UPS didn't pick up package

I heard the front gate so I got up to check the door and as I opened it I seen the UPS guy running away. He made eye contact with me as he drove off and left my package behind. Later I found a return sticker in the front yard. This package was supposed to be picked up today and now I'm an additional 3 days behind due to the weekend and your driver's irresponsibility.

UPS driver

This driver accelerated the gas and clearly ran the red light. The light was red at least 2-3 seconds before he approached the light. The driver following close behind also ran the light not knowing that the light had turned. This was not running a yellow light.

I was the passenger as my teenage son was driving. I was just explaining to him minutes before this how you can miss seeing a red light if you are too close to a big truck.

This happened on Monday January 22nd 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. Heading east on Beach Blvd.

I have footage from my dashcam and a photo of the driver that was taken when we caught up with him in traffic.

Thankfully an accident did not occur, but it could have turned tragic very quickly.

UPS rude road raged driver

One of your drivers cut off our car while my girlfriend was driving. They almost crashed into us because they wanted to illegally cut us off and turn in front of us. Luckily my girlfriend braked in time and we didnt reck with our kids in the car. Then the UPS driver had the nerve to pull up and cuss at us before he sped off. I dont think your conpany would approve of this employees actions. We followed him and took a picture of his license plate. Hopefully that will be enough proof to identify the driver. Ive attached a picture of the truck.

UPS driver posting pictures of his truck on facebook

I was told that this guy named Byron Clay Crouch worked for your company. I would like to stay private or not have my identity released in any way. He posted the below picture on Facebook of a truck I believe driven by your company. Not very professional nor pleasant to look at. As you can see there is blood seen pouring out of the truck and this should not be posted on Facebook. I'm sure if you pull up his Facebook account you will still see it there.

UPS drivers

Your drivers are rude. And they are not considerate the driver of the UPS truck with the license plate zbs 7025 on Friday January 19th 2018 was rude. Instead of pulling over into multiple parking spaces he decided to park in the middle of a one-way street that was small and not move and then he saw me and he saw how upset I was and he continued to take a slow time on purpose

UPS pick-up box return for amazon

Told to be at home for Ups to pick up Amazon return. Rearranged whole day 2 b home, never far from front door. No one knocked, no door bell rang. 2:30pm email saying driver tried to pick up but package wasn't ready. ? Also he was supposed to leave a label and didn't. Multiple calls to customer service, reassured driver would return tonight. Never did.

UPS delivery of a tv

The tracking number is 1ZWF25470393411424. The UPS number is [protected]. My name is Denise Rajpal and the address for delivery is 108 Pulaski St., Brooklyn, NY 11206.

My TV should have been delivered on January 12, 2018. Surprisingly, the entire family was home and the driver noted at 7:54pm that the customer was not at home. This was not true. We were waiting for the package. The doorbell never rang. The next morning I found the notice stuck on the door.

I pulled up my email and checked the tracking number for my delivery. It was out for delivery January 13, 2018. I stayed home all day. At about 5:00 - 5:30pm today I made my first call to UPS about my delivery. I was told that it will be delivered today. I explained to the gentleman I spoke to about the incorrect notation that the driver wrote about the customer not being at home to receive the delivery. I explained to him that the doorbell never rang. What he told me I was appalled. He said that they are not supposed to ring the bell because it could be very loud. They are supposed to knock on the door. I asked him if this is something new. I also asked him if there is a doorbell why would the driver choose to knock on the door. I could be in any part of the house where I may not hear knocking on the door. Sorry I did not get the name of the gentleman I spoke to first.

At 7:46pm I observed a UPS truck on my block about two houses before my house. Two males were making deliveries to two or three homes. I thought I would have been their next delivery but they both got back into the truck and drove off.

I called again at 8:00pm and spoke to Raphael to enquire about my delivery. Again, I was told that it is out for delivery and they cannot give me a time. I checked the tracking number for my delivery and it said "out for delivery."

I called again about 9:15pm to question where is my delivery. Once again I was told that the database shows that it is still out for delivery. The gentleman took my phone number and advised me that I will receive a call on Monday to find out how everything turned out.

I was still waiting up to 10:30pm when I checked again my tracking number only to be surprised that the delivery date had changed to Monday January 15, 2018. I waited all day for a delivery to no avail.

