U-400 / U-Verse (U-400) misrepresented service
The customer service rep. told me that I would be able to get the NBA games if I upgrade from (U-300 to U-300) package after doing so I had to call the company every other day for two weeks about not being able to get the games the night before. I was always given an excuse that did not make much sense, but could not confirm because games was not played at the time. I called again today and was told the truth that some games are blacked-out by the NBA and I would not be able to get some of them, however I'm only able to pick-up games in the area which I'm able to do on local channels. False and dishonest information is given to customer to get your hard earn monies and business and there should to be something done.
