UPS lack of delivery, malicious rude employees

Took a package to be overnighted from the Albuquerque shipping. Rude woman, Paula, at the shipping counter berated me for coming to the counter with the box taped up. Told me not to come back to the facility unless the box is open for inspection. Handed her my drivers license she stuck it on her register then rudely barked at me "I need your drivers license "
I replied she had it, after I paid she dropped the cards in front of my outstretched hand. Package was NOT marked overnight paid $130.51 and it didn't make it. This took place on 6/14 and still waiting for a refund, they have lied and delayed every step of the way. Dumped me on hold on 3 separate phone calls. Being another 2 weeks for refund. Box returned stained like someone poured liquid over it, damaged, broken open. This was a suit for a funeral and UPS FAILED miserably. Oh and because I dared to complain I have been getting the shaft because that is how UPS operates. If they were serving you food they would spit in...that is the spirit of this company and nothing they have done has shown me anything different.

UPS package not left at my home address

June 27, 2018
I got a notice that my package is being left at a UPS Access Point
I'm an electrical contractor and have items delivered to my home occasionally. I don't and never have had an issue with packages left at my address. Now I have to go 5 to 8 miles out of way to get it and bring to my customer costing me time and money. How do I arrange for this not to happen anymore?

UPS ups

Unfortunately I do not have the drivers name but my Address is 7120 Turkey Creek Rd. Plant city fl. She regularly drives that route. I recently I had a lady UPS driver try to deliver a package that was not mine on two separate occasions. Granted, the names on the packages were similar to mine and the address was similar as well, but packages were not mine. When addressing the driver I got a less than pleasant attitude. Now, on three separate occasions she has sent packages that actually belong to me back to sender as undeliverable. Not even attempting to deliver them to my residence. I feel as if she is singling out my household and refusing to deliver my packages (which contain important medication for my 3 year old that I cannot get without having UPS deliver it).
Please let me know if I can do anything to provide anymore information.

UPS ups driver almost caused an accident

June 26, 2018, Tuesday. While driving on Greaves Way heading south, UPS driver (driving truck with license plate number C45946C) at about 410 pm, coming from Clear Creek Rd, makes right turn onto Greaves Way (does this while Greaves Way light is turned green). I was following a minivan on Greaves Way and UPS driver cut me off because right lane he was on was going to be a right turn only lane and he needed to get on left lane.

UPS I am complaining about shipping from mississauga to montreal

I am not happy with ur service
I ordered 2 boxes from ottawa
About the first one the guy knocks the door and my girlfriend said to him just one seconds she was on the phone he just left the box infront of the door and left.
For the second one we went out on a vacation when I arrived to the appartement I saw the order left in front of the door and I dont know for how long it was there
But its really not professional...

UPS delivery always being delivered to wrong address

Our UPS packages are always being delivered to the wrong address. We have made several complaint but to no avail has the issue been resolved. Shipping is paid to be delivered to the address noted. This issue continues as a paying customer I should not have to hunt down my package in our business complex. Most recent was a delivery made on Monday 6/25/18 at 8:39am tracking ID 92612904851889551494935649 . Our business hrs are from 6:30am-3:00pm so I not sure why this continues to be an issue with our deliveries. The drivers behavior has not been rectify. Please address this issue.

UPS delivery of a perishable package resulting in damage

Package was a gift of 4 gourmet decorated Mrs Prindables caramel apples shipped out 2nd Day Air [code # 1ZA901T80250318278] from Niles Illinois on Monday 6/18/18, delivered at about 3:40 pm 6/20/18 to Newport News Virginia 23608. I was upstairs in my townhouse and heard 2 quick knocks at the door. I got to the door within 30 seconds of the knocks to discover a package on the threshold between the glass storm door and my front door. Package is marked with the Mrs P logo and "contents perishable." Box had one corner bashed in, but didn't look too bad at first. I've gotten deliveries from Mrs P before and knew they packed them well. Driver did not stand in front of the door for me to sign anything or to stand by as I checked an obviously damaged package. Truck was parked outside in front of my neighbor's door to the east of me, I could not see the driver, not sure if driver was delivering another package nearby and was out of sight or already inside the truck. It was warm outside and I knew if it was Mrs Prindables that there would be chocolate involved, so decided it was better to check it inside.

