You need to update yourself a bit more on what's happening with ACCC-TVIExpress case.

FYKI, without making confirmations about the facts or even without initiating any contacts with the company (TVI Express), ACCC made these allegations on the aforementioned three individuals and it is not the first time this has happened. ACCC initiated such investigations in the past as well against some of the major names in MLM industry, namely - Amway, ACN and many more. As was expected, ACCC LOST every such case they filed.

As far as TVI Express is concerned, TVI Express hired a Sydney based professional attorney to assist these three alleged members and for your knowledge, the court orders have been already evaded.

Get your facts straight instead of copying and pasting incomplete information from websites.

Your frustrations may be valid to a little extent because TVI Express as a start-up company has been in a development phase (just like every company) but now TVI Express IS giving away vacations.

Not only that they have launched their 6N-7D vacation package, but they have also extended it by one night and one day. Besides, accommodations in some of the hotels/resorts listed in their inventory are as big to accommodate upto 6 people (depending upon hotel). Isn't that WOW?

That lets you arrange for a full fledged vacation for your family.

They are practising NO scam for they are offering what they promised.

Keep yourself informed and I'm sure this launch has ended all the rant about product.

Tvi is not a scam, it pays you well if you can circle out of the board. To circle out of the first board is not too hard, BUT to circle out of the second board that is the problem, Why? because you must cheat other people to join you to push you up so that you can circle out. Just count: the joining fee is $260, for you to get $10.000 you have to pay the Tvi $260 x 100 new members = $26.000 so joining this kind of business must sacrifice too many new members. One will win but almost 100 people lose. If you are not a selfish person, DO YOU HAVE HEART TO SACRIFICE OTHER PEOPLE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE? (John)

I have been involved in the Network MArketing industry for over 10 years and I can tell you one thing that is consistent between legitatimate network marketing companies and scams is in true network marketing companies you are only permitted by law to signup once.You can signup for a cellphone once insurance once medical aid once am I right so it makes sense. Now you take something like TVI Express where they say you can signup money times now that shouts ponzi scam.
Yes sure there are people making money however the true motivation behind it is in greed not in comittment in building a team and selling product.

I was a tviexpress member and it's a fraud, a scam. I paid around $ 357.00 They told us that you will avail of free accomodations in a 5 Star Hotel but you will soon find out after your payment that you need to pay another $ 180 - $ 200.00 for you to avail of the package, they say it is for the taxes but it's too much for taxes. Then what they offer you are really Cheap hotels, hotels that are not in good locations. It's like you are also paying for the booking if you pay $ 180 - $ 200. I was unable to use it because how can you book? The hotels are so cheap and you need to pay again. I was asking what are the Privileges, the Privilege is the Business Opportunity they told me that I should sell 2 membership for me to earn. What? Why would I sell that if it doesn't have any product to gain. This is clearly a fraud.

I joined TVI a year ago and I haven't made any money with it. It wasn't possible to book any travel because the travel site was down for 4 months too. I've been trying to reach the company through various emails and no response. Now you can get limited bookings but I'm concerned about booking anything with this sketchy company. I finally decided I'd call them to see if they're extending the travel certificates expiration because their site was non functional for so long. I waited 2 hours long distance and I was disconnected as I became first in line. Too frustrating. I'm going to be much more discerning in the future. Don't get fooled into joining this company. Stay away!

Hi, Once I would have been right with Jean-Marie Sumo in say this is a great company, I have been in it for 8 month,
my sponser got his $10, 000 and put most of it back into the company. I got my 250, plus a vacation
voucher which made $500 and put it back into the company plus another 250. I only thought about how
I could promot TVI and got angry at people that put it down. I went through with another position
that I bought, I helped a couple of my friends get in. It was at this time that
the sight for the vacation went under construction. No one else wanted to join because we were not able
to use our vacation packages. We had nearly 100 people that wanted to join but now no longer, why?
Well have you looked at the vacation site, just try to book your package that you already paid for when
you joined and see if you can go where you want to. The site is the most poorly put together site I have
ever seen. You can not pick a city, example it gives you ( from palm springs to bakersfield)
( from this location to that location) Where have you ever seen a travel site like that. Oh and do not
even think of going to Hawaii. There is only one month and one location with one condo. I am so disapointed
I truly expected more from this company. I feel like a total fool.
I still believe if you forget about the vacation and join you can make money because everyone that joins
pushes people through the board. The problem is people want the vacation and until the company get
some intelligents and does the travel site the way it should be done, it just wont make us any money.

