pm, when this didn't happen, I called them again, and again they guaranteed that it would be delivered by 7.00. I wasted an hour an a half for this and they did not arrived. Again this did not happen and they did not arrive or deliver at all on that day and I called them upset explaining this, they apologized and I informed them to deliver at 10.00 in the morning. They again delivered at 8.00 while I wasn't there to pay them in person as I informed them that I would do about 5 times so I still haven't received my package. I've tried to lodge a complaint as they are not following the simplest instructions, yet, each time I've been told that I would be contacted regarding this, and I haven't be contacted at all. Finally I believe one customer services agent actually listened to me when explain how the simplest instructions could be follow and called the driver and found out that as he's in the area at that time, he's just going there at that time even though he knows it's a business and there is no one there to pay him the fee. The agent asked him to redeliver to my address again as it clearly states deliver at 10.00 and not before I the agent told me he just said no. The agent would like to lodge a complaint as I explained that if I didn't do my job properly in the first place, and if I asked to do it again and just said no, I'd probably get fired. Please let me know what can be done the company does seem like it can actually reprimand somebody for not doing there job correctly and are not to sure if they can recompense me for them wasting my time. I still do not have my package and it's been four days now.

UPS unprofessional behavior from ups employees not respectful towards ups

To Whom it may concern,

The subject of the current email is not the packet itself (order number 1Z2V62936802677380) but more about the services of your company in Greece (and only Greece since I have been using UPS in different countries with no issues at all).

I have placed one (1) order via Amazon and the order was split in 3 packets, one of them via UPS. Two packets have already arrived although UPS Greece sent the packet to a different region address. The address of the original order was Greece, Kozani 50100, Paleon Patron Germanou 17 and under tracking details the order was attempted to be delivered in Koropi Athens. The delivery time frame is not a problem at all and I ensure you that I am not contacting you to claim anything and normally I wouldn't have contacted you about this. What triggered me to update you is the following facts:

- This is not the first time the exact same situation has happened (unfortunately I was not able to track down the previous details since under my Amazon orders there are no more details about the tracking of the packet although in case you would like me to provide you my details that may help you find it internally I would be more than happy to provide you with any details)

- Under the current, in progress, order after I have contacted the sender, who informed your company about the situation, under the tracking details someone in your offices in Greece marked the order as follows:
"20/09/2017 8:45 The company or receiver name is incorrect. This will delay delivery. We're attempting to update this information."

As mentioned above, I have placed one (1) order to the same destination and the sender just split the order in three (3) deliveries and since the other packets, from different companies have been already delivered and the fact that under my account I can see and verify that the delivery address is correct, I cannot see how the packet was marked as "Invalid Address".

Taking under consideration the above as well as the fact that the exact same "flow" has happened in the past once, I would strongly recommend you to check the quality of services in Greece Branch since the above attempt to "cover" a clear mistake (please check the map for the 2 locations and you will understand) is totally unprofessional and offensive towards myself that is why I would like to bring it under your attention.

Allow me to repeat one more time that I am not after any claim and all the above is not a general complain about UPS but ONLY about your offices in Greece specifically.

UPS payment for fastest delivery option

I ordered some business cards and paid for the fastest delivery option. I received a message it was going to be delivered by UPS Czech Republic on Tuesday 19th September.

I specified in writing a delivery time via the UPS online system. Despite this, UPS tried to deliver the parcel after, not before, 2 PM.

I called the number on the UPS InfoNotice left in my postbox, and was charged extra for calling a special charges number. But it was an answering machine stating UPS had changed their number, and to call another number, for which I was charged again, obviously.

According to the UPS website, I am to "use this InfoNotice to tell the driver what I want to do with the package" and "place it back in the same location where the driver originally left it" (!). Back into my personal postbox, lol? How long is it going to take before the driver finds it there, lol?

I called UPS and was told they won't deliver before 2 PM, on any day, even though their working hours are 9 AM-7 PM. So, I had to collect the parcel the following morning from their depot in the outskirts of the city. When I said that I had paid for fastest delivery option, I was also told I *HAD NOT PAID* for the fastest delivery option (!).

Within seconds of reading the above, the business card company issued me with a refund via PayPal for delivery.

Within seconds of reading the above, UPS Customer Service wrote: "I am a little unsure of how to further assist you further..." Later, "... please tell me what you need sorted out..." And later, still: "You did not explain to me what you needed. If you can take a moment and tell me what you need, I will do all I can for you." (Anthony)

I advise everyone against using UPS as a delivery company in the Czech Republic - as they are useless and rude.

