Ulta Beauty management

The management at store #550 is the worst I have ever been to. The treat there employees underneath them awful. The cashiers are supper friendly but management needs to be changed. I don't think I will be going back to that store until the managers are gone. One of the managers has pink hair. I think that's very inappropriate. I feel bad for the cashiers. My cashiers name was Laura and she was super friendly and willing to help me any way she could. Thank you I hope this gets resolved because I love ULTA.

Ulta Beauty employees.

Very disappointed about the Ulta in stonebridge, usually I am good makeup artist and is glammed up all the time and I know what I am looking for at the store, I was looking a little rough when I came in because I had a long day and employees were being rude and kept following me because I looked a bum, assuming I couldnt afford to buy high end products. I ended up leaving because I didnt feel comfortable and it upset me. Because towards the end as I was leaving, I heard them talking on the walkies that they have and were saying "check the shape tape concealers to see if theyre all there" I will not tolerate the employees who work there just because I dont look the part to be shopping for high end products.

Ulta Beauty customer wrongly accused of stealing

On January 22, 2018 my daughter went to the Ulta store in Mesilla Valley Mall, Las Cruces, NM. She had just entered with her boyfriend when the manager on duty approached her and told her that she had been captured on surveillance video stealing perfume on a previous visit to the store. My daughter denied it and demanded to see the video. The manager's response was 'if you want to see the video, take us to court.' She then had 2 security guards escort my daughter from the store and told her she was banned from ever entering again. My daughter was distraught because she loves Ulta and is a frequent customer (at least once/week) and has never stolen anything. On top of being humiliated in public in front of other Ulta customers, once she was outside the store she was in the center of the mall being escorted by security, thus humiliated in front of other mall-goers. I went to the store and told the manager on duty I wanted the number of her regional manager and that I was going to get to the bottom of what was going on. She then told me that it wasn't my daughter who was seen stealing on camera, it was a girl she was with! Unlikely because she's either alone or with her boyfriend when she goes to the mall. And, IF that was the case, why not show her the video so she could identify the real thief? The manager on duty told me that the store manager had been watching the surveillance cameras remotely, saw my daughter and her boyfriend enter the store, and called the manager on duty to have her escorted out by security. So, either she lied to my daughter when she said she had been seen stealing on surveillance or she lied to me that it was a girl with my daughter who had been seen stealing on surveillance. Either way, they provided no proof (the video). I do believe the store manager has some sort of issue with my daughter. They do not know each other, but my daughter has always said that the manager is very rude to her whenever she goes in. But all their help is rude, so she didn't think much of it. We will certainly get to the bottom of this to vindicate my daughter and salvage her reputation. They will not be able to produce evidence she stole anything because she didn't. But we can prove she was slandered and we intend to do it. I will also see about pressing charges against the manager as this is surely not store policy and was a decision she made of her own accord.in addition, no one in my family will ever patronize Ulta again. And I will discourage anyone I can from shopping there as well until my daughter receives a satisfactory resolution from Ulta.

Ulta Beauty salon service

Specifically asked for the same color touch up, the wrong color touch up was done by Kimber a supposed senior designer. Charged 10 dollars extra for her services, when I called to complain I was then offered to have another stylist who is not as experienced and charges less, redo my color. Although I already paid a premium price for what I though was Kimber's experience. Very disappointed. Want my 65.00 plus 10.00 tip refunded.

Ulta Beauty management team store 473

This is one of the worst stores I have ever stepped foot in. They make you feel so unwelcomed. They management team is horrible all together. Especially the general manager (Autumn) who is rude to her employees, and bullies them to quit because she doesn't like them.

As I walked into the store yesterday 1/7/18. Not one person welcomed me or said anything. Now I know for a fact you're supposed to welcome every guest because I WORKED THERE BEFORE. Three members of management stood at the front of the store in a huddle, and all three of them looked at me when I walked in. No one asked me if I need help with anything, these "ladies" are so petty. They drive a lot of business away. I know that for a fact.

You should also check cameras more often because all they do it sit in the back office together on their cell phones. No wonder why guests are unhappy there is no one on the floor to assist anyone!