I am extremely disappointed and upset over the customer service I received from this agency. The driver was out all day yesterday and never delivered and out again all day today and no delivery.

I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this service is unacceptable. Customers pay to have items delivered...they are not delivered for free.

I would hope that someone gets back to me at their earliest convenience.

UPS lost shipment again

I need to make a serious complaint of UPS service. I had a custom print package with tracking number xxx which was delivered to wrong address and wrong person on Dec 22. I follow your instruction to contacted the sender and they redo the print and resend to me by UPS again. when I got the new tracking number xyz, I keep follow the delivery status again. on Jan 10, I find out UPS notice at mail room inside my building and said they can't delivery due to nobody at home and will try to deliver again on next business day. Since the shipment was totally delay due to the previous lost shipment, therefore, I need to go to work and can't stay home to wait for the shipment after Christmas and New Year holiday. so I call UPS customer service immediately and tell them that I am not at home during office hour. I want them to send it to my office. customer service said that they can't do it. so I said that just leave the package at UPS Access Point location and I will go and pickup by myself. the customer service said that the best way is write the message on the back of the notice, when the driver come again on the next business day, he/she will see it and follow the instruction. she can't do anything and suggest me to write the note to the driver. so I follow the instruction from your customer service.

today when I come home after work at 6.10pm, I check the UPS notice and find out that it's nothing change. no driver read it or reply for any further action. it looks like the driver still not come yet. so I go up to my floor and check the delivery status. it shows that it was delivered at 6.05pm and the package was just left at the front door. I already check the front door of the building and mail room inside the building when I back from work at 6.10pm. it is no UPS package anywhere. also, it is a high-rise apartment, front door is the common area for all the public, it is so irresponsible to leave a package at front door. it is unacceptable and unbelievable. please understand that it is a high-rise building with more than two hundred units. also, front door at the building is public area for everyone who walk on the road. I keep follow the delivery status and contact your customer service because I know that I wouldn't be at home when driver comes again. you guys refuse to change to deliver to my office and let the driver knows to leave the package at Access Point location, just tell me the best way is to leave the instruction to driver on UPS notice. However, the driver never read it and just leave the package at public area.

so I call UPS customer service again, your customer service says I can't do anything because I am not the sender. I must contact sender to report lost which is exactly the same process as the previous shipment. It is the dead loop of send and lost situation by using UPS service.

I will post my case to most well known social media and let everyone know how bad of your company service give to receivers. I did a lot of online purchase, all other courier companies did very good jobs. Just like Fedex, if they can't deliver any package, they just leave me a note at mail room inside the building and ask me to go to pick up at their location. they will never leave any package at common area. sometimes I saw the delivery guy from Amazon who keeps calling customer at my building front door and try to contact customer to come down to pickup the package. However, UPS driver never calls me and customer service refuses to follow the package even just a message to leave the package at their Access Point location. It is so sad and disappoint that who is using UPS. UPS is the worst company that I deal with, the worst delivery service, the worst customer service.

December 11, 2018.
 A box was delivered by UPS and placed in front of my screen door to where I couldn't open it the box weighed 56 pounds.
I did not see the truck or speak to the driver he was gone before I could get to the front door 01-11-2018 PM.
All I have is my address and tracking numbers and reference numbers from the label to identify the driver, since you inferred It's usually the same driver for any given route.
I have a weakness in my arms and legs and had to walk all the way around the house in the dark, to move the Box so I could open the screen door.
☆☆ This is not the first time this has happened.
I had spoken to one other UPS DRIVER, that I stopped and called him back to the door.
Don't know who he was I asked him not to place items in front of my screen door because I can't open the screen door..
I explained to him that if my house where to catch on fire I couldn't get out my front door, evidently this must be a common practice by UPS.

The Driver always has a really bad attitude, and today he accused the concierge of not opening the door for him, and said that the residents had to pick the packages up at another location, and got into an argument with the concierge in front of residents. He is always making blanket statements, saying "Our rich residents treat him bad", and he's usually doing all the talking, and bringing a gray cloud when he comes in.

