I took my long distance phone service with union telecom.when I got the call from this company they said we gonna give u 300hundreds minute free in three months 100m /m.but when I got bill there is no discount when I talk to the represantative she said we give u $4 discount on it bill I want to know that if they charge $4for 100min then why they send me bill of $80. .2; I got there bill on 28 nov2008, and last date to deposite the bill is28nov2008. How any body can deposits on same date.there is no account information on the bill cox when I took that bill to bank they refuse to deposite it. 3;this company is froud don't sign In with ur dollers by signing out with them.I want to tell this company disconnect my long distences &don't call me ever to take ur s company a services otherwise I gonna give u my d...!

    union tel gave me longdistance service, did not get what salesperson told me, restered two phones with them cell phone never worked, land line poor . complandedmanytimes did not solved the problem, customer service spoke very little english.I gaveup told them to cancel the service, they did not do .Six month later recived 2 latters in spanish, i live in canada. from collection, called union tel, didnt wont talk to me.Finaley i got some to listen to me, they had worng email.where they sent the bill. i wont recmond union tel to anyone, i agree with the complaint