My last complaint is on a day I was working (I'm no longer employed there any longer, due to these said reasons) my boyfriend stopped by to bring me a water, and on his way out of the store an old coworker of his happened to stop him and they were chatting together for a better part of an hour or so.. I still continued to do my job helping customers and performing services. But Ashley, one of the mangers calls me over the loud speaker to the back office. Once I get back there she proceeds to tell me that my boyfriend has been in here for way too long and he needs to leave the store. First off why does she get to say who leaves the store and who stays? He is a paying customer who has often bought stuff in the store but because she knows he was my boyfriend and he was in the store for longer than she liked apparently I was told he had to go? Really? I know friends of former employees who would come in just to see them but because our management team didn't know who they were they just assumed they were a normal customer and that this employee was helping them with their purchase. I was always getting told that my friends and family weren't allowed to be in the store when they would come in to shop, and I would be helping them with their items.

This is definitely not a good place to work or shop. If I were you and want the store to keep a good reputation I would reconsider my management team here at store 473. I have plenty other things that I can say. I loved my job, but I couldn't take the bullying. I developed major depression since starting working there. I will also continue to tell people about my experience there.

Ulta Beauty checkout

The associate laney is awful and should not be allowed to treat customers so poorly. Embarrassed me, grabbed my phone out of my hand and then practically threw it back at me and yelled at me that she's right the coupon doesn't work, which actually did end up working when another associate tried! I cannot believe that I was getting treated with such disrespect! I am a paying customer and have never experienced anything like this in my life! Words cannot explain how this girl made me feel. I will never shop at ulta again. Stay away from ulta in Niles!

Ulta Beauty lack of product and customer service

On January 5, 2018 I went to Ulta Rockaway store #186, after reviewing thoroughly the products I ultimately bought, well thought I bought, I completed my trans 9662 (receipt) @8:57pm with cashier Yessenia. I bought, again believed I bought, 3 items. When I got home the box was empty, with out the product I purchased. Two out of the 3 items I purchased were actually in th e designated packaging. The Shiseido Ibuki Smart Filtering Smoother item# [protected] $23.00 was not, I purchased the packing for that product believing my product would be inside the box but it wasnt. I intend go to go the store tomorrow and I hope to get what I actually paid for, however this morning I am emailing you now because I have been unable to reach any representative at the store, 186... it is 12:20pm/est and the store opens at ten. I called and the phone rang for 4 mins! No answer so I attempt to call customed service held for three minutes and now emailing you at the same time calling back the store #186 and I am shocked because as I am emailing you still no-one has picked up, it has been a shocking 9 mins 50 seconds and the phone is still ringing, I'm calling the number on my receipt and wow it just dropped the call, the number I'm calling is [protected] so update your receipts of the number has changed and if not someone must be reprimanded, this is horrific customer service, I just want to get t he product I paid for!

Please forward me to the correct department of send me the product, this is unbelievable, I can send you my receipt but I'm sure it can be looked up, trans 9662 store 186 reg 4 date 1/5/18
I just held for customer service, 20 mins and states my issue and then call ended, I was hung up on!

Ulta Beauty salon services

Good morning,

I booked an appointment online with my local Ulta Salon (30263). My appointment was for 3 pm on Saturday, December 30th, 2017. I received confirmation via email of my appointment time and the name of the stylist (Boston). Upon arrival, I stood at the salon counter for five minutes or so before the stylist on duty acknowledged me. When she addressed me, she asked if my appointment was made online? I replied, yes! She said the stylist was gone for the day. I was also told that someone phoned me and that was not true. I arrived on time, and was made to sit and wait while a stylist was located for me. There were two stylist at the store, and neither offered services to me. I eventually called another salon in the area and left the store. Before I walked away, I spoke with the store manager, and told her about my experience. She said that this had happened before, and that she would call me when she got to the bottom of my issue. I told the store manager that it appeared to me that the stylists had an ethnicity issue and I did not feel welcome at all! The manager offered 20% off a salon service but I told her that the website is already offering 20% and that did not seem to be a gesture of goodwill.in closing, I will not shop or inquire about services at any Ulta again! I was so hurt, as I was planning for a professional experience along with a new 2018 hair do :) Please speak with the staff at Ulta in Ashley Park, Newnan, Georgia about diversity.

Ulta Beauty useless

My order never arrived. Their customer service is not able to resolve this issue. What am I to do? I am tired of dealing with them, I want them to be gone. But I ordered very expensive items and I have to finish this. Moreover, these items were supposed to be Christmas presents. I had to look for different things and spent more money. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Ulta staff that earns their money for doing absolutely nothing for their customers!

Ulta Beauty customer service

The customer service is very poor at Ulta beauty in Allentown Pa on Airport Rd. I went in on December 13th to try and find a tinted moisturizer for my face by Bare Minerals. I asked a customer service rep that was there who worked in the makeup department and she showed me a product then got a sample and applied it on one side of my face then applied a different color on the other side. When I decided what color worked best for me she walked away and was going to let me walk around the store with two different color samples on my face. I had to approach her to ask her for a wipe to remove the concealer off my face. Her name was Rachel. I have been going to Ulta Beauty to shop pretty much and every time it's a bad experience. I think I learned my lesson now and will no longer shop there again. If they don't like their job then they should look elsewhere.

