Ordered half a dozen items from them. We assumed that we would get everything next day air because we paid for it. The day the package arrived, we got a notification that the puzzle toys were out of stock. They never notified us they were out of stock before they shipped it. We were missing 3 items and these were for our 3 year olds birthday. We also ordered a shirt on the same ordered which came 2 days later.

It was too late for his birthday. I asked them if they could refund us some money for the hastel over the puzzles and shirt but got nothing. We were refunded the money we paid for the puzzles and they also refunded us $ 5.00 in shipping. They really messed this whole order up and did not even care about having the shirt late. I even emailed them and told them that I was thinking about going to this site and reporting them. I got no response. ;-(
