There is this company in Sharjah with the same name run by Pakistanis but has nothing to do with the real Forbes company nor their Indian Partner Eureka Forbes. Never be cheated, they would say this is a US company with operations in several other counties but all that is LIEs.
If the company itself is fraudulent what trust can you have on their product which they claim is from US?!

Eureka fobes company cheated me, I bought 9 stage purifier on 16 November 2020 with 2 years maintenance contract and they done only 2 services in these period. my contract is finishing on November and they want to me to renew this contract. getting slow water and now saying that need to replace tank with AED 700. they are misleading people and trying to get continue contract and getting money. so please do not buy from them. Now I am trying to complaint in Dubai consumer court.
Guys... plz.. don't get trapped from this company employees. Their purifier system is fake and wafer full of TDS... with heavy heart we will throw out this machine today and will start buying bottle waters from supermarket. Never Ever trust this purifier company at last you will be cheated.
I have mentioned the above complaint against Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (Pakistani Team) based in U.A.E.
I was using Hydropower for many years and thought of changing for a Alkaline system. Well hell broke loose and I purchased the Eureka forbes since then I have to really beg them for service. Its been 10 days since the service guy disconnected the alkaline filters only to come next day. Not sure when that next day will come.
On top of that the lady is calling me daily for selling me a service contract.
Absolutely pathetic service.
I also fell in the trap of Eureka Forbes and bought it. I later checked and understood that in the machine nowhere is Eureka forbes or Aquaguard mentioned. Moreover the first service is due for last 2 months and whenever i call they make excuses. I regret trusting these people. Im usually very careful to buy, but they misrepresented and i got trapped.

I had a similar experience. It looks to be a fraudulent company. I called them to service my Eureka Forbes Crystal machine (bought from India). A paki "Technician" landed up my door with absolutely no knowledge about water purifiers. He haphazardly opened up the machine and said that the above machine was not usable in UAE (Although it was working well with me for more than 3 years). He bought some PH testing liquid from his bag and was trying to prove that my machine was converting the water to acidic nature. When i gave him a bottle of Masafi, he tested the water and said that it was worse than tap water. Anyway, he was trying to sell me a 9 stage water purification system for about Dhs 2400 !. Please be careful of this company and exercise caution. I had called them to service my machine and they send me a dodgy salesman !

I have been using this purifier sold by this dummy Forbes company since last 2 years. Any way can we check if the water which we are using is really getting purified else will have to stop using this filter with immediate effect. Thanks for this forum, really a eye opener

Who told you we eureka forbes is unknown and unauthorized source. you and your company know us very well from the last 13 to 14 years. you know. we are the only eureka forbes llc is registered company of uae. you better life llc is doing post product selling of indian brand forbes.
Don’t make any kind of negative markiting any more. try to sell your product in gentle way. not by any negative marketing. that why people are taking our product because we don’t sell our product with negative marketing we tell then we are eureka forbes llc. we are the only one selling best water purifiers in the uae.
Peolpe of the uae you should understand that if you need eureka forbes unit you will need to call us amd install the best water purifiers which are source units. if you want to purchase indian eureka forbes product call batter life llc. they do post product selling of forbes.

Pakistani Family owned- employees are also their own relatives.
This company has “NOTHING” to do with original Eureka Forbes, India that belongs to Shapoorji Palonji.
They have taken the exact name and have been moving around I guess for the last few years saying that they are an international company and have their filters made in US. During their conversation, they also will mention " You may know the very old Eureka Forbes which is an Indian Brand”. However they have no connection to any of these things and they say that you mislead you.
On 22-Sep-2018, the Pakistani sales guy came home after I booked a demo with this number +[protected] (with a Pakistani lady). I was already getting a really bad vibe from his conversation while he was explaining at home. However he was very pushy and said "Mam you pay only AED.100/- and was just not ready to leave before he got an booking amount”. He was afraid I guess whether we would do some research. Anyhow I paid, and they promised to come to install the very next day a filter which they claimed is the 9 stage system. I kept calling them several times to come home and they kept booking, but no one came. Then on 29-Sep-2018, a technician Pakistani guy came to fix it and insisted me to pay by cash. However, I had a very wired feeling and I refused to pay by cash and paid by credit card. Further, another Pakistani guy came in the evening only with card machine, no receipts or any other document whatsoever. I should have been getting a “payment receipt, warranty card & a service contract” with dates of when they will come for services.
Since then, I have been calling them (1 month now), on different numbers, landline, the sales guy, another lady from their sales team in the office, none gave me any documents. When I call, they just keep bluffing with each other. Someone picks up and says the guy/lady in a meeting and that meeting never ends. Different people keep picking up the mobile calls. I have also been sending WhatsApp mesgs, they read, however, there is no response. In between, I started looking online to see if there was anything about this company and found this complain board. I called up the sales guy and send him mesg that if he does not respond, I will file a complaint and he called me up finally and I told him about this amount of complaints I saw online. He says that these complains do not belong to them and at some point of time, there was another company mocking them who are now being legally closed. Again he was bluffing, the numbers shown in the previous posts here are the same numbers as they have now too. In addition, if you go to their Facebook page, you will see tons of complains there too. And they keep opening new pages, I guess should be when they have too many complains.
Ultimately, I spoke to Dubai Police and asked them for advise- They told me that I have three options, file a complain online with all proof attachments to CID (I guess this will be a CID based investigation), or directly go to the CID office or I can file a complaint at the nearest police station. Today I called their office once again to give them one last warning and finally they sent me an invoice with full of mistakes around customer name, including the model number of the purifier. In addition, all their terms and conditions coincide with the item that I have purchased and they now tell me “Mam these are general conditions for everyone, but we will give you what you have purchased and you don’t have to worry about the service”. Now I doubt whether they have even given me the 9 stage purifier, as their payment receipt shows the right amount of the money paid, but the purifier model number is different. Based on their request, I will wait for one more day and then will confirm a legal proceeding.
What I will advise everyone here is, we are living in the UAE where you can trust the authorities and please do not hesitate to raise complaints against such people so that too many of us do not get cheated. So please go ahead and complain against such companies who do not follow rules and regulation or or do fraudulent activities.

