I keep receiving the Ultra Relief with Celaplex arthritis cream every couple of weeks. It arrives with no packing slip or invoice. It gives only a p.o. number. Only the product is in the envelope. When I brought up the website, it said to sign up for the product. I did that thinking that they would screen my name out saying that I was already in their database. That did not happen. I don't know what to do. They give no phone number or e-mail address. This seems like an impossible situation. I never gave them permission to charge any credit or debit card. I'll be watching my credit card statements closely, even more than I usually do. Is there anything you can do to help me? Thanks in advance for trying.

Declare it as a fraudulent charge to your credit card company and refuse payment. I guarantee they'll stop sending it then.
