UPS delivered to wrong address

Re: Tracking # 1Z9453750343668807

Walla Walla UPS Center Manager decided that instead of delivering the package to Garrison Middle School (906 Chase Ave, UPS would deliver it to the school district print shop - the rationale was that school was out for the summer and no one would be at the school to receive the delivery.

In fact, the school office is open all summer - and the package was $800 worth of science equipment for a summer program at the school site.

The published delivery date was June 15th - I stayed at school all day waiting for the package, checking the tracking data. Late in the afternoon, I saw that the package was marked "delivered" and left on the "dock", signed by a name I did not recognize. After getting through the phone prompts, I was told that it was delivered to 55 Reser Road, not 906 Chase Ave. I told the agent that I needed that package redelivered and wanted a call to my cell phone - which I was told would happen within the hour. I never received the phone call.

When I came to the office on Monday morning, there was a message from the Walla Walla center stating that the package was delivered to the print shop for the reasons previously stated.

The bottom line: I need the equipment delivered to the original address because summer school training begins on Monday.

I do not understand why I was not asked if it was acceptable to deliver the package to another address. I do not understand why UPS can make assumptions about the contents of a package and where it should go. Vernier sent the package to me, not someone else.

UPS packages going to my neighbors

Please help me with this. I live in Kansas City, Lees Summit. My neighbors are getting my packages. Thank God they are honest and bring them to me. This has happened in past and recently three times. I live 1553 SW Fredrick Dr Lees Summit.64081.
Three times it has been delivered to 1533 SW Fredrick Dr, Lees Summit 64081.
The packages are clear with number 1553...not 1533. Can you do something about this as I do a lot of shopping on line. Christine Wagner

UPS credit card charged for revised delivery date that was never delivered! wtf

Date of Incident: 6-16-2018
RE: 1Z9176494226144843 Ebay Shippment

Do not participate and/or perform any UPS online functions to revise your delivery date to a different specified shipping delivery date. This change will cost you $5.50 with no resolution.

There site does not specifically disallow days that cannot be honored to deliver your items. There site will allow you to choose a revised selected date and inform you that everything is fine, of course all of this after taking your money first.

At least have the decency to reflect the truth on your site and not allow date changes that can't be honored! You SUCK!

I expect my item to be delivered to a place/site of my choosing and at the time I so choose. Otherwise I plan seek legal advice to pursue this in small claims court and notify the proper authorities of possible fraud, including eBay and similar outlets.

UPS delivery driver lying about attempting to deliver a package!!

I ordered a package on amazon yesterday and paid extra to have it delivered today. I tracked the shipment all morning. Even could see where the delivery driver was using your gps tracking locator. When I thought I would be getting me package because the map showed the van near by, I instead got an email stating that someone attempted to deliver my package but no one answered. First, I find it strange they wouldn't leave the package if this were true because it did not need a signature and amazons shipping labels state on them for the carrier to leave package if no one responds. But secondly, I've been home all day and they never came at all. When I saw the email at 11:30am, I first looked outside for a notice of attempted delivery. There was nothing, because no one attempted to deliver! I immediately called you customer service number. I was told that they would contact the delivery driver and I would get a call within the hour. Now at 1pm I hadn't heard anything so I called back. They told me that they had contacted the delivery driver and that they would be delivering my package later in the day. 5 hours go by and still nothing! At 6pm I called customer service again, and again I was told someone would contact me. Another 2 hours go by. Now it's 8pm so I called again, for the fourth time! They guy tries to call the delivery warehouse, but tells me that no one has answered. Then tells me that I'm not getting my package. I told him I want you to remburse me for the money I spent to have it delivered next day and I was told I would have to call back on Monday. As if I haven't already been totally incovenienced enough today!
1) the driver needs to be reprimanded for not doing their job and then lying about it!
2) you need better customer service. The people on your Facebook page don't help at all. They tell you to message them and then they don't respond! Also the last guy I talked to at 8pm tried to tell me that someone from the ups store called me earlier, and that NEVER happened!
3) I demand a refund. Why should I pay for next day shipping when I didn't get my package. I paid for a service and you did not provide that service. Plus, I wasted my entire day trying to get this stupid package! And your representative wants to act like it's my fault because I called at 8pm. Wtf! I called four times today!
I guess next time I'll just have to use your gps locator to track down the ups truck. By the way, it's cool that people can see where the truck is, but extremely unsafe for the driver! I would feel extremely uncomfortable driving around a truck full of package knowing that a bunch of people know where I am.

