I ordered 5 pair of 3D glasses. I got two in my order. I cannot get Carl at Ultimate3DHeaven to return e-mails or send the rest of my order. I would not recomend doing business with this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I also placed an order and it did not work as suggested on their site. I returned it the next day and they have not refunded my money or sent replacements. It has been more than a month and Carl will not return my emails. There is no phone number available to call.
