SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / cancelling an order

I browsed through the website last night and ordered $43 worth of things. This morning, I regret the order so I called in to see if it could be cancelled before it shipped. Turns out, they don't have a system that lets them do that! So now I have to wait until my product gets here then return it back manually. Not only that, but when I asked to speak to the manager, she hung up on me! Very rude and awful customer service.