UPS delivery driver

I was Driving down Seaview ave in Malden Ma when i got stuck behind a UPS truck in the road trying to be nice i let him make deliverys to 2 homes . He got in his truck only to stop again 200 ft up the road. Then honk my horn only to have him get out of truck yelling me w/packages in hand "where the [censor] do u want me to go" i said u can go around the corner where room" " [censor] u youself basdard you only think of yourself

UPS package delivery

Our delivery driver is leaving packages outside next to driveway and not on porch which is covered. We have gotten many wet packages. Edit:Ok so UPS online thinks my complaint is too short! Wtf! I quote
UPS"Your complaint appears to be too short and is unlikely to get resolved and/or to attract at least some kind of attention. Please, make it at least 350 characters long."
No complaint should be too short!
Your delivery driver is getting our hard bought products wet! That's it! Tell him to do his job and deliver em in a dry and secure place like the porch!

UPS life threat from ups delivery driver

My name is Ran Ma and my tracking number is [protected].

I received a phone call in the evening around 8pm on 9 Jan and it was from the delivery person from UPS. After I made it clear that I wouldn't be able to sign for my baggage, the driver got unbelievably angry with me in the phone call and kept yelling at me "you won't get your [censor] luggage." I didn't report him at that time. However, today at 11am on 10 Jan, this happened again and the situation got more intense. The delivery person called me and shouted at me to come downstairs to get my luggage right at my gate. After I went downstairs to my gate, he was not there and I had to travel around the neighborhood to see where he was. I didn't see him until I called him three times. During this process, he called me and yelled at me "get the [censor] downstairs". His tone was still unbearably unfriendly and rude. It sounded like he would punch me if he saw me. Finally, I met him in his car in front of another building which is not my gate at all. When we met, he was overwhelmingly angry and vicious. I was just about to tell him to be nice to his guests while he shouted "shut the [censor] up" "get your luggage and [censor] off you [censor]"and started to approach me as he was about to physically beat me. It was very threatening at that moment and if I said one more word to him, I could be attacked. I personally never said anything inappropriate to him and all I got from him is a life threat.

I don't know whether he is mentally disordered or just had a bad day but I don't think we as the customers of UPS deserve to be treated this way. It is very likely that this person will behave similarly to other customers around the area he's in charge of. UPS must do something about this person and I need to make sure that he's not going back to me again cuz apparently he has already known my face and address, which is very very not good to my personal safety.

What I'm asking for now is an apology from UPS and needs to be notified how UPS is going to deal with this person. During the process, please make sure that my private information and personal safety is still good with him.

UPS delivery

It is with great disappointment that I am writing this email. I received an email two days ago stating that my package would be at my home by the end of January 9th Here it is 8:50pm and no package. I called customer service and of course they tell me that the package never made it to the site in my home town. HELLO, the website is telling me it should be here. I never go UPS because of this problem. Unfortunately, the sender used it. I paid someone to stay at my home and I still have no package. You guys need training from FedEx!

Disgruntled is an understatement!

My package has been sitting in Lewiston Idaho since January 4 2018. Lewiston is 1 hour from my place of redidence. They never called or contacted me and stated that they couldn't deliver due to my road condition.
Fed Ex is smart enough to leave parcels at Post office or at our nail box location.
Today 01/10/2018 still no delivery.
The road to mail box has been clear all the time.
Totally unacceptable and down right lazy.
Hey I have an idea, wait until spring to get me my friggin delivery.

UPS representative of ups

Hello

I am writing this brief form of complaint against your customer service rep. at your Kingston, N.Y. location on Tuesday, Jan. 9th 2018 at app. 1:20p.m. with Megan.

I contacted UPS regarding a shipment that I made with Amazon.
In my note from Amazon, they stated that my shipment was unable to be delivered. Reason giving no one was available to answer.
Megan... Your representative went on regarding the tracking number from Amazon and how the tracking number wasn't correct..
She than says to me this is UPS not USPS, she than hung up on me.
I called her back and explained to her that it was highly unprofessional to hang up on me after stating this isn't USPS. She than says " Can I hang up now".
Therefore, I am writing you as a form of complaint against you're representative. Please retrain your her on how to politely answer a phone and to be at least friendly. This attitude clearly isn't what UPS reflex of their employee's. I am highly offended that someone like her represents your company and it's brand. Even when I called her back to advise her of her unprofessionalism... She still was unprofessional in saying "Can I hang up now". So please someone needs to speak with her or retrain her for customer service or put her someone in the back with the boxes.

