SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

United Parcel Service of Canada [UPS]lost package/terrible customer service

UPS sent me 2 different pick up locations, neither of the locations actually had my package. Ive made three attempts so far on the customer service phone line to find my package. They take the information, say they will call right back. They never call! I am currently on hold for 1.5 hours. This is totally unacceptable, I will NEVER ship with ups again.
