Ubisoft ubisoft customer service lack of response

My phone had to be replaced and that meant I lost the google authenicator for 2 step verification, and I set it up long enough ago that I can't remember what the codes were. I submitted a request to have it disabled on Thursday 14th February 2019 at 11:32 UTC+0.
Initially I got a response within five hours asking me to confirm my account with an Email, which I did the next day, Thursday 15th Feb.
Since then, despite getting a return email from their automated system acknowledging my email confirmation, I have had no further communication with anyone at Ubisoft despite repeatedly stating that my issue has still not been solved, which is causing increasing worry about accessing my account and games, with it now being over a week since my complaint was even acknowledged.

Ubisoft abandon policy when falsely lagged out of ranked game

I play ranked and occasionally I can lag and I will admit that, but when I have great ping and a strong connection with my ethernet cable, and still lag out, I have an issue. I just recently got an abandon from my ranked games because of false connection issues and would like to ask for the abandon to be lifted or explained as soon as you read this

Ubisoft ubisoft support

It has been days since I logged a ticket for assistance getting into my account and disabling 2 step verification so that I can add it to authenticator on my new phone. They sent me an email to verify my account which I did and after 2 or 3 days of trying I was able to get into my account, however when trying to disable 2 step verification, the screen just loads and nothing else happens.

I am not happy with their lack of response, this to me is an urgent matter as if anything should happen to my PC in the meantime it means I will be locked out of my ubisoft client and wont be able to access my games (which I paid for).

Therefore I wish to take the matter further...

Ubisoft:
I have had nothing but trouble with your company, painful issues with games such as access being denied for example on watchdogs2 - the actual issue being that the anti cheat service you use had detected my lighting software as a potential threat.

you insist two step verification is turned on and now you will not even allow us to play ranked games on Rainbow Six Siege without having it on. Madness! I had tried two step verification before an it was an absolute nightmare that's why I turned it off! But I wanted to play ranked so what choice did I have? Anyway, I receive my email verification and enter my key. Not accepted. Try again. Not accepted. Locked out... Meanwhile, no other emails. I make the point again, 2 step verification to play ranked? Are you having a laugh? Just another reason we all hate Ubi. (Not to mention the less than desirable servers).

Ubisoft the story and racism

Hi
Im one of your assassin's creed fans and Im very disappointed for your lack of information about Persian history . The picture you have shown to the world about persians is not real and all I see is your doing for marketing and selling . From this point I lost the faith I had in you so you lost one of your customers, and I will not be the last one . The least you can do is apologize for your mistakes and racisms .

Ubisoft unable to play tc rainbow six for over 9 months

On Monday 12th of March 2018 I raised a ticket, my Steam account had been hacked and I could not longer access ONE of my games, all the others where ok, for some reason TC Rainbow 6 Siege did not longer worked. I then purchased the starter edition on another Steam account which worked fine while they were looking into the issue. Now I do not longer have access to neither, not the Gold Edition I purchase neither the starter edition, 2 different Steam accounts but only one Ubisoft account. I have been purchasing all your games, as you could see on my account.
Up to this day I have not been given a solution, I do not get updates as to what happens and I have to keep calling and emailing the support team about the same query over and over again. I have requested that they remove the game from my account all together and then send me another key to re add the game again, they just keep saying that they are looking into it. I have also requested a refund and I have been told to go back to Steam, they will not do that because it has been more than 2 weeks since purchase. Ubisoft will not help me at all and it is really frustrating that I paid so much money for a new game and now the value is less to nothing and I have lost all this time. Total waste. I just want a WORKING game, that's all, or a credit on my account or anything but No solution is totally awful customer services. I cannot believe that after all this faithful years with you this is the service I receive when I have an issue.
M y name is Mr Oscar Angel-Baro, from Bolton, Manchester UK.
My account on Ubisoft is oscarangel, my e-mail address is [protected]@hotmail.com, I have two Steam accounts both linked to my same email address : Usernames are oscarangelbaro15 (angelknight2005) and stanleyandboodge (the_angel_is_back)
The case ref number is [protected]
Please sort this out for me as it is very frustrating

Ubisoft suspending/banning

So I was in a match a few months ago and the whole team plotted to kill me(they were friends). On the way out I killed two of them and the next round I killed one and was suspended for team killing. None of them killed me more than once and thee was nothing against them. I'm just saying that doesn't seem right. Anyways now I had someone steal my kill, then start shooting me in a match.(the kill stealing doesn't really matter I guess) I had to kill him before he killed me(he was shooting me with machine gun and I point blanked him with shotgun that's how I killed him first) and next round the exact same thing happened. When we spawned he started shooting me. I once again used the power of Buck against hi, and was suspended for 30 minutes. I don't really mind the break as I'm getting tired of this game and will now play fallout 76 but I'm getting worried maybe these dumb suspensions will add up and something larger will happen. I'm not saying that being banned from multiplayer for being targeted for teamkill is wrong but being banned for being targeted for teamkill is wrong. My gamer tag is Im Awesome44444 and I am a loyal player at level 104 so if u could do something I would appreciate it. Also I never got a chance to do the zombie mode and would like to try it soo yeah. If you respond in some way or another this took up ten minutes of my time so I would like that.