UPS poor customer service and communication

Four business days after inclement weather UPS delivered one package but wouldn't provide any information regarding the other 3 packages. When I called to inquire I was told my packages were locked in a cage and they could not give me an estimate on when they might possibly be delivered. I requested a refund because 1) it's 4 days AFTER inclement weather 2) they're delivered a package to me today so they apparently resumed a normal business schedule; and 3) they can't provide me with a timeline as to when my packages might be delivered. Regina, EID #NPT7MXM told me to contact the vendor since I paid them directly which was I was completely fine with doing. However, when I requested proof in writing that UPS would authorize my refund she refused and said UPS wouldn't refund me shipping costs due to inclement weather. I explained I don't want a refund based on inclement weather. It's 4 days after inclement weather, they're delivering packages and they can't tell me when they will deliver the others. We were getting no where so I then requested to speak a supervisor (Iyanla) who had been briefed on the situation. I told her I wasn't expecting any resolution at this point, but wanted to speak with her in hopes she could use my situation as a teachable moment for UPS with future customer service inquiries. Well, I could barely get my point across because of her constant interruptions. Ultimately, she regurgitated the previous rep's explanation and then became agitated with me when I asked to speak with someone else because at this point I'm not expecting a refund; and so she hung up on me when I requested her EID #. Not once did I swear, be rude or belligerent with them so I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. Thankful there are other couriers because I will no longer give them my business.

IT'S NEVER THEIR FAULT, NO APOLOGIES, NO ANSWERS, NO RESOLUTIONS TO YOUR PROBLEM.YOU ARE A HEADACHE TO THEM.THEY GIVE YOU ATTITUDE, THEY RAISE THEIR VOICES AT YOU WHEN YOU ARE FRUSTRATED AND HAVE CALLED A ZILLION TIMES ON A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU.THEY WANT LAZY AUTO PILOT JOBS. WHY NOT EVERYONE JUST STOP USING THEM PERIOD AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS? YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE AND YOU DON'T GET IT FROM THEM PROPERLY.YOU ASK FOR SO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO...THEY HAVE NO REPLY. ! UPS reckless driving

Ups driver was in a lane that later merged but without signal didn't yield pushing my pregnant wife and 1 year old daughter into oncoming traffic.. He saw us because he honked rather than yield. License Plate is R66-995 MA
Took place on Salem street just outside your facility. I restrained myself from confronting him and figured it would be best to let you know. Put my family at risk, disappointed

Driver was buzzing all apartments and kicking at door at 106 18th Ave 94121. Driver was heard yelling outside door to open door. Residents felt threatened. Resident went down to open door and receive package and put in safe place inside. Driver said it wasn't his job to put it in safe place and would not allow resident to sign for package. Resident followed driver outside asking to leave package. Driver was aggressive and walked away with package. 3 witnesses and photos.

UPS reckless driver

I couldn't get the license plate number because, 1) It was raining heavily 2) My kids were with me 3) We were traveling in opposite directions.

On Monday 1/8/2018, at approximately 4:33 p.m., a UPS driver was traveling North on Meridian Ave. near Rialto Ave. in San Bernardino & I was traveling on the opposite direction. It was raining & there was a big puddle in the middle of the 2 lanes. Stupid driver was speeding in the middle so that water can splash all over my car even though I moved to my right trying to avoid him/her. There was so much water that I couldn't see & almost lost control! It's one thing to drive like a [censor], but he is representing UPS. He is very lucky I chose not to get his info that's why he probably sped up even more.

UPS truck driver

Saturday January 6th about 4-5pm I looked out the windows of my job (subway) and noticed a ups truck parked the wrong way in about 5 parking stalls in front of my store I then noticed a older woman with a handicap sign move her van because she couldn't get out because of the ups truck I then went over to the Lakeland Hills ups store in Auburn and confronted the driver and ask if he could move his truck he then said with an attitude I guess he took about 3-4 Minutes because I was back inside my store when the older lady walked in she then took a seat very winded from the walk as she is handicap and told me the driver told her to park somewhere else what irritates me the worst is the ups store has signs for specific customer parking spots and to have this huge truck take up 5-6 parking stalls is beyond me I think this guy whose truck number is 664137 should be reprimanded for his rudiness and his laziness for his current job and should bet be an embarrassment to the ups name. Mind you I know customers are over bearing at times but to do that to a business is not ok I believe we lost customers time and money because of his actions.
