ukticketfactory / not supplying goods paid for
I ordered three tickets to watch JLS at the Hammersmith Apollo from this organisation. The money was taken from my credit card, but no tickets have been received. When I tried to contact the organisation, their website is no longer in use. It was operating out of Hungary, although it has an address in Vancouver.
I have contacted my credit card company in order to get reimbursement for the £132 taken from my account. However, the money will not make my 12 year old daughter happy, as she will no longer have the birthday present she was promised. Is there no way of getting at these people?
