bad quality product!
I bought my daughter some boots from this company, after 8mths they fell apart with very little use, and they refuse to do anything about it, because they only offer a 30 days warranty. If the product falls apart after that, they don't care.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I bought ugg from them and the sole is no longer attached to the shoe after 1 month, the company told me they have your permission to sell, and it's not fake, I think it is, please check it.
I was gifted UGG boots for my birthday. January 01, 2022. I have many of UGG boots never have I purchased or receive until last year of January 2022. I paid for shipping to send back to UGG. I was sent a letter stating they are out of warranty. They were sent back with descriptions of defects. Defects are visible.

My daughter bought me some boots to replace some I've had for 8 years, they have a hole in top of them, I've only used them a few times, I was very dissatisfied
I ordered a pair of 'upside' ugg boots but when they arrived they were taupe and not black as i had ordered and also the design was not as in the picture so i asked them to send me a freepost returns label so i can send them back for a refund but they are refusing saying they sent out the right order but they have not and these cost me around £ 90 and i cannot afford to just through that sort of money away

I order from this company on January 28, 2016 and they got to me on February 1, 2016 I try them on and they fill good. So far so good I wore them one time and they didn't fall apart. But the one thing that I noticed with this company is that they don't email you back at all. Am thinking about buying one more pair.
I ordered ugg boots of www.uggsbootsstore.com at the beggining of december the website stated delivery in 7 days they have still not arrived i have tried to contact the website several times but been unable to recieve any support or feed back as to there where abouts. i have also tried to track with parcel force but they haven't recieved them.
I am unsure of what to do really now?
I ordered boots right after Christmas which were back ordered until January 23rd. A few days past that date I receive an email that the order was cancelled. So I changed the boot color which meant I had to wait until February 9th to receive them. Only to get yet another email that my order was cancelled. When I tried calling customer service each time my wait was over 100 minutes! When I finally got ahold of customer service to make sure everything was in fact cancelled they informed me the email was sent by mistake. Needless to say I cancelled my order anyway because of the confusion and hassle with this company. I will never order another product from the website and warm others to just buy a product in store if you really want it.

My boots are the classic tall ones that I bought last year.
These boots are advertised as being ideal for winter, however, although I treated them with water repellent every month when wearing, I ended up with my feet completely wet inside, after walking in the snow this winter!
When contacting them, ugg kept repeating again and again that there was nothing they could do for me, if my product was more than 1 year old, which is my case.
Conclusion: I spent €240 for these boots and they are the only shoes I have that did last only 1 winter.
Amazing.
After hearing so much good about ugg and seeing so reinsuring publicity, I thought ugg was a responsible company and that I could trust the brand. I was definitively wrong as ugg succeeded in making me spend $ for not long lasting shoes.
In addition, the fact that the customer service kept on replying me again and again the same pre-formatted answer, as there was nothing else apparently they could say to get rid of unsatisfied customer, is definitively a sign of non serious company.
I received my order today and have come to realize that I was sold a fake pair of ugg boots! I have a variety of authentic ugg australia boots and the boots that were shipped to me are far from the authentic. i'm very upset that I have been mislead and lied to. this is fraud, I want a full refund! www.uggstore-canada.net has not gotten back to me, i've learned a valuable lesson... buyer beware... first research before you buy an item online. if I had done this first, I would have known not to trust and buy from them. well there goes $140 dollars down the drain. horrible quality of boot, feels like cardboard and very sloppy made. your better off spending $20 at wal-mart and sewing on your own ugg label.
