Unique Nails Salon / Rude service

I went to Unique Nails located @ 6612 Antoine Houston, Tx, 77091 on Wed Feb 14 @ approx 12:15pm to have the acrylic over lay removed from my real nails and have fresh acrylic applied and to get a pedicure. "Lyn" was the initial person working on my hands. The 1st mistake she made was leaving me sitting for an excess of 20 to 25 mins while she ate. During the wait my nails were soaking in a solution to help aide in the removal of the acrylic. I feel as tho I did Lyn's job beacuse I removed most of the acrylic myself. Then when she finally came back she was rushing. Lyn did not fully remove the remaining acrylic and proceeded to apply the fresh "overlay". I had to stop her because she broke 2 of my nails on my right hand that I have been growing for over 1 year. She then cut my nails to even them. So my once long nails are now 1-2 the size as when I went in, and I specifically told her that I did not want my nails cut. Becuase Lyn neglected to remove the acrylic fully I had to again let them soak. After about 15 mins(which was way to long) I asked another lady "Ana" to get Lyn, she did. After about 5 mins of waiting for Lyn I beacme upset and asked Ana to do my nails. She did and for the most part I was satisfied. Despite being in the salon until about 2:45-2:50. I declined when I noticed the other workers using foot razors to scrape dead skin. (I thought those were banned) The total came to 25.00; 5 for the take off and 20.00 for the redo. I told Ana that I wasnt going to pay the 5 for the take off bc I felt as if I'd done it myself, but I would pay the 20.00 for the redo. I paid with a 50.00 and I only recived 25.00 back, so Ana took the adl 5.00. I asked where was the manager and no one answered. I asked who and where do I complain to and no one answered. It was like I was invisible. They had my money so I was no longer important. There was a sign hanging up that read: Complain to [protected] I called that # and it was disconnected and the employees would not give me any adl information. Prior to departure I took pictures of the establishment including the sign with the incorrect # and the license #'s of each employee that was on the wall. In total I recieved poor service and was treated rudely and I want to make sure that this does not happen again. Also I am sure that there are several health code violations, incorrect license information and other numerous violations. Please take the time to investigate Unique Nails and insure they are up to par on any and all regulations if not for me do it for the future clients that are to come.