Ubisoft the division

Please provide me with details of your Legal Department in the UK as I am suing Ubisoft UK for Libel for labelling me a cheater in playing the division.

I was banned for no reason with no explanation so my Lawyer is submitting a formal Lawsuit against Ubisoft for Libel and lost money thru purchasing the game and also for purchasing in game credits.

There will also be a compensation element of the claim of 10, 000 pounds stirling for Libel.

Please forward me the details for the paperwork from my Legal representative to send the court documents and the Legal bundle to [protected]@indigokids.co.uk

Thankyou,

Ubisoft ubisoft will not refund me

I purchased Assassin's Creed Odyssey twice by accident. I want a refund from Ubisoft because I have already pre-ordered the game from Gamestop. It was a geniune mistake and I have submitted a ticket but it does not seem like it is helping. I spent a lot of money on the game $89.98 and want a full refund. The terms of service say that I can get a refund within the first 14 days and I submitted the ticket as soon as I accidentally purchased the game. I have sent several messages but the only thing I see is something that says my case is being worked on. It is frustrating because it is a lot of money and I do not have a use for two of the same game.

Ubisoft ubisoft won't send a product that was paid for in full because of a glitch in their system

I was watching E3 2016 last year when they finally announced the new South Park game, The Fracture But Whole. They told everyone to pre-order the game and pay it off in full to get a bonus game, South Park: The Stick of Truth. So I did on 6/13/16. After I was charged the full amount, a few months went by and I thought about cancelling my order because they pushed the released date back and had no idea when it would release. When I spoke to a representative at that time, they told me to keep my pre-order because it was already paid in full and I didn't have anything to worry about. So I decided to keep it. Fast forwarding to now, on 10/14/17 I received an email saying my order was cancelled. I immediately contacted them minutes after receiving their email, and was only able to contact them through their "email support". So I sent them an email opening a support case. A representative responded saying that they will be looking into the problem once they have more information on their end on what's going on. So I waited 2 days, and tried their chat which I could not get on. I then tried their customer service number, which the recording says if your calling about anything other than you being locked out of your online account, the representative will not help you and will direct you to email their support. I stayed on the line anyway and spoke to a female representative who said she was going to move my case to the inbox of the support team. Which was unacceptable and meaning I had to wait for a response. I tried their chat line again, finally got through and had a representative who asked if my order was done through "Digital Rivers" and I said "No, it says UPlay Store". The representative said he was trying to get a hold of their technical support team and asked me to wait. I waited for 5 minutes and he came back telling me that the technical support team is aware of the issue and I was not the only person this happen to but they are looking into it. I asked when will I receive my game? And his response was "I don't know. It depends how fast the technical support team can fix the issue. But I'm sure they are already working on it to have it fixed by the release date". I told the representative that the release date is tomorrow (10/17/17) and he said I'm sure they will have it fixed by then but otherwise we don't know how long it will take to get the issue resolved. I was hoping for an email that stated this and I received nothing. I went on to their Facebook page to try and find out if this happened to anyone else, which I found 1 other person. I also received a response from Ubisoft (whoever runs their Facebook page) and was told to contact their support. When I told them I did and Ubisoft has my money but I have no game, the person responding stop replying to my messages.

All I want is for Ubisoft to take my game, "South Park: The Fracture But Whole PlayStation 4 Collector's Edition", put it in a box, write my mailing address on the box and ship it to me. I paid for this game in full and there should be NO reason that I shouldn't have it on release day. This is bad business on their part and poor customer service. They have both my money and my game because of their computer glitch which has nothing to do with my product I ordered. This is a time where the President of the company needs to start making heads roll in his company and correct what is going on.

Ubisoft misleading information

I placed an order at their online store. I got no confirmation or information about it. Then I decided that something went wrong and wanted to get a refund just in case. I contacted their customer service and they clarified the situation a little bit. They said that my item is out of stock, even though the information on the website was different or I would never buy it. They advised not to cancel the order and wait for it to appear in stock. I will, but it's so uncomfortable

Ubisoft facebook game csi

I am so upset with Ubisoft, I have been playing their facebook game CSI, and they have this Elite Membership that you can buy for 30 Ubi Credits, and it gives you access to specials, so I bought that about 2 weeks ago, the next day I log in, and its like it never happened, its gone. I sent their "Support" an email, and they send me back a response saying they need the details about the transaction(Hello !Look it up!"), so I send them back the details, and that was that, no email back or response since then, so after that I try to let it go and my dumb ### says let it go and rebuys that stupid membership, and the same thing happens again. I give up, if Ubisoft does not care enough to at least send an email back to help, then ### you Ubisoft!

Many people have complained about the fact that the XBox Wireless Controller is not correctly recognised by Assassin's Creed (although the box claims that the XBox 360 Controller is supported). Have contacted Ubisoft but they're still looking for problems at my end and said there are no plans to address the issue at present.

