UGG Australia / fake ugg boots

1 China Review updated:

I stupidly ordered 1 pair of ugg boots from this website. The website looks legitimate. I ordered the boots on Nov.13, 2010 and received them on Nov. 18, .2010. I received the boots in a cardboard box and it was smashed, the boots came with a tracking number from the U.S. Postal service, the boots are totally fake and smell like paint thinner I don't know what kind of fabric they are made from but, I 'd be afraid to wear them because I don't know what the smell is and maybe it could harm you. On the website the boots were supposed to be $72.20 but when I called the credit card company I was charged $92.84 twice and $2.78 twice for an interest charge foreign transaction fee. There are no deals on real ugg boots, buy them from a real ugg retailer or you'll be sorry like me. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company but, it's probaly too late. They wanted me to return the boots, they came from Shanghai, China and the address is in Chinese. I went to the post office they cant help me either.

I had the same thing happen to me. I ordered mine a few days after you did it looks like. I've been trying to get hold of them through their live chat so I can print off something for my bank that shows they won't take them back. You could try that. Also, I contacted the legit Ugg Australia website www.uggaustralia.com and they said that if you type in the address in the counterfeit education site and it comes back saying it's not a legitimate website that some credit card companies are taking that as proof. It's frustrating I know. I bought some for my daughter and she wore them for a few hours before the elastic around one of the buttons broke. I hope you get your money back. I hope I get my money back. I definitely learned my lesson!

Cheap UGG Boots on sale. I had ordered 2 pairs off UGG Boots in the sale @ £65 each online using my bank card. Money was taken straight away. They sent an email from uggeden@hotmail.com to confirm my order & payment from a Cindy - which I thought was strange. These were ordered on 25th August now we are on 16th September. I have email her a few times & her reply was my tracking number. I called Aramex delivery to see where my item was & the girl at the other end said they were being held by customs as they were fakes which will be destroyed. She advise to ask for a full refund which I have done - I will be lucky to see any refund as this being a fake company with a fake website.

I purchased a defected Uggaustralia mini Boots and within 7 month the leather on 1 of the boots ripped on the side. I contacted UGGaustralia warranty department and I feel that I was treated with total ignorance. I followed every step of their procedure at their request to provide all the information and pictures and I 'm very disappointed and outraged by the "NO SERVICE" they provide for their customers.
