Ultimate Tan Inc / Rude service

I have been a customer of Ultimate Tan for years, and I am apalled at how they run their business! I made multiple attempts between 1-10~1-24 to go tanning, only to find locked doors, NO sign stating why their doors were locked during business hours, and a full voicemail box that had their regular message. I had to call the Queen Anne location after a week and a half to finally find out that the Broadway location was temporarily closed because the bed timers needed to be replaced and were being shipped in from Europe. Now after two weeks, I'm annoyed and pale. I finally got a hold of someone today, and was rudely told there was no way to contact their manager Bruce, but I can leave a note with them if I wanted...right.

    Yikes. I hope you got a refund for unused tanning!