UPS substandard ups driver service

I was expecting a delivery from J Crew through UPS. I had my front door open because I received a text this morning stating my package was out for delivery.

Consistently UPS delivers deliver packages to wrong addresses (my family has owned this building for 40 years so I know the history), they leave packages on the steps instead of at the unit (it's a 12 unit very small complex), or most concerning, UPS drivers deliver packages to USPS blue recycling bins below the mailboxes.

I heard the UPS truck pull up but I did not hear the driver drop my package outside my door. He dropped it downstairs. I came outside and said where is my package as he was walking off to the street where his truck was. He said are you expecting a package? I said yes. He said it's for #1 as if he had dropped the package for the neighbor downstairs. I went downstairs to check, and it said my address with my correct unit, # 3 on it, AND actually he dumped my package in the recycling bin, and took off. He looked sheepish like he was caught as he was walking away. Unit # 1 did not even receive a package so this was deliberate.

This is concerning because this is not the first package left under the mailboxes in the recycling bin. Someone could throw it away mistaking it for an empty box needing to be recycled. A driver like this gives UPS a bad name.

Even still in this moment he hasn't entered that the package has been delivered, and it was delivered 45 minutes ago. Usually the packages say delivered in my emails, and I receive a text requesting a rating from J Crew.

My desired resolution of the incident is for the UPS driver to be contacted, and informed a complaint was filed against him. Put it in his file. Consumers pay UPS money for packages to be delivered safely for J Crew. I will contact J Crew and let them know about the delivery service as well. They are a big company and I am sure they won't be pleased. Your drivers need to take pride in their job and respect your customers. I would also like UPS to contact me and let me know how the issue was resolved.

From a distance the UPS driver had dark brown hair, and was caucasian probably in his early 30's.

UPS constant drop off at address inconsistent with address on package

Our location has several addresses which are separate entities and becomes inconvenient and could lead to lost packages if not delivered to the correct addresses.

This is has been a continuous battle with your driver(s) who claim that they have instructions to drop off at a different location when our office at 12745 Oriole is closed. There has been no such instruction and if there is, it should be rescinded. They may leave the package at our doorstep.

Please remedy this situation for us because we do not want to lose or suffer delays of any of our UPS deliveries and it is inconvenient when our offices have to constantly call each other regarding misdelivered packages.

UPS ups customer center waco texas

We live at 404 Meadow Mountain drive. I run a business out of my home. I am constantly having packages delivered by UPS. There is another address in our town at 404 Shadow Mountain Drive. Both of these addresses are in Waco. For three years we have had an issue with our packages going to the other's house. It has reached a point where my business is losing money because we are having to re order parts. I have contacted the Customer center and spoken with a supervisor who tells me there is nothing she can do. I ask to speak to a manager and am told he is not there. (He is NEVER there) and he NEVER returns my calls. Something needs to be done about this issue before I have to take legal action and seek compensation for the money I am losing due to your company's inept ability to take care of this issue.

UPS customer and delivery services

This is formal complaint, submitted via E-mail after attempts to communicate verbally and via your chat system.

On 9/19/17, I attempted to pick up my medications for diabetes at your local office at 3:30 pm after your delivery service fail to deliver my medication to my home because I was not at home. Apparently, I am expected to wait by my door the entire day to sign for the medicine.

It should be noted the delivery time on the notice was not recorded on the infoNotice.

InfoNotice [protected].

At 3:30 pm, when I attempt to retrieve my medical supplies at our local office in Cheyenne Wyoming, I was informed the delivery truck would not be back until 7:00 pm, to late for my return.

I was informed that the package of medical supplies would be redelivered the next day, but there was no way to identify the time of delivery, any where between your opening time and closing.

This puts my medicine on your truck for a period of 48 hours. This occurred before and the medicine had to be returned due to heat damage.

At the time I was in your office, I noticed a rather large sign stating "Home delivery at my schedule" when I inquired about this service, I was referred to your office manager, Shannon,
who could not explain the advertisement, the policy and procedure behind the advertisement or the method in which I could establish a set time i.e. 9-12 or 1-3 for home delivery. As I pointed out the advertisement, she rudely and abruptly left stating she did not wish to argue.

