Uggsale. Cc review: Scam Website 3

I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this companies website on 21/02/2010. They claim the boots are genuine australian made uggs, made out of real sheepskin. The price they quoted me on the site and in two email was $110 or £63.80. They took £73.20 via my visa debit card on the 24/02/2010. Two weeks later I email to ask if/when the boots will be posted. Establish that not only had the boots not been sent, but that they were out of stock. Despite being told they would be back in stock in a "few days" I try to cancel my order and get my money back. Three emails later, they agree to a refund, but say it will take two weeks. I then phoned my bank to get some advice and a dispute form. Today, 19/03/2010, the boots have arrived. They smell of chemicals and are not sheepskin. They have labels inside claiming they are leather and have leaflets claiming they are "made from the finest sheepskin". They have come directly to me from Shanghai.

i bought a pair of ugg boots from uggsale..which are fake and I want to return them..checked there website they wont let me contact customer services ..website state they cost £64 and have charged me £74..I'm worried that I will get more charges on my credit card and that I cant return them

i also ordered a pair of boots n was charged more than they quoted and 3weeks later i still havnt received my boots and i cant get in contact wiv the company, as a struggling mum of three i have been ripped off and lost money that was a very rare treat for myself, i am very upset and dont know what to do.