I opened the box quickly to assess damage in the room nearest the front door. Mrs Prindables items are professionally packed, I've never had damage of any contents in previous gifts received. In this delivery, each decorated caramel apple was individually plastic-wrapped, placed in a cardboard and plastic ribboned box that held & kept each decorated apple slightly apart. The ribboned box was then insulated with 3 Nordic Ice packs along one long side, then box and packs were wrapped by a small sheet of large-bubble bubble wrap. This wrapped combo was placed inside a customized double-layer [outer side metallic] bubble wrap box that fit the shipping box's interior exactly. Two air pillows were tucked on the short ends of the ribboned box inside the bubble wrap box so the ribboned box would not shift, then the double-bubble wrap box was inserted into the cardboard shipping box, "origami folded" shut and heat sealed along the top to fit inside the exact interior dimensions of the shipping box. It took time to cut into the bubble wrap box and unpack to see damage! The truck was gone by the time I returned to the door to try and catch the driver.

The apple at the dented end of the shipping box felt intact but its caramel & chocolate decor had smeared and melted into a mess inside its plastic wrapper. The other 3 apples were still, amazingly, perfect, despite the fact that the temperature inside the double-bubble wrap box felt higher than the outside temperature of the shipping box as felt by my hands. All 3 Nordic ice packs were liquid and warmer than room temperature. The 2 air pillows at each end of the ribboned box had no air left in them, so must have burst when the bump on one end happened.

Obviously, the box had been roughly bumped or dropped on one end. The large sticker mentioning "dry ice" and the "perishable" notices on every side of the box were ignored/not taken seriously. This package was exposed to high temperatures for a long time either on the 2-Day air journey or on the delivery truck. Nordic ice packs hold cold so long they have a warning stating to NOT put them in contact with human skin for medical uses once frozen. It took a lot to melt all 3 ice packs. I can't see how the box could have been better insulated or packed, so the damage is all on UPS. I'm glad I was home, or else all 4 apples could have been ruined.

When a package is so obviously damaged as this, delivery drivers used to stand by to let the recipient check for damage. Why wasn't that done here? I refrigerated the apples immediately and hope the only damage was the melted confections on the one apple.

BTW the apple with melted confections was still edible after refrigerated. I do not fault Mrs Prindables.
I filed a complaint with UPS and no reply.

UPS delivery method 6/20/2018

I have noticed that the delivery person does not knock or ring the doorbell anymore. They just put the package at the door and drive off in a hurry. Yesterday I was sitting near the door and I heard a noise, I looked out the window and saw the truck. When I open the door the package was on the porch and he was driving off. What if I was not at home or weather bad. This has been occurring quite a bit since I am nearly disabled and do mail order a lot.

UPS complaint against delivery driver

I need to make a complaint against a driver that just delivered several packages to our facility. (6/20/2018) The front desk told him since the packages were quite large, to go to our receiving department. He then proceeded to tell the receptionist that he was not going to wait on someone there and then shoved them through a small glass window at our front desk. Our waiting room was extremely full and he made a scene in front of our patients by shoving boxes through the window and knocking over the information we have set out on the counter. The staff member then told him that they really have to be delivered to the receiving department. He then said, "I don't have time to wait on people!" Got her signature and then stomped off. We had several comments from patients stating that he is clearly in the wrong business. I do not know his name, but I do have the tracking number of one of the boxes he delivered. #1Z5590310343877793. He refused to follow our policy and deliver the packages where they should be delivered, then raised his voice to the staff members telling him where to go. He acted completely inappropriate and will not be allowed to deliver to our facility again. If someone could please look into this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

UPS driver and supervisor managing my delivery

The driver dropped my packages confront of my house and ran off. Boxes were torn driver didn't take into consideration where he leftthe boxes of a high value delivery. After contacting UPS countless times and telling them my pregnamy sister could not move anything. Ups finally said the driver would return and fix his mistake he did not show and told his supervisor we had moved the boxes already. I spoke to dispatch and said I wanted to lodge a formal complaint and to have the supervisor call me back. Instead of listening to me today the supervisor hung up on me. How is this business? My boxes are ruined and the driver and the supervisor disrespected the the shipment and me! I would like to be compensated for all of the hours lost yesterday my ruined boxes and for the disrespect I incurred with your staff! Management does not hang up on a customer! Having worked in the service industry I am shocked at your staff and their behaviour and furious with ups for allowing this to happen. I will never be using your services again and want to lodge a formal complaint against both the driver and supervisor. Both should be fired or reprimanded! I wasted 8 hours and was disrespected and my property was damaged!

