On the 10th January 2009 i ordered the Disney 100 years of Magic Dvd collection. $350 australian dollars was debited from my credit card on the 12th jan. i received an email on the 19th Jan stating that my order was being processed and I'd receive my tracking number in the next 3-5 days.

I still haven't as yet received anything, not even a response to my numerous emails (almost one a day) regarding my order. the website is still up and running and i can still log into my account and view my order details. i have been on forums and found that I'm not the only person that this has happened to. The website has currently got listed new boxsets for February.

The owner, whose name is Megan Belvedere needs to be caught and thrown into jail. The address seems dodge as I've looked it up on google earth and there is a photo of a derelict house. the phone numbers aren't legitimate. i have reported the website to the internet crime complaint center. something needs to be done. its hard for me because i live in australia.

Like Many others..ordered the Soprano's complete set on January 21 2009, paid via Mastercard and received Receipt and confirmation of order and 5-13 business day delivery.One followup electronic mail from "Megan Belvedere" and of course No DVD, No response to emails and no return phone call .
Address in "return policy" (432 West Lincoln St is in Tuscon Arizona zip 85714 ) and the address is registered to a Maria and Jesus Flores 520-889-5117 ..left message response.

TVDVDCOLLECTION is a scam mastercard was compromised shortly afterwards with phone card charges.
Tuscon Arizona Police Fraud dept is 520 791 4481
Don't use this E Business it's a FRAUD.

We also were deceived by this web site. You can dispute it with your bank or credit card company. It sounds like a clumsy attempt by an amateur because the information is ultimately traceable to the bank that receives the credit card information.

I originally ordered the 24 Tv series box set through these guys, back in August 2008. I received it within 2 weeks and was very happy with the product and the price that I went through them again in December to order the Lost box set.
Now it's been 3 months and I'm $133 out of pocket and have received nothing.

I emailed "Megan Belvedere" several times to follow up and got a couple of responses. One response blamed the courier and in the other response they actually resorted to blaming the Chinese new year for the delay.

I have been completely defrauded and I will never purchase from a web site outside of Australia again, and even then I'll be extra careful.

I really hope the law catches up with these ### one way or another.

I order from this sate as well on jan 10 i just got my package from a address somewhere in china it took like 7 weeks but i got it

i was also getting pissed did the hole calling the number and sent 2 emails and never got a reply

This company is a complete fraud! Placed an order for first 4 seasons of LOST their featured DVD Box Set on 1/15/09 and all I received was a nice WELCOME Email and confirmation of the $78.00 charge to my credit card. After not receiving the promised "Confirmation of shipment Email" within the 3-5 day time frame, I attempted to make contact repeatedly sending emails(6) over the next 7 weeks with no response. Finally receiving an email from the now Infamous Megan Belvedere - "Oh, we are so sorry, but your shipment has been unavoidably held up in Customs". WHAT BULL!
I have now received another email, just 4 days later, from Ms Megan B. stating "Regretfully due to the sad state of the economy, we are forced to close our doors". WHAT A SUPRISE! Although they further state that you will receive a full refund(in the 4-6 week waiting period again) if you have placed an order and not received your DVD Box set as of yet, I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH!
Is there anybody out there who has had a good experience with this company?

Please, save yourself some grief by not ordering anything from or Despite the claim of being an honest merchant committed to superior customer service, they are anything but what they claim. I did receive the merchandise that I had ordered but the product was not what they claimed it was. They assert that their products are "All of our sets are in ENGLISH, foreign import manufactured and authentic international DVD box sets and may have very small foreign writing on the discs or the packaging which means you save money!" yet the set that I had received had many DVD's that were clearly labeled as for "Review only. Not for distribution or resale". After the 30 day period for returns or exchanges expired, they ceased to respond to emails or complaints.

While it may cost you a couple of dollars more, please shop on where you have a recourse.

I made a purchase on on Jan 11, 2009. It is now Feb 3, 2009 and I have yet to receive a comfirmation that my product has been shipped. The site said it would be processed and shipped within 3 days. Anyway, I looked at my check card statement and they took my money out on Jan 12, 2009. I went to the site to track my dvds and it said it was still processin so I called the number on the bill and it was disconnected. I sent two emails to their customer service and have not received a reply back. I then contacted a number on their site that says to contact for billing questions and the company I reached said they are not afiliated with tvdvdcollection and I needed to call my bank, which I will be doing as soon as they open in an hour.

How is it legal that a company can advertize products, charge people, tell them they will arrive within a maximum of 10-13 days, and then send nothing, and just take the money?? I ordered a complete series dvd box set of entourage on december 28th, had a confirmation on jan 5th which said when it had been shipped in the next couple days i would receive an email. it is now feb 11th. i am mad and do not know how to proceed, the online phone numbers do not know anything, and the emails do not get replied to.

I ordered the Sherlock Holmes (BBC) complete set. Everything was going okay until they sent me a two set DVD set of the Johnny Cash show. Of course teh order came from China and there is no mail return and one would have to be able to read Chinese to figure out the bill. Seems to be a shame and unfortunately it was a birthday gift that has now passed. There must be a way to complain to our commerce department to put a stop to them. We need a true Internet Police that could ban any Web Sites as this one. They will continue to miss-lead and rip honest folks off. I'm going to see if my bank (Morgan Chase) can track them down and charge them back, if anyway.