UPS reckless driving

I live in Orlando, Fl and a UPS driver on Saturday June 16 around 11:30 AM on Alafaya Trail near University Blvd nearly hit me driving well above the speed limit. They proceeded to cut me off and slow down quickly in order to turn turn soon after. There were 2 open lanes of traffic that the driver could have easily merged into earlier without risking rear ending me. The license plate was GEJ 872.

UPS unethical behaviour

UPS finally delivered my 2 cartons today. The service is getting very bad and incompetent. First they claimed that my packages were misplaced in the UK. Then when the packages were finally in Singapore, UPS claimed that they would not be able to make the delivery on that day, despite me calling them earlier to make the arrangements and the staff assuring me that the delivery would be made, because there wasn't anyone around at the address. The thing is that they didn't even attempt a delivery. If they had, they would have realized that the delivery address is to my residence and not the office. This is the second time that they have tried to pull this stunt. They then informed my wife to self collect the packages since i needed it to be delivered by today. When she reached their warehouse, they told her that only 1 carton was available and that the other carton was with the delivery driver. I called them again to verify this and they told me that the package was on it's way back to the warehouse at my request. I didn't request for this. I told them to get it delivered to my home but they claimed that the packages were at the warehouse. Fortunately my wife didn't make her way back to the warehouse because a while later, the driver showed up at my home. Despite all this, they still sent me a notification saying that the package was delivered to me and that it was left with the guard. I haven't got a guard or a guardhouse at my residence. Please inform your staff to stop making excuses, lying or pushing the blame to another individual and just look at resolving any issues.

UPS west coast mail center at 13654 victory blvd (the manager "fernando")

The Manager "Fernando" at West Coast Mail Center at 13654 Victory Blvd. wanted to make a copy of my License even after my mother called to have me come pick up her package. I had to leave without the package since my license did not have the same address as my mothers mailing address . I had to go home and return with my mother. Before I left the first time I told him I would except an apology if he gave me the package since I had the UPS slip and my mother called to tell him I was coming. That was not good enough? As I read the reviews I noticed I was not the first dealing with this issue. I felt this individual was trying to illegally obtain my personal information for his own purposes since I knew he was not following the laws of UPS. He said he destroys the personal information after one month. I tried to explain he was breaking the law but he was also pretending to train a girl who he was asking her to write my license information down and she was trying to joke about my license saying she did not believe It was me. I think her 5 star review is right under mine. Her name is Joanne B? Maybe I should join the FBI? I did not find it funny and it was creepy. I hope many others read this to help them realize this business should not be trusted in our neighborhood if it continues to make costumers feel unsafe and harassed. I wont ever use this place. I would rather drive to Hollywood if needed.

What are the identification requirements for picking up a package from a UPS Access Point location?

You'll need one of the following forms of identification to collect your package at a UPS Access Point location:

A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, Norwegian credit card with credentials (photo etc.) or European Identity Card. The full name on the ID must match that of the package's Ship to label.

A government-issued photo ID along with a shipper-provided package release code (if required).*

If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID or another valid photo ID containing the full name and proof of connection to the address on the UPS label or to the named person (named person's valid ID or photocopy).

UPS driver

June 12, 2018. Between 3 and 4 pm.
I have a storage bench with a sign stating, "Package Deliveries" posted on it that I have set up for package deliveries by my front door. The driver, who refused to provide me with his full name, was placing them down along the side of my house. He had to walk passed my bench to do so. I told him that was not where I wanted them delivered and he shouted at me that there was no room to place the boxes in the bench. I said, "then place them on top" and he said that wasn't what the sign said. I then pointed out that the sign only said Package Deliveries, not to put them inside. He continued to argue so I asked for his name to lodge this complaint. He refused but sat in his truck making a phone call for several minutes. I am also contacting the company that shipped the boxes to me and letting them know how their merchandise was delivered.

Regards,
R.H. Walker

UPS never received my package from ups.