UPS dangerous 18 wheeler driver

I had a driver that tried to run me off the road when I was attempting to pass him with a legal merge. (Right lane was ending and he came over toward my car --for no reason other than to block me from passing-- almost causing me to hit 2 large rocks on the side of the road). I have a dash cam and will retrieve the video in the morning (I was headed to work, and will be there til morning).

UPS received but opened not by me

I had lutheren social services help me obtain my birth certificate from Denver Co. To Las Vegas Nv, it was my assumption that it was illegal to open mail not intended for you. When i got it my mail, ot was opened. What i want is for UPS to make sure it goes to the individual and not them. All mail that you or the mail service is opened by the person who it doesnt belong to. I want charhes filed on the and there board of directors fired or investigated for illegal activities when it comes to mail. Thank you for hearing my concern.

UPS delivered to wrong address

Walla Walla UPS Center Manager decided that instead of delivering the package to Garrison Middle School (906 Chase Ave, UPS would deliver it to the school district print shop - the rationale was that school was out for the summer and no one would be at the school to receive the delivery.

In fact, the school office is open all summer - and the package was $800 worth of science equipment for a summer program at the school site.

The published delivery date was June 15th - I stayed at school all day waiting for the package, checking the tracking data. Late in the afternoon, I saw that the package was marked "delivered" and left on the "dock", signed by a name I did not recognize. After getting through the phone prompts, I was told that it was delivered to 55 Reser Road, not 906 Chase Ave. I told the agent that I needed that package redelivered and wanted a call to my cell phone - which I was told would happen within the hour. I never received the phone call.

When I came to the office on Monday morning, there was a message from the Walla Walla center stating that the package was delivered to the print shop for the reasons previously stated.

The bottom line: I need the equipment delivered to the original address because summer school training begins on Monday.

I do not understand why I was not asked if it was acceptable to deliver the package to another address. I do not understand why UPS can make assumptions about the contents of a package and where it should go. Vernier sent the package to me, not someone else.

UPS packages going to my neighbors

Please help me with this. I live in Kansas City, Lees Summit. My neighbors are getting my packages. Thank God they are honest and bring them to me. This has happened in past and recently three times. I live 1553 SW Fredrick Dr Lees Summit.64081.

UPS failure to perform delivery of live animal product (via next day air in a timely manner)

On June 14th 2018 my live animal product was pickup from Company Liveaquaria.com affiliate company of Dr Foster&Smith Company of live pets and pet supplies. By UPS to be shipped to me next day air services product pick up by UPS06/14/2018 4:48 for next day air delivery due to operating conditions package was delayed 06/15/2018 notified package could be delayed via email request of tracking. Delivery rescheduled for Saturday 06/16/2018 depart scan 5:50a.m arrive scan 5:53 am 06/16/2018 7:05a.m notification late flight cause second delay 06/16/2018 7:34a.m arrival scan -8:10a.m depart scan arrival 9:25 am Whistler Alabama approximately 30 minutes from my home residence . I contact customer service on 06/16/2018 at least on 6-7 occasions in an effort to see if my product was in delivery route or if I could get a number to contact that station and pick up my package personally. I was inform they would make effort to get my late live animal package delivered on that day several representatives and supervisors informed me that after I explain this was once again, these are live animals and only will have 72 hours possible life span in the packing if pack correctly. It had already been two days I was assured the package would be delivered 06/16/2018 at least by 6:30 then by 7:30p.m I once again called customer support request to talk with a supervisor they called the Whistler station in Alabama and they informed me, they could not reach anyone. I had been try to retrieve it myself since 10:25a.m that morning and I only got phone connection runaround most representative was very unconcern and unsympathetic to my situation, I was told on at least 4 different occasions they would call me back with a definite delivery time or resolution that did not prevail and no lack of concern. At 7:38 I was informed one truth by the last Supervisor I request to talk too she informed me you will probably not receive your package until the next business day which would be on Monday 06/19/2018 without doubt your product will not survive it. I explain my product could already be dead this was the 4th time this has happen with a product shipped by the Company thru UPS they simply inform you to contact the distributor for reinbursement . Arrangement had to be made to receive my product time was allocated off my job receive my product on the time specified. I am a Aviation repair Mechanic whom repair on Contract planes for FedEx and UPS. This sort of business edicate is un exceptable by a company of its magnitude and will be seeking retribution of my time and merchandise thru all means necessary. I felt a complete lack of concern for product and finances provided for their service. UPS credit card charged for revised delivery date that was never delivered! wtf

RE: 1Z9176494226144843 Ebay Shippment

Do not participate and/or perform any UPS online functions to revise your delivery date to a different specified shipping delivery date. This change will cost you $5.50 with no resolution.

