We hired the company Two As One Wedding films. The team came to our wedding and they filmed us. Everything was perfect and the photographer gave me their phone number, so after 2 weeks I called to the photographer. He said that the video hasn’t been ready. They excused and asked to wait 10 more days. I was surprised to hear another excuses and promises, but after a month, the photographer told me that he couldn’t find our video.
we had a similar situation with this company and owner Stephen Gallen. he actually signed a legal binding contract with us stating that he would have the video produced within 6 months. Otherwise, we would have our money returned. Of course, as many have stated, he did not contact us and broke the contract. He did not return the money. We located him through his landlord while trying to pursue legal consequences. He has moved to Arizona with his wife who is in the Christian ministry. He also has a father who is a pastor. So, as you can see, we are very disheartened and hurt that such a person with positive influences in his life would break a legal contract and steal our and several other customers' money and important memory of such a love-filled day.
We are extremely livid, disappointed, and shocked at such actions from Stephen Gallen Two as One Wedding Films.
