I applied online on 28 January 2021. I finally received an Approved email on 7 March 2022. I was supposed to receive my funds 7 to 10 working days thereafter. It is 17 May 2022 and still no payment. The agents put the phone down because they don’t have excuses to give anymore. It’s been escalated into the universe. Where do I go to get help? This is MY money, and I need it. They just ignore my emails as well.

UIF Non payment of UIF

Why don't you just come clean and tell us what's going on!?
Just received a sms, claim rejected, no explanation!?
Paying UIF for 30-years, this is shocking!
My paperwork was 100% correct from day one, but they kept making me come back with lame excuse, sorry we are offline, second excuse, sorry we haven't captured your details yet, 3rd excuse sorry come back a different date...Finally you just receive a sms, claim rejected!?

UIF Call centre

I've been trying to call the uif centre since last year, different times and days. Always the same "you are a valued customer" and "we are experiencing high call volumes". Nobody ever answers that phone. I've tried to register on the ufiling website, but it says "the uif number is already registered on ufiling" of course, nobody at my company has ever registered on ufiling. I think the call centre is just an empty room with phones ringing!
