[Resolved] Twoo.com / my account is not working.

My twoo account stopped working. Friends cant see my comments and iIf so, please send us a scan of your ID with a photo, such as a driver's license or your passport, so we can let the IT team know that you're the one reporting this issue. It's a standard procedure whenever we contact our IT department. dont see replies. This is confirmed on whatsap. Twoo want my passport with pic to fix the problem. Coppied Message.

They have my info including credit card details.They dont need this

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    As i said no response even a week after posting to [protected]@twoo.com. My complaint was sent to team twoo by [protected]@twoo.com and NOT read. As i said.

    My account is not working and it is NOT up to me to follow any procedure. My money is taken and my account should be kept working. I am deleting my account and no further money must be taken.

    Hi,

    As we've mentioned, according to our system your account is active. We've deleted your payment details from the site so you won't be charged unless you enter them again. If you're sure you want to delete your account, please go to Settings and click the 'Edit' icon in the Account section. Then click 'Delete account' and follow the instructions.

    tried to register on twoo.twoo said it will send a confirmation mail and click the link attached there.but it didnt send an mail

    my account is basically active and inactive. active because i still see my profile and my friends online. inactive because i can't chat with them. they can't even find me on my account. pls i will like to know what happened