At 4:00 pm that same day, I contacted UPS at [protected] and was placed in contact with Shannon. I informed her that I would file a formal complaint. She informed me to contact [protected] and dial two 0, which I am sure you are aware does not work.

After multiple attempts to submit a verbal complaint I contacted Ms. Eds to relate the above story, I did ask her to record the phone call. Later, I file a complaint via the Chat box on your home page.

I believe, your computer system should have a specific area to file concerns or complaints.

I am asking for:

1. A specific time period on a delivery day, to arrange to be a home to sign for my medication.

2. A formal apology.

3. A method to have a long standing request to just leave to packages at my door, so I do not have go through this unpleasant action again.

4. The establishment of a effective method for costumers to contact your service about specific concerns.

UPS delivery driver's attitude and signing out unauthorized packages

We manage a new high-rise in Uptown, Dallas. There are two UPS driver's (one Asian and one Hispanic) who are not doing their job according to policy. We have watched them on video surveillance park in front of the property for a couple of minutes and leave. One of our tenants complained he received a notification email stating his two parcels had been delivered but UPS drove off without delivering them as the resident was in the lobby watching this transpire. This past week and today we have witnessed these drivers deliver parcels and driving off without getting the signature of our concierge or employees that are standing there watching them leave. Last Friday the Asian delivery driver got really upset with our morning concierge in front of another tenant and the tenant complained that he needed to calm down. There are too many inconsistencies of bad behavior and illegally signing out without knowledge.

UPS driver

As I was walking my dog in Grandview heights a ups truck parks in the middle of a 3 way intersection. when i said he was in the middle of a intersection his reply was "chill out man". when i take a picture of the truck he proceeds to tell me his friend is a grandview police officer and i need to back off. then he starts saying i was harassing him and started taking pictures of me. and to top it off he kept saying "come on - lay a hand on me i dare you!". never once did i say anything threatening or anything more than "your parked in the middle of a intersection". Truck #149813. I am making a complaint with the local police dept. asap.

UPS truck driver

On highway 81 heading north in upstate New York the lanes started merging. Right beside me was a car and behind that car was a ups trucker. Everyone is merging and the land was ending due to construction. The ups truck driver purposely sped up to cut me off while I was trying to merge and with me already being half way in his lane upon completing a merge, he decided to go over and around out of the lane to get right on the side of me to cut me off. Basically pushing his way back in front forcing me to go and hit a cone in order not to cause an accident. I took pictures of the guy and the truck. This could've turned out horrible, but he wanted to cut me off even though he saw everyone merging and I was already in front of him. This happened right by Newark ny on 81 at or around 3pm.

UPS package lost

I mailed a package almost 2 months ago with UPS. When I checked the tracking on this package I noticed the package had not moved in several days so I called UPS for information. I was informed that my package was lost and that they would begin an investigation. I have had to call UPS now on at least 5 occasions regarding this situation and have had 3 investigations open on this and still I have NO resolution. I was assured that a supervisor, Nikki A at [protected], would be calling me to discuss my complaint. After 3 weeks I have yet to hear from this Nikki or anyone else at UPS. I still do not have my package or reimbursement for THEIR loss! This company has the WORST customer service by far of any deliver service I have ever used! I tell everyone to pick another company because UPS does NOT care about it's customers.

Don’t EVER buy shipping insurance from UPS store; THEY WILL NOT PAY for a claim, despite them not delivering and shows as much in their system.

Last location of my package was at the UPS distribution center, never moved from there. They had to do a search for two weeks, never found the package, never delivered and refused to pay despite me purchasing shipping insurance. UPS says the insurance is purchased third party at the UPS store and the UPS stores are not owned or operated by UPS. so they are saying UPS stores are NOT really part of UPS despite having a UPS sign on the building.

UPS is a criminal company.

UPS carrier never delivered mail

The individual that was suppose to deliver an order that I placed never delivered my mail and stated that I refused the mail on this day. While my wife and I were hombre all day I honestly find this an issue and something needs to be done, the of this package were of great importance and I had to go out and pay another fee just to get it from somewhere else more expensive.

UPS truck driver

At 9:50 pm of September 15, 2017 I was driving on the highway and one of your truck drivers got upset because I was driving speed limit so the driver decided to turn on their high beams and blind me not once but four times and the forth one your driver kept it on for at least 40 seconds and my 6 year old child was in the car as well . Your driver could have caused me to have an accident. The license plates is a Indiana plate and the number is P451692 .
