UniCredito Bulbank / mobile app
This app requires download through either Apple, Google or Windows online stores. In the process the registration, the details for log in are provided to and by these online stores. In view of these organisations multiple abuse and breach of personal data and personal privacy, it is an inappropriate personal security risk for a bank customer to use these downloading organisations for the purposes of obtaining access to their personal private banking services. And Unicredit Bulbank in respect of customers right to privacy (as per the UN CHarter of Human Rights para 8) should instead provide a direct secure link on their own servers for the download of such apps. As a customer, I am dis-appointed to find the bank using these online providers, and will not risk my personal information of any sort with these organisations (including geo-location, access to mobile device etc) and as such am excluded from the moblile app service provision provided by Unicredito Bulbank. I appelk to Unicredito Bulbank to respect customers personal privacy with appropriate solutions reflecting best practice in the area of personal privacy, and not simply by assuming customers will accept the lowest common denominator of acceptable ignorance.
