UPS delivery driver

1-8-19
I do not know his badge number or truck number. The driver delivers to Wisner, Louisiana
Today on his route on Brushey Bayou Rd. Around 1pm, I met him at a curve in the road, I got over and he came right at me running me off the road into a corn field. He never stopped and went on his way. Once I was able to get my vehicle back on the road I went to look for him, I met him coming back down Brushey Bayou Rd where I attempted to stop him and he drove around me waved and continued on. I blew my horn until he finally pulled over, I hollered at him he ran me off the road to which he responded "Yes ma'am I know, I am sorry" I then hollered you are damn lucky my 7 year old daughter was not in this vehicle he said " yes ma'am" I told him he better start paying attention in the curves and he responded "yes ma'am, I'm sorry"
He knew he ran me into a cornfield and didn't even stop, then attempted to allude me knowing darn well why I was trying to stop him!

UPS unsafe driver

Driver of Truck 665236 Oregon License plate 29678 was driving unsafe following us for miles almost on on bumper approximately at 9:30am pst on River Road in Hillsboro, OR. We were in a Silver Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and going the speed limite of 45mph. Several times he attempted to pass us with a double yellow line. The roads were wet and curvy. He remained very close to our car until we got to TV Hwy.

This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior for anyone especially at UPS driver!

UPS deliveries

The UPS driver for my home is a blond lady always wearing a visor. We have security cameras and she is always mumbling something to herself. She ALWAYS throw my packages. She got no gentle manners. All my packages are from Amazon and she doesn't seem too thrilled to deliver them and has already broken some items inside some of my packages. She needs more training on handling packages or get a new job if she is tired of this one!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Her attitude is not the one expected of a well paid employee.

UPS rude ups driver

I was waiting in the parking lot at the Serramonte Dicks Sporting Goods store around 6:30 pm Jan 2, 2019 when this rude UPS driver approached my car and proceeded taking pictures of my license plate with no apparent reason. When I went to confront him he cussed me out and was very rude and unprofessional. Prior to this altercation the driver was also using vulgar language, screaming and cussing while backing up in the parking lot. I found this very disturbing and rude for his profession of being a public servant. I took a picture of the truck license plate below in hopes of resolving this altercation. Thank you

UPS poor delivery time / bad business

My package (Tracking #121E71541292629017) left PA. en-route to Michigan, on Thu. 12/27. I selected UPS 3-Day Select Shipping. The package passed through PA. & OH, arriving in West Branch, MI. on Sat. 12/29, just 38 miles away from it's intended destination. It sat there at that UPS facility, idol, until Wed. 01/02, when it left at 09:35 AM. Approximately 7 hours later it was finally delivered. Even taking the weekend and a holiday into consideration, this is completely ridiculous and misleading. Why is 3 day shipping even offered when the West Branch facility can't handle such a commitment? It just sat there collecting dust on Monday with a destination of about a half hour away. I'm extremely curious to see what type of credible explanation can possibly be offered for such blatant inaction. In today's world, scams and online thefts are commonplace. Have we really reached a place in time where big, popular companies like UPS, that have been around and prospering for my entire life (1968), are boldly ripping people off with no shame or accountability to speak of? Unbelievable.

UPS mislead consistently

I was told that my package was going to be delivered on Monday, 12/31 by three separate agents of three separate occasions. One of the UPS agents even stated that the package was out for delivery. However, the package never came and after calling UPS, they told me that a supervisor would get in contact with me, but the supervisor never did! I finally got in contact with someone, but they stated that they were unable to help me and that I needed to call back!

UPS ups canada can't punch in a buzz #

I just ordered some phones from Fido and to save on the activation fee, I got them shipped. Worst idea ever because of UPS!

I called and gave them the buzzer number and they don't find it important to give it to the dispatcher! How dumb are they?

It's Friday Dec. 28th and they attempted delivery at 7 pm and didn't buzzer me so I didn't know when to get the package. So now, I call again and they tell me they can redeliver it. So I wait and call again around 9:30 but now the trucks stopped delivering and they're only gonna deliver it on Monday!

Always ask who the shipper is shipping from, if it's UPS, avoid it like it's the plague!