I never received my package from UPS. I checked the tracking info on the ups site.
It states it was delivered to my mailbox and it was not.
I tried getting additional information through the UPS website, and it is not helpful at all for this problem.
The tracking # is 1ZE04806YW12562899
I would really like someone from UPS to investigate as to where my package was delivered. I did not sign for it, and I'm assuming UPS didn't confirm where they drop off my package either.

UPS delivery

My address shows the street number and the notation "side door". I do not use the front door except on rare occasions. My driveway leads to my side door. Today I got a package - to the front door- and "side door" on the label was scratched out and written in by hand was "no time". ?!
1- If this was an apartment and the front door led to the upstairs apartment and the side door led to the downstairs apartment (easily done), the parcel would have been misdelivered.
2- The distance from the front door (up a set of porch stairs and across the porch to the door) is negligible to that of the side door. Saved 10 seconds, if any- maybe?
3 - The USPS delivers to my side door whenever I get a package from them - they normally drive into my driveway.

UPS delivery driver safety

Please have a talk with the driver of your delivery van Utah License Plate 005 XRX driving in Salt Lake City, UT at 9:20 a.m. on 6/7/2018. They need to be reminded that when changing lanes they do not have the right to merge into a sedan and force it to break and move over onto the shoulder of the road even though they are a larger vehicle. They also need to be reminded that unless they are completely in front of said sedan, the driver of the sedan cannot see that the delivery truck's turn signal is on and yield to them. At any rate, signaling does not guarantee right of way. Signaling when the other car can't see your tail lights its pointless. This incident occurred on the off ramp from I-80 onto State Street this morning.

UPS ups has registered my house as a business which is false

Every UPS package requires a signature even when the sender doesn't require one.
I have spoken to the UPS drivers and they told me to contact the corporate offices to complain about this and change this.
I live at 48 alkamont ave, scarsdale NY 10583
this is my home.
there are no business in this area.
all residential homes.
this thing with having to sign all packages occurred about two years ago.
I spoke to the local UPS office and they told me they will correct this but they did not correct it.

UPS re. ups delivery drivers poor service

For the umteenth time, the driver did not bother to deliver Amazon's package to my apartment... he just dropped it off at the manager's office. This happens 9 times out of 10 that I check on-line wondering why my package wasn't delivered as expected, and then I see that it was "given to receptionist" at manager's office or "left with Mr. Smith at front office ", etc, etc.
Now, I am 77 years old, have multiple medical problems, live alone, and rarely drive. I do most of my shopping on-line for those reasons, and I expect my purchases to be delivered to my apt. as directed.
I am at home most of the time, and all of the time when Im expecting a delivery, but your drivers are so lazy they just drop packages off at the nearest building, the manager's office, rather than go less than a block more to deliver to the proper address.
With UPS this happens no matter what is being delivered, be it books, microwaves, vacuum cleaners, etc. Because of this on-going problem I recently told Amazon that Im seriously considering refraining from doing any further business with them and pay someone (on my mimimal income) to shop for me.
Your drivers need to be inserviced re. what is expected of them and consequences given for terrible job performance. It would be an excellent idea to mail questionnaires to all your customers-- if you really want to improve customer satisfaction.

UPS supervisor throwing packages

On 06/4/2018 around 2:10 AM the part time supervisor Crystal, from the sort aisle at the Phoenix Hub got upset like she normally does because she brings her problems from home to the work place. She angrily with full force started slamming boxes on the belts while screaming an yelling. If it would of been a regular employee, not a supervisor they would of got fired immediately. I find it unfair for the customers expecting undamaged packages. I would not recommend shipping with UPS.

UPS a ups driver

I was driving east on I-20 past Haughton, La. We got about 5 cars behind truck #255485 who was in the passing lane beside another 18 Wheeler. He stayed beside that truck for a minimum of 3 miles, but probably 5 miles. It appeared that he wanted to stop cars from getting past, even when he could have gone on like downhill. He was going between 60&65 mph in a 70 mph. Traffic backed up for over a mile behind us. The traffic was not really heavy but became heavy behind us. It was single trailer 18 wheeler, the first part of the license # was P640. Other people were trying to get to work but were hindered. This does not reflect well on UPS. I do not want a driver fired but to give him a talking to.