Ulta Beauty lied about shipping date

I ordered from Ulta on 11/21/2017 during their Cyber Monday sale. When I ordered, it was estimated that my order would arrive by 12/1-12/7. I'm leaving town on 12/7 so I thought that would be enough time for it to get here before I left. However, my order took a week just to process and they just emailed me today (12/3) that my order has shipped and it's now supposed to arrive 12/8 - 12/9 which is when I'm supposed to be gone already. I called customer service to change the shipping address and they told me that they couldn't change it and told me to call UPS to change the shipping address. I called UPS customer service and they told me that Ulta wouldn't allow them to change the shipping address. So now my package will come after I have already left.

Ulta Beauty order not delivered ulta ruined christmas

UPS notification said I would get my package on the 30th between 2-6pm and a signature is required for the package. I waited the well past 6pm no package. I went to store came home found stack of boxes from UPS on the porch. All from boxes from another company no ULTA box. New Email from UPS comes says ulta package has been delivered the note where it says pack left says: Met customer Man
Immediately called ulta was told nothing we can do for you because UPS shows it as delivered call UPS to see if they can find it and call your bank to dispute it as not delivered. (When I ordered I applied for ULTA card was approved my purchase nearly maxed the card out on xmas gifts) so no card no bank info handy customer rep said she could help with account info) I asked for supervisor I was left on hold for a few minutes and was hung up on.
So I Tried to start package investigation myself as she direct I used web site which said contact the company I purchased from so they can start package investigation process.
Next had to get a hold of a ULTA CC services with no account number nothing. Well after being unable to be authenticated via their automated phone ibwas finally transferred to a live person who did help start a dispute process but informed me this will take a min of 30 days with a max of about 60 days and that is all that can be done for me.
So even if the approve my dispute within 30 days we are looking at Jan. Long past Christmas and she let me know my statement will be printed shortly and due end of January as well.
Long story short ULTA card maxed out for christmas gifts which I will not get from ukta as they will not replace the order unless I pay for the items again because I still need to pay for the order which has been lost by UPS. The lack of customer service has me so furious they just keep passing the buck because they are getting their money 😢😡😢😡😢😡

Ulta Beauty return

Girl insisted she couldn't find the returned item in my purchase history and didn't bother to look into the matter further. Gave me $7 store credit for a $34 Murad face wash. Did not give me the option to keep the original product, which was still sealed and obviously unused. How does a $34 item which never goes on sale suddenly $7? And why couldn't she find the product in my purchase history?

Ulta Beauty beauty service

I booked a makeup appointment two - three days before my husbands military ball. I didn't feel like doing my own makeup, but I wish I had. First I was a little early to my appointment which was scheduled at 11:30am, I showed up at 11:05am. I walked in and had never been to Ulta before so I look to an employee and say "Good Morning, I have a makeup appointment, where do I need to go?" She looks right at me, and keeps walking. I instantly got upset, how rude can one be! Finally I walk to the back of the store where I see a sign that says book appointments/salon etc. they tell me I'm early, and the person who I'm scheduled with isn't ready yet; I completely understand, I go to the Starbucks to get a drink while I wait. I sat there until my almost appointed time, and headed back in, where I waited another 35 minutes before my makeup got started. My WHOLE appointment, employees were walking up telling the individual doing my makeup, she has another appointment booked DURING my appointment, and she has this... following my appointment; dragging her all around the store. She had to leave me 3-4 times during my appointment, rushed through my makeup, and didn't even feel confident in the services she was providing for me. So how am I suppose to be comfortable with her doing my makeup, A. if she's rushing, B. Keeps saying she's sorry, this is prob the worst face of makeup she's ever done, C. Doing other services for people during my appointment. I asked to see a manager when I finished after 4 hours! I did not leave the store until 3pm, my appointment was at 11:30am. So, I wait for a manager at the register, when she gets there she automatically had an attitude. "What's the problem" I explain to her that I do not like my makeup and I've been here well over my appointed time, I do not feel comfortable paying for these services. She passes me off to a "salon manager" and asks me to go back to the salon. So I do. I get back there and I stand there for about 20 minutes before I finally realize the time, I don't have time to wait, our ball is an hour and 20 minutes away from home and I still hadn't gotten dressed, or done my hair. I go back to the front and explain to her I don't have time to wait, this was the manager by the way, and she says ok? I just pay for the services and leave pissed off. I will never go to this Ulta again in my life. My makeup was not worth the money I spent or my time. I'm so disappointed

