7-Eleven gas pump problem

I recently stopped to fill up at a 7 eleven in Clermont fl, and went in to go to the bathroom. When I came out, gas had shot out round my car and poured down the parking lot. I have never seen a pump that didn't stop automatically when full. The clerk admitted the pumps have a sensor to stop, but told me it was all my fault. I hadn't even brought up that I had just lost 13 gallons of gas down the road. This is a major safety issue, and clerk was more concerned I didn't get a refund on the gas I didn't need.

7-Eleven treatment

This happened approximately 2 or 1 month, in the 7-eleven of 6360 airport dr, el paso, tx 79925, my boyfriend got to put gasoline, and normally he does not get off always asks his friends to do it, my boyfriend I ask him to put 5 dls of gasoline, when the friend returned my boyfriend tried to put gasoline and could not, then the friend returned to tell the cashier to which the cashier replied "oh that your friend pendejo, do not you do not think you're going to say"to which my boyfriend's friend told him what the cashier had said, and he did not do anything, but the cashier surprised (which by the way the cashier did not have her name, but it's an emo "she put 50 dlls of gasoline, and if my boyfriend was wrong to not pay, but why she says stupid? Maybe if she was not so distracted would not pass or the gasoline or have offended, then, after of time my boyfriend went back but his friend got off, and the cashier told him"how good it is you and not your friend because I did not I had charged "then my boyfriend got off and told him what was her problem, to which she answered rudely and my boyfriend did not leave and told him things too, until the manager who was there told me boyfriend to leave and she would call the police, so my boyfriend left, and the moment he got on his truck the tipa came out and threatened him saying that when he saw him he was going to hit him and apart he spit on the truck and I reached out to him, after what happened I went to talk with the manager and the only thing she told me was that we were not going, as we will not go if it is the closest we have, she also told me that she would probably offer us a sorry, but we are still waiting, now a few days ago my boyfriend was when the manager was and made bad faces, apart from the times we went before what happened I always saw a man, a soldier who stayed there talking with her, with the cashier the 8 hours that she works talking, I am very offensive going to see that disgust of workers and managers who handle that 7-eleven, I never in my life would threaten, and I would tell finger to one of my clients.

7-Eleven I am complaining about a manager who hires a thief with taking favour

I'm regular customer at 7-11 located 301, 11 ave E, kindersley, Sk. Few days back my niece told me their is a person working (new hire) who has been fired from circle k . Also he is the same person once he tried to steal money from my niece. After that she stop to go circle k. His name is Jignesh. I tried to get some information about him and it's true. He has been fired for planed theft as well as abusing co workers. So I tried to ask at 7-11 manager if they took reference(by calling )but they hung up the phone. Please enquire about his work history. Also I heard 7-11 manager is taking financial favours from him to give asst. manager post .

7-Eleven ladies' restroom

Hello,

I went to your location at 1824 Freedom Dr, Charlotte, NC 28208 this morning and the ladies' bathroom was very, very nasty. There was no water in the tank and no water in the sink. The toilet bowl had not been flushed for days or months. There was toilet paper on the sink. This is truly bad customer service. I normally do not shop at that store as it is quite a distance from where I live. I had an event downtown Charlotte this morning and decided to stop at that location while on my way to a store in that neighborhood.

7-Eleven third shift cashier

She is very rude and has an attitude every time someone comes thru the door. She has used foul language towards other employees, she has been disrespectful towards customers by making them wait for long periods of time, she has stolen a cigarette lighter from the store witch was caught on camera and the supervisor won't do anything about it, Several employees have complained about her and her attitude and a lot of customers also. My time being employed there I have noticed a lot of graveyard business has went to sheets convenience store

