My attorney directed me to this web site where I read of other people having difficulty receiving refunds from United Metro Properties/Pin Point Marketing. To make a long story short, I DID file a complaint with the Central Illinois Better Business Bureau which you can do online as well as the Attorney General's office for Illinois - which you can do online as well, but you must complete a form then mail. I did that. Within a few days of receiving an inquiry from the BBB, they did issue a refund. Approximately a week passed and they were contacted by the Consumer Fraud section of the AG's office - I told the famous "Jennifer" that I would write a letter to the AG's office to tell them the refund had been received. I encourage EVERYONE who has had an issue with this company to file complaints with the BBB & the AG's office.

I paid $150.00 for product I never recieved. I have copy of paid invoice 8940 and now see that it appears to have been a scam. How can I get my money refunded?
