TV Show Monster.com / Fraud
I ordered the complete series of Malcom in the Middle on Dec 13th as a Christmas gift. I sent a status inquiry email on Dec 21st because I was hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. From that point on I received emails from them saying they shipped the order and they even provided a US Postal tracking number. The tracking info showed that said my order landed in Atlanta, GA (I live in Mpls, MN). At that point it was mid Feb and I was concerned that this company was fraudulant. After they repeatedly said that I would receive my order in 10-14 days (this went on for 2 months), I filed a dispute with my credit card company that I used to place the order. I also provided all my coorespondence with the US Postal Service, as the tracking number they gave me seemed to be bogus. The latest email from tvshowmonster is that they are disappointed that I cancelled my order and filed a dispute because they have shipped a new order to me. I am thankful that I disputed it before the order arrived because it sounds like the quality of the DVD's are not even acceptable. Maybe other people can file a dispute with their credit card company to recoup their loss? Something has to be done to get this company off the internet!