UPS delivery

I am sick, at home. I have been waiting for medical supplies that were sent via UPS with signature required. This is a 2 story house and I was upstairs. The doorbell is located upstairs and is very loud. I walk downstairs and look through the glass on the front door and see a note. "Sorry we missed you"! They NEVER rang the doorbell. Don't these idiots know what a doorbell is? Now the next delivery attempt will be 1/2/2019. I need my medicine. Now my options are to either drive out in the cold sick, Its 23 degrees in Boise today, or do without my meds for four more days, neither is a good option.
Try calling UPS and you will find they do NOT want to talk to you. If none of the three options they give you, which all are only going to take you to another automated menu and then another until you want to scream "Why can't I speak to a real person!" If you don't pit in a tracking number they apologize and tell you to find the information they want and try again then abruptly hang up on you!
What the hell ever happened to customer service, wanting to talk to you, and competition? How did we ever enable these people to treat us so badly? Why isn't there another competitor that can deliver packages and yet still understand customers are important and you need to speak to them if you want to stay in business?

UPS ups 405 s dale mabry tampa florida 33609

Complaint regarding poor service, misinformation and horrible customer services at the UPS store Tampa Dale Mabry.
Last week, on Thursday December 20th, I went to the store and asked the clerk, David, what is the best way to send frozen meat to Nevis. He looked up the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean, and told me will be there in 2 days, 48 hours and the best time to bring the package to the office is at 630 in the evening.
I came back the next day, as advised, repeatedly by David and reassured me, repeatedly that will make it to Nevis in 2 days.
Then, after some confusion between Fae, another clerk and David, trying to help, they managed to create the label and, again, reassured me that will be there in 2 days, or 48 hours, 2 business days.
They took the package, charged 264.46 $ and
I checked on line, disappointed and soon to find out that I was misinformed.
Went back to the UPS store 4255 on Dale Mabry to ask why I was misled to believe will get there on time, when I specified was frozen steak as a present for my friends in Nevis.
Fae, stated angry that is not their business, they are just a franchise and cannot answer questions for UPS and are not responsible for what UPS does. Poor client service, rude, cannot describe her poor attitude. Sent me to call 1800 UPS number, which I did, twice, and was advised to go ask the store from where I sent the package.
Today, 12/27/2018, the package was delivered, spoiled.
I went to ask David yesterday, why he misinformed me that the delivery was going to be in 2 days...and not a week. His answer was harsh and said that they are not UPS, they are a private store and cannot guarantee deliveries done by UPS.
I will attach receipts and I will follow up on this matter and I request response from official UPS rep, the store here on Dale Mabry and of course refund.

UPS international shipping

UPS lost my shipment. Customer services doesn't even show that there was even an open investigation. Meanwhile, Investigations team closed the investigation without ever contacting me. No one knows what's going on. Horrible to deal with, so arrogant. Have spent a total of 10+ hours trying to get to the bottom of it and I am not even sure they have even contacting the team on the ground in the last location where the package was scanned. A complete disaster of a company.

UPS tracking id 1zar29400450099720 > delivery service award 2018 goes to ups - ultimate poor service!

Tracking ID 1ZAR29400450099720

It is unbelievable that such a big company has no idea the delivery schedule of an item and only can tell that the delivery will be made by the end of the day! ... and after many so many calls at it is already 10.45pm ... no delivery!

As I missed the delivery that was made on Saturday at 2.30pm and my family and I were out for lunch, I called the UPS at 10.19am and was told by customer service that the delivery will be made today before the end of the day.

At 6.17pm, I called again and was told by the customer service (Mitch) that the delivery is today and will be delivered by the end of the day for residential which is 10pm.

Therefore, I had to have my lunch at home today waiting for the item and then now my dinner at home waiting for the item.

At 9.29pm, I called customer service again as there is still no delivery and again customer service says it should be deliver by 10pm.

At 9.50pm for the last time, I called the customer service said that the delivery will be made today as the item was already loaded onto the delivery vehicle and assured that the delivery will be done and can be a little late, maybe 5 to 10 mins after 10pm.

It is already 10.55pm now and there is still no delivery.

Basically, I stayed at home the whole day on Christmas Eve waiting for a delivery that never came and despite making so many calls and the customer service assuring that the delivery will be made by the end of the day.

This is absolutely madness, frustrating and disappointing from a big company to make a customer wait the whole day at home as I did not not want to miss the delivery again.

If you are the CEO of UPS, you should be ashamed of your delivery service... assuring or promising delivery at the beginning of the day and after numerous calls and no delivery at all ! UPS should be renamed Ultimate Poor Service! I will let as many people be aware of your poor service.