I think still today you are using our product that for sure. because the product we sell is one of the best water purifiers which you install in your home. dear when the sales guy came did you sign the contaract. you say buy your word you pay by credit card. you got the slip. what is the name written on that will be eureka forbes llc. secondly when we are a registered company in uae since 2007. why I need to associate with an indian company in uae. I will tell you we are the only one eureka forbes llc in the uae. we have 3 branches in uae. we are plaining to make 2 more in uae. as per you base less allegation. I would like to inform you plz send us your apology email to the company as soon as possible. other wise what you say that you are living in uae and there are authorities here. we are doing under the law of uae. if you did not act as a good citizen of dubai to say apology to the company. otherwise I will make a legal notice on you. How is acquguard middle east which is based in Nahda, sales guy was not pushy like Eureka Forbes but little expensive.

I always doubted these people until i saw this page. M experiencing the same dissatisfaction as most of you guys have mentioned. They just keep calling to renew your contract where actually they haven't fulfilled their earlier commitment of providing 3 filters in the last contract.. am going to consumer courts. Pls let me kmow if someone's intrested in doing the same..
Recently I have encountered worst side of service response from Eureka Forbes employee[s]. Initially I called and texted at +971 55 [protected] on 19th Thursday April 2018, at first some small child picked up the call and after sometime one lady responded. She told me to inform me regarding the service guy on Saturday but after long waiting I didn’t get a call or message from her so I again called hr back. This time she fixed the appointment for installation of my water purifier for Sunday afternoon between 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
Next day that is Sunday 23rd April 2018 I am waiting for the guy to come but instead of him coming he called me from +971 [protected] and reschedule the appointment for same day between 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Again waiting for that guy to respond between given time I called him but he didn’t picked the call at once after multiple try once he responded and that too with false promise of calling back after 5 min. I kept waiting for 15 min and called him back multiple times but this time he didn’t picked the call at all. Because of his false promise I had to cancel my plans twice.
I will make sure what I suffered other person should not suffer so I will keep posting this reviews on social media and blogs that other people doesn’t get fooled by your false promises and poor service.

Pathetic levels of service. They call you for service request when the service would have been just completed. But when the actual service is due you only keep following up for a service. Getting them over phone is the first challenge. If you get through a person coming on the appointed date time is a big gamble. Finally after multiple call they might probably come to service. Avoid this company, else you are in regular pain of follow-ups as they don't seem to correct themselves in the past many years.

YES This Sharjah Company has been really miserable as far as their Service Levels are concerned. The decision to purchase from them has been one of the worst we have made in recent times. Wonder how Forbes is allowing this to happen? Please do not buy !
Complaint Against - Eureka Forbes Water Purification UAE
I have made a booking yesterday (November 13th 2019) with Eureka Forbes UAE for a 9 Stage RO Water Purifier (Same Company) and gave them an advance of 300 AED.
Total device cost was 2300 AED. It was a RO+UV+Alkaline Flagship model.
But Luckily last night I got this complaints blog where everyone has registered there complaints.
Now they are not agreeing to refund my advance as I cancelled the order today November 14th 2019 at early morning before even when they would have arranged the delivery.
Where the Sales guy ALI (+[protected]) committed that if you need you can cancel the order in next 2 days and they will refund the advance.
Please suggest how can raise a complaint against them as they have given me a proper bill.
