Unicare Recruitment review: First aid course training 1

I booked a course with them for First Aid, was given a flimsy certificate and told I would receive another one in the post, it did not turn up.

I did not receive a booklet, or nay follow up, and was sold in that was a course provided for Nannies in looking for future work.

There was no communication from them after when emailed, and the phone line rings and rings out, and email comes back to me.

Thank you for taking an interest in training with Unicare. Below is a brief description of what to expect from your training day. All of our trainers are highly skilled and experienced and are independent risk assessors thus ensures only the best level of training.

Date: thursday 9:30am to 4:00pm.
Course: Pediatric First Aid

Price: £ 99.99 which includes a free pediatric first aid booklet worth £6 (deposit paid £ ) ***
plus £10.00 certificate registration fee

Directions: On Foot: We are 3 Minutes walk from the station, when you come out of the station do a right and walk 50 yards towards the traffic lights. Cross straight Over and you keep walking, Barclays Bank will pass on your left and Iceland on your right, when you approach Clements Road On the corner of Halifax Bank go straight down and in 60 yards you will see Olympic House, we are on the 5th Floor.

Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes to sign the register with the trainer on the 6th Floor first.

FREE COFFEE + TEA All Day

A One hour break shall ensue halfway through your training so you may rest or eat, there are many eating places in Ilford town centre and you will spoilt for choice.
Guidelines:

· Keep the training room, kitchen and toilet facilities clean and tidy. Please pay special care and attention to the training room’s furniture and carpets.
· Do not enter any other offices at any time
· Only smoke in the designated areas outside of the building. No smoking inside the building or toilets as it is a fire hazard
· Do not leave personal belongings unattended, as Unicare Recruitment will not be responsible for theft, loss or damage to property.
· Please switch off all mobile phones whilst in the classroom.
· Please always be considerate to other students whilst you are studying in class.
· In the event of a fire line up calmly by the door with the rest of the class. Proceed calmly to the fire exit and wait in the car park at the front of the building. Our onsite fire warden will instruct you.
· Please do not swing on chairs or sit on tables as this could lead too serious accidents.
After your intensive training day, you will be given your Certification should you pass. If for whatever reasons we are unable to give you you're Certificates, we shall post it the next working day 1st Class.