There site does not specifically disallow days that cannot be honored to deliver your items. There site will allow you to choose a revised selected date and inform you that everything is fine, of course all of this after taking your money first.

At least have the decency to reflect the truth on your site and not allow date changes that can't be honored! You SUCK!

I expect my item to be delivered to a place/site of my choosing and at the time I so choose. Otherwise I plan seek legal advice to pursue this in small claims court and notify the proper authorities of possible fraud, including eBay and similar outlets.

UPS delivery driver lying about attempting to deliver a package!!

I ordered a package on amazon yesterday and paid extra to have it delivered today. I tracked the shipment all morning. Even could see where the delivery driver was using your gps tracking locator. When I thought I would be getting me package because the map showed the van near by, I instead got an email stating that someone attempted to deliver my package but no one answered. First, I find it strange they wouldn't leave the package if this were true because it did not need a signature and amazons shipping labels state on them for the carrier to leave package if no one responds. But secondly, I've been home all day and they never came at all. When I saw the email at 11:30am, I first looked outside for a notice of attempted delivery. There was nothing, because no one attempted to deliver! I immediately called you customer service number. I was told that they would contact the delivery driver and I would get a call within the hour. Now at 1pm I hadn't heard anything so I called back. They told me that they had contacted the delivery driver and that they would be delivering my package later in the day. 5 hours go by and still nothing! At 6pm I called customer service again, and again I was told someone would contact me. Another 2 hours go by. Now it's 8pm so I called again, for the fourth time! They guy tries to call the delivery warehouse, but tells me that no one has answered. Then tells me that I'm not getting my package. I told him I want you to remburse me for the money I spent to have it delivered next day and I was told I would have to call back on Monday. As if I haven't already been totally incovenienced enough today!
1) the driver needs to be reprimanded for not doing their job and then lying about it!
2) you need better customer service. The people on your Facebook page don't help at all. They tell you to message them and then they don't respond! Also the last guy I talked to at 8pm tried to tell me that someone from the ups store called me earlier, and that NEVER happened!
3) I demand a refund. Why should I pay for next day shipping when I didn't get my package. I paid for a service and you did not provide that service. Plus, I wasted my entire day trying to get this stupid package! And your representative wants to act like it's my fault because I called at 8pm. Wtf! I called four times today!
I guess next time I'll just have to use your gps locator to track down the ups truck. By the way, it's cool that people can see where the truck is, but extremely unsafe for the driver! I would feel extremely uncomfortable driving around a truck full of package knowing that a bunch of people know where I am.

UPS reckless driving

I live in Orlando, Fl and a UPS driver on Saturday June 16 around 11:30 AM on Alafaya Trail near University Blvd nearly hit me driving well above the speed limit. They proceeded to cut me off and slow down quickly in order to turn turn soon after. There were 2 open lanes of traffic that the driver could have easily merged into earlier without risking rear ending me. The license plate was GEJ 872.

UPS unethical behaviour

UPS finally delivered my 2 cartons today. The service is getting very bad and incompetent. First they claimed that my packages were misplaced in the UK. Then when the packages were finally in Singapore, UPS claimed that they would not be able to make the delivery on that day, despite me calling them earlier to make the arrangements and the staff assuring me that the delivery would be made, because there wasn't anyone around at the address. The thing is that they didn't even attempt a delivery. If they had, they would have realized that the delivery address is to my residence and not the office. This is the second time that they have tried to pull this stunt. They then informed my wife to self collect the packages since i needed it to be delivered by today. When she reached their warehouse, they told her that only 1 carton was available and that the other carton was with the delivery driver. I called them again to verify this and they told me that the package was on it's way back to the warehouse at my request. I didn't request for this. I told them to get it delivered to my home but they claimed that the packages were at the warehouse. Fortunately my wife didn't make her way back to the warehouse because a while later, the driver showed up at my home. Despite all this, they still sent me a notification saying that the package was delivered to me and that it was left with the guard. I haven't got a guard or a guardhouse at my residence. Please inform your staff to stop making excuses, lying or pushing the blame to another individual and just look at resolving any issues.

UPS generator delivery

Item being delivered by new driver, was dropped out of pkg car on to the ground rolled around on the ground a couple of times. Upon opening it, product was damaged dented in metal supports are bent. I have never had any complaints about ups before now. My wife witness him purposely drop from his pkg car/truck. I will not tolerate this. Thus driver needs to take better care of my purchases in the future! 😠 not happy at all.