7-Eleven unpaid hours worked. other tasks not job related

I've worked for this 7-Eleven franchisee for close to two years now. I have been working non-stop without any days off and getting paid for maybe half of it I am instructed by text or phone call to work and not get paid yesterday I worked 14 hours and will not be paid for it my personal information and financial situation has been told to every employee throughout 6 store I'm constantly being told but if I don't do what I'm told I'll be out of the job I make $1 more an hour than their average regular paid employee but I am told that my pay is different because I'm the manager and will put in off the clock hours to manage the store my wife comes in at least once or twice a week 8 to 10 hours each day and has never been put on payroll or received any type of pay for hours she worked I am instructed to pursue A thieving customer no matter what the value of theft is involved I have hired employees that don't meet sanitary Health standards I have hired people without TAM cards I drive other employees to other stores owned by inder I have never been compensated for any time or gas money I put in I still have messages sent from inder's personal cell phone and telling me to track down people he will send me pictures of cars license plates pictures of people once I was sent to track a guy who supposedly was being held captive for ransom which police were involved all while I was on the clock at 1215 East Stewart Avenue I was sent to find someone parked at a rundown gas station on a horrible side of town I have instructed employees of mine to work off the clock or they will not be put on next week schedule employer will instruct us to pick old dates off of expired product and place new dates and put back on shelves for purchase employer has people working who can't obtain I9 employer has told managers and employees of my financial situation and personal business I'm being threatened because I got personal loan from Inder, that I will not be receiving my paychecks til it's paid.

7-Eleven cashier service

Cashier at that time is arrogant. I dont want to get the receipt foe thebitem i bought and he commanded me to dispose it outside in the bin. Dont you have bin in your counters? The old man did not even asked in courteous manner. I am working here in convergys and my friends are telling me that the old man's behaviour should be corrected. This is not a good costumer service. He does not smile even!

I'm writing to inform you that customer service at this particular store is less than acceptable. The service continues to worsen each time I go into the store. The music is always turned up loud and the customers aren't able to hear the employees and on several instances I've heard the employees cop an attitude with customers telling them to speak up. It's just plain rude and horrible customer service. The employees also move at a snails pace and its almost like they do it on purpose to annoy or upset the customer. There is sometimes several employees behind the counter and only one employee working the register and the line is backed up to the door. The employees are laughing and on their cellphones while one employee is working the register. This has happened everyday since I have moved down here and I just wanted to let you know it's unacceptable and some changes should be made sooner than later. Thank you for your time. 7-Eleven service

The cashier was very unprofessional. Ask for the next customer and was completely ignored. The store number is #35342. I doubt if anything will be done. Thank goodness there are other 7-11's in town . Cashier made comment that she had been in customer service for 16 years and never had a complaint. Plus, when I was leaving, started talking in Spanish. Very unprofessional.

7-Eleven coffee

I usually purchase my coffee at this location in the morning.
At about 3:30 today, I went in to get an iced decaf.
The coffee was not in the usual place, but did see a sign that said decaf at the end of the counter in a large pot. All I saw was a sign that said do not touch- hot. It did not say do not use.
Since I don't ever touch the pot, I assumed it was okay to drink. I went to pour milk in and it looked like water.
I tasted it and confirmed my thought that something was wrong with it.
I told an employee, a very thin young man with glasses, who said he hoped I did not drink it. When I asked why, he said the pot was being cleaned. All he told me was that there was soap in it. He would not mention anything else.
Not only was he extremely rude, but you are at fault for leaving a sign up that said decaf and nothing that said do not drink.
I hope I do not get sick.
I would appreciate your response to this so I know you have seen this letter.

7-Eleven buying bags of coffee on 9/8/2018 rude mgr. at the one at 801 cape coral pkwy.

Went to 711 on Coronado Pkwy in Cape Coral. Always get my Hazelnut an Blueberry coffee there 10 bags of each. They were out of Blueberry and only had 8 bags of Hazelnut. Took the Hazelnut and decided to stop at the 711 on Cape Coral Pkwy. I don't have that address but there are only two 711 on Cape Coral Pkwy. When I asked the girl at the counter for 10 bags of Blueberry she said oh no the manager will never approve that. She went in the back to ask and came back and told me I could not get any. They would not sell me Blueberry saying it no longer has a bar code on bag and they can't scan the bag. They have a price for it. we used to pay $1.05 a bag and all of a sudden it went to $1.69. Why not enter 10 bags at $1.69. Went to 801 cape coral pkwy, Rude Mgr. I asked the person at the register if they had Blueberry coffee and he asked the Mgr . She sarcastically responded that Blueberry was seasonal. Why then does the 711 on Coronado Pkwy in the Cape have it all the time and her 711 a mile away says its Seasonal. We have been buying coffee here in the cape for the past 13 years. My husband work hours do not allow for him to get a cup on his way to work because the 711 stops making flavored coffee by 10:30 AM so he cannot get any on his way to work and he cannot get it on his way home because at 3:AM they are not making flavored coffee yet. Guess its time to switch to Dunkin Donuts coffee. I'm sure they would gladly take my money. Or make sure all 711 carry all flavors.

