I ordered an 100ft expanding hose for £27.99 + £3 postage. It was originally advertised by a video claiming to be the X hose which is a good make that reputable stores sell, unfortunately what I received was a cheap Chinese knock off. I emailed them beforehand asking if this was the original but I didn't get a response. This consequently lasted one month when it burst a causing a leak rendering it useless as it needs water pressure to expand to the full length. I e mailed them numerous times without response and dialled the number listed which rings out. I even sent a letter to the address listed but did not get a reply. I hopefully now will get a refund as I paid via paypal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANYTHING ELSE ASSOCIATED WITH IT. It should be closed down.
Unethical Behaviour
I purchased a expanding hose from this company, it was advertised at £29.99 + £3.00 postage a total of £32.99.
When it arrived I had to collect it at the post office and pay the £3.00 postage again, as the postage was not paid. On my paypal account it shows the item cost £32.99 and no postage paid, this is obviously a ploy to extort more money from their customers. I tried emailing and got no reply, I also phoned the number on their web page at least six times and it just rings out.

Fake item
I bought something from this site and it took weeks to arrive, I tried contacting them via email and phone, they don't respond to email and the phone just rings out. When the item finally arrived its a copy as we sourced the original elsewhere as wasn't sure if we were ever going to receive before christmas. Most of the box is foreign and the English is miss spelt, don't know whether to give to my 2nd daughter, as I don't want it to blow up in her face or not work on christmas morning, I have opened a credit card case going to do one with PayPal and I have gone to trading standards..

I don't feel very confident of ever receiving my purchase or a refund
I ordered a product from this website more than 10 days ago. At "check out" it claimed "dispatched the next working day". I received an email confirming my order. Ten days later after emailing and phoning (no answer not even a voice mail option) I have had no response to my queries. I would be very weary of using this site. I don't feel very confident of ever receiving my purchase or a refund. BE WARNED!!

The 100% brass fittings are so much better than plastic because they won't strip and they don't leak at all. This hose has a durable nylon cover that is much better than my last one so I expect it to last a lot longer. The included spray nozzle is phenomenal. This hose even comes with a storage ring that attaches to your wall.