Ulta Beauty ulta salon in lafayette, la

I am very irate with ulta salon! I was being responsible and called the ulta salon (3215 louisiana ave # 104, lafayette, la, 70501)
At 12:18 pm today and spoke with catina who was actually the one scheduled to do my hair and makeup. I told her I was traveling from baton rouge and would be late for my scheduled time. I asked catina to cancel the appointment due to me knowing I was going to be late and she specifically told me that it was ok and to just head this way when I can. I was shocked and confirmed again that I would be late and she said that is fine. My appointment was scheduled for 1.5 hours.
So I arrive at the salon for 3:30 pm, thinking everything is still good to go but it wasn't!
Catina had started on another client. Then catina tells me that someone can take me in about 45 minutes with a smirk on her face! I told her I couldn't do that because it was going to make me late for the event I was going to this evening. Catina told me she was so sorry and there is a jc penney salon up the road I could try?!?!?! Are you kidding me? My salon visit totaled $106, that's not including tax or tip.
My next issue/question was how did catina have another appointment there that she had been working on that person's hair knowing I had her booked for 1.5 hours and she told me it was ok if I was late?

This was totally ridiculous. Catina needs to be written up and sent back to a customer service training because she has no clue.
I have never been treated this poorly at an ulta salon/store and I spend a lot of money at these stores. I will never step foot in this store again and it's a shame because the person ringing up my purchases, cassandra, was totally fabulous!

Now, I am scrambling to get myself somewhat ready for the event I am going to this evening. Thanks...

Ulta Beauty customer service

I arrived Sunday about 5:30pm I picked up some shampoo and conditioner. After that I wanted some hand creme for severely dry hands, the products were moved since my last visit there and all I could find was Hemp. Which I did get two small bottles of but I wanted a product that I had gotten there before. Well a Woman asked if she could help me and so I explained as much as I could but did not know the brand she became increasingly irritable with me. They were closing at 6 and it was five minutes to. Eventually I just said forget it she was rushing me out sating"I can't help you if you don't know the name of it" she pretty much pushed me up to the register and the girl ringing me up opened the door and sent me out. It was a horrible feeling I won't be back.

Ulta Beauty stila patina and poor customer service!

Hello I use to go into your ulta beauty store and stoped because of your poor customer service. I called today at 1:55 p. M to see if you guys carried stila patina and made me wait for 10 mins and kept coming to my call wich were 3 different girls wich were so rude! I deffinately want to go in there but this girls at the end ended up hanging up on me! I thought it was very unethical of them to do that. Please adress this to your store at:

Ulta Beauty lipsticks

Purchased three Ulta Matte lipsticks on sale...3 for $9.00. It has been a couple of years since I purchased their lipsticks... which I used to like. I find this newest line to be overly waxy and have to apply it three times to get the pigment to be applied evenly on my lips and to add enough color. Rimmel and other inexpensive lines produce a much better product. I would like to see Ulta return to a good lipstick as I like theri color selections.

Ulta Beauty bad service

I have visited 3 of their stores and must say none of the representatives were polite. They were nervous, worried about something, had no time for customers.
I think it's inappropriate. Treatment like this makes me want to go out as fast as possible and never return. I hope you understand it.
You have to look into the matter and start teaching your staff how to treat people who bring money. It's the right time for doing it, or they will ruin your reputation.

Ulta Beauty quality of product

Started to buy ULTA products this past year from a recommendation from a friend. I have tried their concealer.in the past I only bought makeup from CVS and so I have limited exposure as to what is good and what is crap. I have also heard that Sephora is a superior product so perhaps someone can tell me the difference between any of these companies so I can look beautiful and please my man so he will buy me something expensive.

I went to get a haircut at ULTA in Laredo Tx. There were several stylist standing around. It seems they gave me the stylist that had not been cutting hair long or didn't have confidence in his ability to cut hair or he went through a tough time with a customer. I am not sure cause nobody would tell me what the deal was. All the other stylist were making comments like, "She has a lot of hair. Be careful, " or "Good luck." Again shouldn't be my choice if I want to be someone's first victim. What if my haircut was a disaster. None of the stylist cared about that. They just watched! Thank goodness he did a good job. My hair came out the way I wanted. But to not inform me of what the situation was, just pissed me off. Well joke is on you ladies. I like my cut!