7-Eleven sexual harassment

On Monday September 3rd my daughter who is a special needs child. Went in to the store located at 6559 W Archer in Chicago IL. The man behind the counter asked my daughter for her phone number so the could go on a date. She was so upset she came out of the store crying. When i went into the store to confront the employee he denied say that. I have filed a police report and contacted an attorney. I will never walk in this store again as long as he is working there. If nothing is done I will follow through on suing and making sure he ends up in jail for sexual harassment.

7-Eleven did not activate gift card

me and a friend who make little money (we are both to young to get a job) saved up and pooled resources to purchase a amazon gift card from a local seven eleven. the cashier checked it out and on our way out the door she told us to come back because there was a problem with the card. she then asked a fellow employee if it was ok and what to do. the other employee said that it was ok so we left. however, when we got to my house, we discovered that the card was nonfunctional. it said it was invalid whenever we would put in the code to buy our stuff. we did some research and it turns out that seven eleven has a no returns/exchanges policy. we are now down 25 dollars with a school year fast approaching.

7-Eleven customer service

Hi,
I just fueled my car in yarraville 7-11 and the guy who served me (Naveen) is very unprofessional and very rude. I opened my fuel app and asked him to scan the phone for the fuel lock and he asked for the phone I resisted to give as no other 7-11 asks for the phone so, he asked me that do you want to scan it?!. I was totally shocked by his manner and he is talking to other customers while serving me. Can you please tell that guy to be a bit polite so customers can go to home safely instead of keeping a angry face and driving the car. I am going to complain it to the manager of that store anyway.

7-Eleven sign board

Hi

Hope you are fine and doing good business,

I am doing my business of Pizza Hut in 1559 56 street Tsawwassen BC V4L2A9, Just right beside the 7 eleven . i applied for the sign board for the pizza hut to the city office Delta and they confirmed as per the law there is only one sign approved for the whole property (the property has a front of 69 feet and as per the city law only one sign approved for whole area and for all tenants) and 7eleven placed their sign, so as per the guidance of the city and discussed with the land lord we have the legal right to share that sign place.

I also point out and discussed the same issue with the 7 eleven store manager Mr Chak who assured that he will confirm the same after discussing it with the FC but no response till the date.

I just want to put on record that we (Pizza Hut Tsawwassen) should be allowed to put of sign below the 7eleven sign on the same poll as per the Delta city office recommendation.

The land Lord confirmed that they also tried to contact with your team but no response till the date.

We hope that the matter will be consider as URGENT and resolved soon.

7-Eleven rewards program

For the last 2 1/2 months I have not been getting my proper rewards points from items purchased at 7-11. I have notified corporate 4 times and get the same response that someone will contact me. Have anyone contacted me, NO. Going in the store the employees has attempted to assist me and they are getting the same run a round as I have gotten. The manager has been so apologetic, I think he is just embrrassed, for he too has tried to help. I now it seem like a small deal, but I have lost a lost in rewards. Question does 7-11 have a CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE.

7-Eleven there is no place for workers to send valid complaints. as well as this store protocol for firing someone isn't right

I worked for a cooperate Store located on long island NY, i worked there since it opened for a year and a half and was recently fired. Their way of firing me though was not to tell me anything but to have me come in for my shift to find out iv been dropped from the schedule . I tried to contact my manger to find out what happened to to see if there was any way i could fix anything or at least hear from her that i have been fired but no she dodged my calls and texts repeatedly . So now i have been stuck with trying to find a way to send a formal complaint that might actually mean something but every where i turn its customer only complaints. Which is another thing the company needs to work on is finding a way employees can have a voice too.

7-Eleven overcharging deeside posted prices

The posted price is not what is being charged at the register. The posted pricing is les than that is being charged . when this is pointed out the answer is we don't have the correct pricing label but the price that you are being charged is right despite is not being posted correctly.

There is apple turnovers posted at $1.39 they are charging $1.69 and 1.59 at random see attachment for both pics

it is at the 7-11 on corner of court and 15th street by the Sheraton hotel

7-Eleven customer service

I frequent your store located on SPID and Flour Bluff drive. An employee by the name of Christina has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed. She is inpatient and flat out rude. She acts as if customers are bothering her and often rolls her eyes when ringing people up. She speaks with an attitude and rolls her eyes at people. I will not continue to shop at this store if this kind of behavior is tolerated by employees. There is a Corner store across the street with employees who are friendly and welcoming. This store will continue to lose business with her working most evenings.
