[Resolved] TwinkleDeals / missing item, no refund for it either
I ordered three tops from Twinkledeals.com, my order was shipped out and arrived 3 months later than what they said it would take. Two of the tops were in the package. One item was missing. I wrote to them and they ignored me, they still haven't refunded the money used for the missing item which they did not ship out with the rest.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SPENDING MONEY ON TWINKLEDEALS.COM ALTOGETHER PEOPLE.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
