I purchased 2 pairs of UGG boots from this site as Christmas presents, they advertised 100% Authentic Australian Uggs. I ordered the boots and they should have arrived within 5/7 days, 7 days passed no boots I went on their web-chat facility and they advised me order hadn't even been shipped but they would be shipped the Monday! 10 days later i received my UGG boots only to open the black bin bag they where shipped in to be over come by a really strong smell that was a cross between damp mould and fire ###ant! I had to put my poor dog outside and open the window it was that strong.

The boxes the shoes come in where damaged and not very good quality for Ugg boots. The boots each came in the Ugg plastic bags that is normal for real Ugg boots and they both had an authenticity card and care instructions in the box. At a glance the black bailey button Uggs looked real but as soon as you touched them and looked in more detail it was obvious! The sole was ridged, the material was very thin and the Ugg label on the back was black with brown lettering on it and it should have been grey lettering. The Kensington Uggs where a different matter, these are a brand new style and obviously they haven't had the chance to perfect their techniques on these yet becuase they didn't even look like the boots Ive tried on here in the UK, they where the wrong material, the wrong colour the wrong sole, the wrong fur and colour fur, the metal tags weren't attached properly the wording on the buckles wasn't blacked out and they stunk to high heaven, they where the wrong shape and the wrong hight when put on!

I tried to contacted ugg-bootsstore.net the day of the delivery via web-chat but all of a sudden this facility isnt an option for me any longer, I have to send them emails an to my horror I found out that their customer service email address is a yahoo account (argh Im an idiot!) So I emailed them the day they arrived and advised them that unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and I needed to return them for a full refund and could they arrange for a collection and Id pay for it or can they give me their address and Id send them back recorded delivery. The reason I didn't tell them they where fake is bacuse I wanted to try and get my money back and I figured if I started with "your shoes are fake" they would cut all contact with me! Ive had 11 emails off them up to now al consisting of about 6 words a time offering me £40 to keep them or pay £65 for them to be collected but I must pay it up front when I only paid £9.99 to get them delivered in the first place. As of Monday Im out of their returns policy so wont be able to return them at all. At that point I will advise them that I know they are fake, Im just gutted that we have has lost £200 just before Christmas and we've now got to try and get it back though the credit card company and I still have the stinky fake shoes! Im frustrated that I since found out that they are based in china when I asked themvia webchat before I made my purchase and they told me they where in teh USA. I feel stupid and disapointed in myself that I didnt look into the site further and I truested them and now Im not sure if Ill purchase of the net again. :(
