[Resolved] Twoo.com / taking money without any permission

I purchased the premium last month and it was finished this month.
It was alright for a few days after expiry of the premium.
However, I did not want to subscribe automatically but suddenly, my money was taken by Twoo on 14 May 17 without any permission.

I do not know the reason so I tried to figure it out what is going on.
I tried to contact with them but no customer service, no answer and It is not possible delete my account as well.

I do not use it anymore because I did get any result from using it
I want to refund and delete my account please.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    I purchased a premium @ 7.99/ month for 3 months and had over a 100 deducted off my card, please refund my money and delete my account. After few days of using this I'm not happy.