Yea, it really does suck. I originally beat the game with WASD and later bought the 360 wireless controller and the mapping are wrong. This is amusing to me because I had originally bought the logitech rumblepad2 (wireless as well) and while the external mapping was excellent, the reverse default key mappings (4321) annoyed me enough to return it for the OFFICIAL controller. Thankfully some of the newer games have correct support for the issue.

Ubisoft doesn't address female demographic

Far Cry 2 was an excellent game. It included realism, good action, and a good plot. The problem? Lack of character choices. You pick from nine characters. The one you pick doesn't speak. At all.

Rather than include the three female mercenaries in the game as playable characters, Ubisoft decided to cry "voice acting issues, " and rather than use their profit from the game to at least make the characters downloadable, they decided to use it to sell some overpriced downloadable content. According to them, they would have to "script" dialogues differently for the female characters, and so far, I haven't been able to see anything big in terms of gender recognition. At that, the female characters are scripted like the other characters in the game, including the player character. The only three female characters, and they neglected to put them in as playable characters.

The complaint here is that Ubisoft didn't address their female demographic and rather than do so, they claim some random, poorly thought out excuse. They constantly send a bot, and sadly, will not address the issue.

Rather than take a route to satisfy the rest of the demographic, they instead neglected it for whatever reason.

Ubisoft Customer Reviews Overview

Ubisoft is a global video game company known for developing and publishing a wide range of interactive entertainment products. Among its portfolio, it boasts popular franchises such as Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Just Dance. The company offers games for various platforms, including consoles, PC, and mobile devices. Ubisoft also provides services through its online platform, Uplay, which allows for digital distribution, multiplayer and communication services, and a rewards system for players.

Ubisoft In-depth Review

In Summary: Ubisoft is a well-established player in the gaming industry, known for its diverse range of titles and innovative approach to game development. With a history of creating immersive gaming experiences, Ubisoft continues to push the boundaries of interactive entertainment. However, like any major company, it faces challenges in areas such as customer support and security. This review will delve into various aspects of Ubisoft's offerings and operations to provide a comprehensive overview.

Company Overview: Ubisoft has a rich history in the gaming industry, with its origins tracing back to 1986 in France. As a leading game publisher and developer, Ubisoft has a significant market presence, known for creating some of the most popular and enduring franchises in gaming history.

Product Range: Ubisoft offers a wide array of games spanning multiple genres, including action-adventure, shooter, role-playing, strategy, and simulation. Notable franchises like Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Just Dance are synonymous with the brand, and new releases are eagerly anticipated by the gaming community.

User Experience: The Ubisoft website is user-friendly, with clear navigation and easy access to game information. Account creation is straightforward, allowing users to manage their games and content efficiently. The digital storefront provides a seamless purchasing process, though some users may find the number of available editions for certain games overwhelming.

Game Quality and Performance: Ubisoft games are generally known for their high-quality graphics and immersive audio. Gameplay quality varies by title, but the company has a reputation for delivering engaging experiences. System requirements are clearly listed, though optimization can sometimes be an issue. Ubisoft is proactive in releasing patches to address bugs and improve performance.

Customer Support: Ubisoft offers various support channels, including a help website and community forums. While the company strives to be responsive, some users report slow response times during peak periods. The quality of assistance is typically high, and the community forums are a valuable resource for peer-to-peer support.

Pricing and Value for Money: Ubisoft's game prices are generally in line with industry standards. The company frequently offers sales and discounts, and its loyalty program, Ubisoft Connect, provides additional incentives for repeat customers. In-game purchases are present in many titles, which some players feel detract from the overall value.

Innovation and Development: Ubisoft is committed to innovation, investing in new technologies like VR and AR to enhance gaming experiences. The company is also dedicated to developing original content and intellectual properties. Collaborations with other companies and creators have led to unique gaming experiences.

Social Responsibility: Ubisoft has made strides in promoting sustainability and ethical practices within its operations. The company has initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion and is involved in community and charity work, though the extent and impact of these efforts can vary.

Security and Privacy: Ubisoft takes data protection seriously, with a comprehensive privacy policy and account security features like two-factor authentication. However, the company has experienced security issues in the past, which it has worked to address and prevent in the future.

User Reviews and Community Feedback: User reviews of Ubisoft games are mixed, with many praising the immersive worlds and storytelling, while others criticize the frequency of in-game purchases and bugs. Community sentiment is generally positive, though specific issues can affect the company's reputation among gamers.

Awards and Recognition: Ubisoft has received numerous industry awards and accolades over the years, reflecting its status as a leading game developer. Critical acclaim for its innovative titles and franchises is a testament to the company's creative achievements.

Future Outlook: Ubisoft has several exciting projects in the pipeline, with a strategic direction that includes expanding its existing franchises and exploring new markets. The company's plans for growth and adaptation to industry trends are promising for its future success.

Conclusion: Overall, Ubisoft is a powerhouse in the gaming industry, offering a broad range of quality titles that cater to various player preferences. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in customer support and security, the company's commitment to innovation and player engagement makes it a strong choice for gamers. Ubisoft's games are well-suited for players who appreciate rich storytelling and expansive worlds, and the company's performance and offerings continue to make it a major player in the gaming landscape.
