United Laser / No refunds
Where to start? The regional manager was at the store when I went in-The deal I thought I was going to get kept getting lower in price-I still said I needed 2 days to get back to them (so I could Google them & check the BBB) No complaints-So, I paid up. They were al so nice & said I would have no problems getting appointments-The very day I paid-That all changed-Took weeks to get my 1st appt. (which was horrible-totally unprofessional-I had gel in my nose, mouth, ears & she dropped some in my eye) I told the manger -between the scheduling issues & the horrible treatment that I wanted my money back-She said they don't do that-That office has now closed-With no calls to cancel appointment-I had to drive there. Would like to know if anyone here gets their money back-?.
