Ultimate Fares.com / Flight cancellation
I purchased tickets for Maui in December 08 for April 09 only to find out today on line that part of my trip flight had been cancelled but I was never contacted by Ultimate Fares. I just happened to check out my flight to make sure everything was still the same when I found out my times had been changed and was told by Ultimate Fares customer service that my flight had been cancelled and that I would have to contact the airline. Well, .. what did I pay them for? They initially charged me $40 to process the tickets. Now that I have a problem they don't want to help. The person at customer service didn't want to help nor did he know what he was talking about. I will never go through them again.