This is to let all the negative and failing people know that tvi express is a genuine and reliable company. I speak with the customer service representatives in London office almost every day. How can they say it is a scam when so many families and individuals have been blessed by this company? The people who spend their life complaining are first of all lazy people. Their DNA is set up as poor and miserable. And that is how they will live all their life including their children and children's children. No matter what they do.
Understand that such people will spend time trying to discredit tvi express just because they did not succeed in making money like other people.
My friend those people made good money, because they went to work, because they have a vision, and they know that they are bound to succeed.
In all Multilevel Marketing business, there are always few that succeed, and more that fail (the lazy and negative people). Do not listen to those travelers who travel from company to company and end up sabotaging every body. Shame to them.

I really don't understand why you said that this company is a scam. My brother got $50k in the last 3 months. 11 people in his team got $500 to $10000 in the last three months as well. I myself got my second $500 yesterday.
For anybody who doesn't get the payment, should check with their upline leader. or maybe you are not qualified for the payment yet. Try to learn more about the system. Especially how the board works. Hi, One thing I have been noticing that when somebody is involved any network marketing business that allways trying to tarnish the competitors. I have been in touch with a lot of people for the last three months and could find everybody had a hidden agenda behind projecting some company as scam and fraud.
My personal experience let me share that I had joined tvi in the month of november 2009 and could do the business successfully for the last 6 months. When I went to India in the first week of March, I tried to redeem my package in two places, One in Goa and the other in Jaipur, the Pink City. Let me tell you my dear friends that I can proudly say that I HAVE AVAILED THE PACKAGE IN GOA CAMBAY BEACH RESORT AND CAMBAY SPA JAIPUR. So many of my team members also have availed the packages not only in India but also abroad. I dont think that this is the RIGHT ATTITUDE that just to bring people for our networking by tarnishing the image of other companies.
Be proud that there is someone in the advisory board from India. Indian business people are very successfull. Some people feel that if it is managed by Indian businessman, it will not be successfull. I totally understand all victim's woes. There are 1000s of presidential associates now in the TVI express ranks. Think how hard they must have worked to get there. Some just arrived victims blarred loud how they managed to get $10, 000 in 2 wks, 1/2 months like that. But that is the last time they will be blarring. A story to be told to a granny. TVI is about to fall, I know. You were paid money actually expropriated from other members like you. Now listen to what I say:
I joined the company and brought 2 people as my followers, I interpreted their stupid "business" negotiations as an interpreter for a halfyear, My group greww up to 30 people of so into the depth. And what can I see today?!
They promised EACH ASSOCIATE a free accomodation in a 4-5 star hotel worldwide hotel for two persons.
That promise they have been feeding people with for more than 12 months, cause whatever you say. NOBODY! has ever tried that loyality in reality. My people not only stopped inviting other people, but told me lots of unpleasant words for talking them into that so called "company". Forget it...
Last week my position in TVI Express was... hahahahaha terminated 2 steps away from getting my cycle payout of 10 000 USD. They said that I had stopped working))))) But their compensation plan says the U-turn information when recruiting newcommers or newscammers... You've got to invite 2 and help them do the same...

Somone1: Thank you! I am also the only one I know of who tried to actually get the funds transferred into their own bank account! That is precisely the reason I did it! We HAD so many people on the fence with joining and when I cycled the TB I figured the best way to show them TVI is legit is to transfer the money and show them that I really did get paid DIRECTLY from TVI and this is what I have to show for it...NOTHING! Nothing but pure and utter RAGE!

My fiance' and I also have more integrity and morals than apparently most people in TVI! We wanted to do things the HONEST way because we want to be able to sleep at night!
I tried to tell my mom that reselling vouchers is NOT TVI paying you. That is TVI's way of getting around paying you! I told her that $250 might as well be monopoly money cause TVI isn't spending a DIME on the vouchers! But the truth will be when I actually ask for the money to be transferred into my bank account!

Well, we now know! Yes, I do think this is a scam now! Any company that has to go through a third party to pay you is NOT LEGIT!

