We ordered this product and received it on January 8, 2009. We had 30 days to return it . After looking it over for a day or so we decided to return it. We emailed them using their return site online and got a number to call. Called that number and got a message and left a message. We receved a call back but were not available. We called back again and never got a live person. This went on back and forth for 2 weeks. All we wanted was the address to send the product back and we had to go through all of this to get that. Finally we were able to connect and sent the package via FEDEX on 2-2-2009. They receved it on 2-6-2009, within the 30 day time frame. We waited for our refund to get posted to our credit card and finally emailed them again on 3-2-2009 and they said we would here from them. Today is 3-8-2009 and I emailed them again and said if we don't see our refund by [protected] I would be filing formal complaints with the Attorney Generals of the 3 States that the companiy has operations in including my own state of Wisconsin. The other two are California where we sent the package back too and Illinois where we called to get the address from.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The man behind this as the owner or CEO is Thomas Kish. This is by far THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! We have never had to go through so much for a refund of anything and are still waiting!