Andrew Ng

I arrived at my office at 8 a.m. this morning. Lights on, door open to the public, sitting at my desk with clear view to window. UPS pulls up, slows down and never stops. Expecting an urgent package and knew it would be delivered this morning. After driver never stopped, he keyed into the system that a delivery was attempted but office was closed. Outright lied about doing his job. Is this what we can expect out of the drivers bringing our shipments? There was no confusion, no error, no miscommunication...He outright lied to get through his route faster. Here at Christmas, people cannot do their jobs and do not care. He should be put on probation or terminated. I am outraged! I have spoke with Amazon to let them know. They should cancel their contract with UPS!

UPS delivery driver

12/18
A ups driver had the assistant reliever package to porch, assistant was walking back to truck our dogs were loose followed the assistant than the driver came out threw a dog treat without my consent than charged at dogs while they barked she was frantic charged at the dogs than went inside the truck threw things not sure what.. I go to truck than driver says she was bit by the dogs, I ask if she is ok does she need me to call 911 she yells at my face NO! I ask if I can see where she yells no than she says the dog bit the assistant than assistant shows his sock no sign of being bitten than assistant says the nose of the dog touched him. She honked maybe around 7 times even leaving the house. I call and complain and asked to speak to her supervisor and someone said she will give me a call no call.. my mother was supposed to receive a package the following day and it showed on her tracking that the receiver requested to be picked up in Lakeland "another city" than they told my mother it will be delivered that same day. No delivery... today is 12/22 I had a package myself a $400 tablet and it was out for delivery than it says the receiver requested to be picked up in Lakeland "another city" I called multiple times
So she leaves my packages right by the road! 20 plus feet from our home
My mother did inform ups our dogs were in the cage even the box my mom receiver said no dogs she still left them by the road. When I seen the truck I ran to ask her why did she say I requested to pick up she walked away laughing than I go to her door and she tells me not to touch her truck or she'll call the cops on me. I asked her constantly for her name and her supervisor that's all I wanted and I was one feet from her truck and she took off she could have ran me over.
However I do have her license plate and when I took the picture she yelled out GOOD!
GDN 265
I did not know it was illegal to know her name or supervisors number.
I strongly feel like she is a rasist I did nothing to her. I do not want her to ever come to my house again not even my drive way the way she threatend me and caused me danger while she laughed.

UPS 5 amazon orders

I was in my home tonight when UPS evidently came and left a large bin out front with a note to put the packages in the bin. There were 3 orders They left a note saying delivery attempted. No dignatures were required, they didn't knock, but it was raining sio I have to assume that they didn't feel like unloading the truck in the rain. The remaining three orders due today were listed as THE DELIVERY WILL BE LATE with no explanation on tracking.

UPS mistreated in the ups store

Staff at the UPS store, located 4287 Harrison Blvd., Ogden, UT 84403, treated me in unprofessional way today, 12/19/18, and gave me wrong information about the package I sent. First of all, when I show my package and UPS paper bill filled out, he asked me what's inside box, so I answered "commercial tool", twice, even spelling out, because he repeatedly asked. But, he acted like he did not get what I said, so he called other staff to get help on this situation. I was so embarrassed as people in the long line watching the situation and one man questioned me "Where are you from?"
As other staff arrived, the situation seemed solved.
But, since I have not been given any copy of it, I requested the copy of the UPS bill.
He went back to the package and tear it off and threw it on the desk with the receipt.
I had to came back to store because there is no weight. When I asked the weight,
he rudely wrote it down and yelled out to me "You should get it, not me".
Guess what? I found he gave me wrong weight, 17.2 lbs, so I had to go back to the store again and asked other staff to verify it and was given 1.72lbs, the correct weight.
Since when should customers get the weight and bring it to the UPS store?
I frequently send packages via UPS because of my business and I NEVER ever had this kind of rudeness from UPS's staff.
I seriously consider changing carrier from UPS to others, if this store exists like this way.

UPS international delivery from ohio to ottawa canada

$45 to send a 10 pound Christmas box to Canada ( 14 small items totaling $200 value) which I thought yay not too bad...until I got the notice that UPS was charging me an extra $65 "customs brokerage charge"
No mention of this extra cost at the time of shipping!
So basically someone in UPS earned $65 to enter the details of my meager package into a computer.

