Turner Real Estate / property manager
We have been renting a home through Turner Real Estate for 3 years now.
Yesterday I received an abusive, condescending and threatening SMS from this company for an alleged overdue water bill - without receiving any water bill or reminder notices.
Called and left a voicemail for the property manager - no response.
Sent an email - no response.
At 4:30pm sent another email - finally a response! No apology - just here's your bill.
Within minutes of receiving the bill we paid it and sent proof of payment to the property manager. Did we get a thank you or apology for the SMS? Nope!
Yet the property manager was in our home only 2 weeks before coin an inspection and mentioned absolutely nothing about a water bill!!
Left a review on their Facebook page. Their response was "sorry you feel that way. We have systems in place". Well their system apparently includes abusing renters and making them feel like a piece of [censor].