We had to constantly try to calm people about the site being down all the time and now this!

I had to file bankruptcy a few months ago and also surrender my house, I have been on unemployment since this past June and this very week is my last week of unemployment checks, so, yes, we also very much wanted this to work out!

We just got done writing another TVI member about this very thing cause they were asking him where are the people he said he was going to bring in. Well, due to people waiting on me getting actual money transferred to my account and now TVI sent that email saying the bank transfers are on hold, well, where do you think all the people that were going to join us are? GONE! And I can't blame them!

I am furious at all the people on the calls saying they got their money instantly blah blah blah. That is 100% B.S.! NO THEY DID NOT! My mom believed them and prob still does. I don't know. Apparently everyone in TVI got their money but me according to her. So, whatever.

All we know is that yes, like you Somone1, our integrity, reputation, morals, ethics are way more important than TVI. We cannot promote this company unless something changes!

Notice to all TVI members, that the general announcement about Bank Transfers being on hold, still hasn't happened! WHY IS THAT? I have the email in my inbox and yet, no announcement has been made after 2 whole days! WAKE UP!

Hi Pissed of tvi member.. Meet your another.. Im the sombody that posted before. As much as i wish tvi wasnt a scam.. im afraid it might be.
Theres a simple reason you didnt get paid from TVI.. that is.. that nobody does.. have you ever met anyone that has withdrawn the money through the back office? Your the first person i have met that has tried. Many dont because of the fee involved. Lets face it... 99% of those that cycle from the express will not attempt to withdraw the Emoney but rather will use the Emoney to generate vouchers they can sell to the members.
So who pays the cycled member? the members do :( Tvi just cycled a member and didnt have to pay them a cent. And when tvi is supprised by the occasional member like yourself that wants to withdraw it.. They freak and give you some excuse that will continue on for who knows how long..
I so much dont want tvi to be a scam, as i have invested over a thousand in it. I have reqested to use my travel voucher cert, and they just give me excuse, after excuse why its hasnt been confirmed..

I have been a tvi member since end of September and cycled off TB November 7th. On Nov 9th, I requested the $250 to be transferred to my bank account so I could say that I really did get the $250 in my bank account directly from TVI. Others keep claiming they got paid and had cash instantly and that is absolutely not true as you would have to wait days/weeks to actually get any cash at all UNLESS you resold your vouchers, or turned your $250 or $10k into a voucher and resold that!

Well, I have been waiting for almost an entire month now for that money to be transferred to my bank account! Yesterday, I received this email from TVI:

"Hello,

This is to inform you that your payout request has been cancelled as the payout transfers through bank wire are on hold and will resume in future. The funds have been put back into your eWallet. If you would like to request to have your funds transferred to your LR (Liberty Reserve) account, you can do so and turnaround time for the same is 48-72 hours.

P.S. - We are also installing option of STP (Solid Trust Pay) next week using which you would be able to request your payout to your STP account. We will keep you informed about the same through backoffice announcements or email notifications.

The inconvenience caused is regretted.

Any of you hear of this yet? NO! I didn't think so! They haven't even made an announcement yet but they certainly SHOULD HAVE! AND why did it take them all this time to let me know this? They could've at least finished the transactions that were pending before deciding such a HUGE change with the company!

I know for myself, my fiance', my grandparents, uncle they would've ONLY gotten money by a bank transfer and now that option has been taken away!

Check out the new STP company they are talking about. Solid Trust Pay.com, wow, they must be joking if this is the company they have been telling us for the past few weeks that they would be starting a debit card!

Who ever says TVI is a scam they must just check their facts straight. I know people who have became millionaires and still making lots of money out of it. ive joined TVI on the 6th of March 2011 and so far the total money ive got from Tvi its R10800-00 in a short space of time. and Iam 1 name short of getting my R108-000.
I will like to advise those who says TVI its a scam to check with their sponsor and do their homework very well.

I am a member of it and there is no Malayasia meet, no Bankok meet everything is a scam no office are located in India Bangalore as well as in Kolkata. If they are real why don't they post photographa of their summit in Singapore, Bankok, or Malayasia I have lost abour Rs. 50000/ and many in my state have lost a big amount totaling about Rs. 100 crores.