Multiple calls to "customer service" did nothing.
I was condescendingly told to review UPS.com by one representative "Amber" who claimed she was "not allowed" to divulge her employee #
Employees like this give unions a terrible reputation...

Pointedly told that if I wanted my $200 parcel that only contained gifts for my children to actually get where I sent it, I had to pay every cent of every arbitrary EXTRA charge. I say EXTRA charge because I spent half an hour doing everything our local UPS shop told me to do without ever taking a second to mention the possiblility/probability of being charged for "customs brokerage" which you really DON'T need to get a package over the border.

Store#2903 7723 Tyler's Place blvd. West Chester, Ohio 45069 [protected]

I am AMAZED in these competitive times a company operates this way from the bottom up. I will use ANY other shipping service and tell anyone who will listen that UPS is a disgusting company!
In almost 60 years I have never had such horrible service and a company with no concern for customers.

UPS treatment of employees and customers

The manager Steve at UPS Croydon is an ignorant nasty belligerent thug that takes joy in slandering and belittling the workers.
An arrogant narcissistic thug with a disgusting dishonest personality. He made a disgusting false accusation against me because I went to HQ to get my wages. He said that I threw a diad at a customer. This is the device used to scan and electronically sign the parcel. If this had occurred don't you thing it woud have been reported.
UPS UK should be ashamed of itself appointing someone like him as a manager. Morale is down amongst workers.
He gets upset and nasty if you contact HQ Feltham about missing wages or others dishonest behaviors.

100% of my dealings delivering parcels for UPD were pleasant.

Complete lack of integrity.

We are going to court soon. I will tell the magistrates everything. including the lies and nasty name calling from the supervisor Joseph and HR girl Mahaela. They said I wan't entitled to the hours I worked. The HR girl from HQ Feltham sorted it out for me and apologised for the way I was teated
This company needs to be exposed and I did something for revenge to get all this out in the open. I took the risk of getting myself arrested and charged to get my story to the law of the land.

I am willing to take the punishment to get my story across and the behaviour of this awful company. I will also be going to the press.

I am charged with criminal damage towards UPS Croydon London UK. It all began when my wages were 10 hours short. Ioseoh -supervisor and Mahaela HR said my wages were correct and was not going to be paid anymore.
I contacted HQ Feltham. Head of HR was very helpful and got me my wages. She said I sill have my position if I wish to carry on but I knew it was now a toxic working environment. I figured it was time to quit as the drivers were saying that they were holding a meeting and I would be dismissed.
I went to the depot to discuss this with Steve (I think he is the manager with a Spanish surname). He said 'You threw a diad at a customer'. I became defensive and another manager came between the 2 of us as Steve became confrontational.
I do not know why he would fabricate such a horrible event which never took place. Was it because I went over his head and contacted UPS HQ. While I was talking to the older manager Steve called the police and I was told to leave or I would be arrested for trespassing. I could not understand why the company I was working for was treating me with such lies and hostility.

I was so upset and furious I purchased an icepick on Amazon and went to the depot and punctured some tyres. I then handed myself into Wimbledon police station. I have been charged with criminal damage and carrying a weapon. I am going to court. Fair enough, that is the law and I broke it.

I am hampered in my thinking as to why these events came about. I was happy working for UPS. All deliveries were carried out in a pleasant manner. There were no hostile confrontations and I certainly did not throw a diad at a customer. Don't you think this would have been reported.
You can't accuse people of such horrible behaviour without good reason. It is not nice and very antagonising and upsetting. This provocation is very sub standard behaviour from a manager of the largest parcel company in the world. It dose not make sense. I was happy to work as a drivers helper until 21 December and there was even a mention of a full time position. At the very least it would have been a reference to add to my CV and seasonal worker on my CV with a huge international company.

Even though I did a very bad thing out of frustration which I deeply regret, I feel like I got no support from senior management when I was crying out for help. I sent numerous emails. Disgusting behaviour and a disgusting smug man as a manager.

UPS delivery

Yesterday 12/14/2018 at 6:15 PM we were notified that a parcel was delivered by UPS. There was nothing on the porch, we were home at the time. This morning while driving out I noticed a parcel laying in the rain beside our driveway nearly in the main road. We have a half mile driveway in good condition and UPS has been delivering to our porch for five years. Please address this. Picture of label attached. Why weren't we told the package was at the street? Why wasn't it simply redelivered another day?
