WARNING to anyone looking to buy original Ugg boots at a discount price. DO NOT buy from these criminals! Their website (chock full of the Ugg logo & photos of actual Uggs) implies that they are a Canadian branch of Ugg, selling Ugg products at clearance prices with free shipping. Truth: they are selling counterfeit (knock-offs that are not 100% genuine sheepskin lined boots) goods fraudulently tagged & labelled as Uggs. the photos & description are not accurate to the actual product they ship -- YOU WILL BE THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the crap they send you. there is also no money back guarantee, as the product ships from China, they do not have a Canadian distro centre to handle exchanges, returns, etc. they expect you to pay for the shipping back to China, and they still will only refund you 50% of the purchase price to cover "handling and restocking"--seriously?!?!?! i got stiffed with the crappy boots, which i paid Cdn$115, as it was not worth my while to send back. i have informed Uggs Australia of this unethical site that is tarnishing their good name. i hope they take legal action, as these @ssholes need to be shut down! warn your friends & family and do not buy from these people; they have have no scruples nor souls! >:-(
