TVDVDBoxSets.com I ordered a box set of The Father Dowling Mysteries, they took my money from my credit card, and then I never heard from them again

This site sells bootleg DVDs apparently, although I never received any DVD at all. I ordered a box set of The Father Dowling Mysteries, they took my money from my credit card, and then I never heard from them again. They have no real contact info; you can't call them or e-mail them. They advertise very low priced DVDs, but then tack on outragious shipping charges for something that never ships. My advice when buying movies and DVDs: stick to Amazon. They're safe.

I recieved only part of my order but what I recieved was of poor quality. I got no response via e-mail which is the only way they give you to contact them.

I ordered Father Dowling DVD box set from TVDVDboxset.co.uk first they said 2-4 weeks then 3-6 weeks and so on, it has been about nearly 8 weeks, still no DVD's they took the £42 from my bank. Can someone tell me how I can get my money back please ?

TVDVDBoxSets.com Fraudulant shipping

Ordered DVD's from company on 05-06-09 for less than $60.00. Received email confirming order and said card would be charged a Total of $57.94. The charge would appear on credit card from a ultimatedvdserie, which it was. Which it was. Upon receiving the item on 05-26-09, the shipping receipt stated a shipping cost of $184.00.

Also, the DVD's are Bootlegged, and just copies of recorded tv show. Very poor quality and some disk do not even work in the DVD players. Nothing is original or legal.

I ordered the series Summerland for my daugher. The box that arrived was damaged and covered in a label with Chinese writing. Inside to my disbelief was a plastic box that you can buy in bulk cheap with a printed copy of a photo very poor color and quality, the plastic cover was ripped at the corner. When you open the box there single dvd in plastic labeled poorly and hand numbered. The quality of the DVD was very very poor. The website does not offer any contact information other than an email form. I submitted my complaint and request for a refund 4 times and have yet to receive a response. Is there a way to track the owners down and at least shut them down?

I ordered a TV DVD box set from this company and received copies of the TV show videotaped from the cable airing of the show. The quality is very poor and the scenes cut out like they are filming the show airing on a TV. The shows are also out of order chronologically. I have tried to contact the company three times and they will not respond back. The return address for the company product I received is in China. I am afraid to ship it (and I don't want to pay for it) without some type of return authorization.
