Turkish Airlines delaying fly

Complaint details:
My trip was from Antalya to Casablanca with a stop at
Istanbul airport and change the plane and that on 28 month 9
... The plane heading from Antalya to Istanbul was delayed for two hours and I announced it through the screens and I have pictures, documents and all evidence
When we arrived at Istanbul airport the suffering started so that they did not give us any information about what we would do, how and where to ask ... I went to more than 5 Turkish Airlines offices located at the airport ... and without interest, on the contrary: No information, no guidance.
Dry and rude and I feel guilty .. and every official sends me the second and I move from office to office despite the fatigue and anxiety and all this interest
The airport employees who are supposed to understand that the mistake is a mistake of the company is not the traveler. Instead of dealing well and trying to calm the traveler and find an alternative solution .. They will ask the traveler running from one office to another to bring information to them and they do not speak English Takhilu International Airport receives passengers from all over the world, its employees do not speak English .. very few of them speak .. And more, an international airport does not provide free Internet service,
Found Arab brothers delayed their plane, they could not
Communicate with their family to tell them so
Or the Internet is an obvious thing .. and God if I did not think about buying
A slice and a Turkish phone number because I can not solve my problem because I have continued with the parents and thanks to the Turkish employee to translate to understand me
In short from 7:30 pm to 1:30 pm I am working until I have reached a solution and to the correct information .. Imagine with me that the employee did not bother to tell me that I have the right to stay in a room in a hotel at the expense of the company if I was not I am aware of this and I asked him: I promise you the next day, there is no news about my bags, and no one knows who the officials are and the same story has been repeated .. We have to solve the issue, and it was me who caused the problem and I am not the victim. Another floor did not talk to the Moroccan airlines and finally found out that this office is basically nonexistent, go back and tell it and send me a call N another to ask for bags and Adhb there and wait, and the date of the plane approaching and no signs of resolving information or where they are my bags
Anxiety, fatigue, coarse treatment and lack of information
Staff inefficiency
They do not bother to give simple information, if I did not ask about overnight to spend the night at the airport ... So if I did not ask them a paper proving that I did not receive my bags .. Because I noticed that I risk the time and will not fly right, I was there, no Backless Bags
And God would not have provided some pictures and provided the translation service on the Internet
And the Internet itself has not reached a solution,
Now I'm back in the country and I have no idea where they are.
Summary: The harsh and bad treatment and incompetence of the staff and the distinction and very clear in their dealings with the Europeans and Americans and their dealings with the Arabs, Africans and Indians (except of course the Gulf Arabs
I found women and men of advanced age and low health and suffered from what I suffered and no one is asked to them despite the obvious fatigue. They are asked by the official to move from one office to another to bring information .. Although it is possible to make a simple phone call to provide the old tired tired worry all that trouble

Turkish Airlines 24 hours delay of flight keeping uninformed

Dear Turkish Airlines Team,
I'm your regular economy class customer, who prefers to choose Turkish Airlines to any other ones due to a good service and excellent Air crafts condition. But this time, yesterday, on 25.09.2018, when I had to have a Flight TK0626 from Lagos to Istanbul (20:45-05:20), I was quite disappointed with my favourite Air lines.
First of all, passengers were boarded to an Air craft with failed engines, while crew knew about the problem, but still were trying to rectify. Then all passengers were asked to leave Air craft and Flight was cancelled. We were accommodated in Lagos Hotels at 6:00 Hrs.LT, when Flight time was 20:45 previous day. Next day passengers were ready to travel back to Air Port at 14:00 Hrs. LT, but traveling was cancelled. We were advised that Service Engineer for Turkey have to come and depair Air craft. But this never happened. Since 14:00 Hrs.LT on 26.09.2018 passengers are waiting for any news at reception lobby. Some information about new Air craft flying to Lagos from Istanbul was provided to us to travel on it to Istanbul. But at midnight same day 26.09.2018-27.09.2018 nothing happens.
I'm at reception lobby, waiting for my flight more than 24 hours and I don't have any information, when I will finally travel.
This case is simply an expression of fallen standards in Turkish Airlines. If you Company would not care about customers, then customers never choose Turkish Airlines for future travelling as a reliable Air lines.
It will not happen within one day, but it certainly will, showing durable performance of such kind of attitude towards customers at different countries.
I suggest to review your standards otherwise Turkish Airlines would start lose reputation.

Turkish Airlines hotel service

So we went to the hotel desk at the airport and the guy told us that this flight is not organize with hotel then he give us directions to this hotel polat reinessence and he told us that they work with this hotel and they're going to charge me only $60 for the night ? When I went there the man at the front desk he told me that he have no idea what's going on and that they don't work with the airport this is 5 star hotel and if I want the room I have to pay $196

I have the complaint about my bag being damaged and my personal things being stolen from it. I was very disappointed in the Airline when my Samsung bag being damaged and expensive items being stolen. I also complained at the time but unfortunately the airline did not comply to my dissatisfaction.
I Really hope that the airline puts its good customer service first and solves my problem as to maintaining there good image.

Turkish Airlines bebe luggage

I have flown back from Thessaloniki to Chicago on Saturday, 9/22 and when I claimed my luggage in Chicago it was badly damaged and cracked open to where I cannot use it anymore. My bag was perfectly fine in Greece when I left and it was damaged in transit. The luggage is a designer bag BEBE and it cost me $300. I made sure to take pictures of the bag in Ohare international airport even though saturday evening i had no one to complain to about my bag. Please let me know what will be done as I need to now purchase a new bag.

Turkish Airlines ground service

I am disabled and i ask for ground services from turkish airlines.they put me in a place and ask me to wait until they come.time passes and i ask for two times and they reply that your flight has been delayed.i cant hear announces from there so i believe them and wait.but soon a staff from ground service came and he said that my plane has been departured.iat least i asked them to pick me bus station but they said i have to pay for bus arrival fee.i paid for the bus ticket also.i am both phsically and mentally exhausted.by the way i have a neurogical condition and this situation gives me neurological pain which i have to endure now.

Turkish Airlines hell in istanbul!!! and lost luggage

My Name is Nikola Kralj
I was flying from Zagreb-to Abu Dhabi Over Istanbul.
In Zagreb i got only one ticket and they told me that i should take other
in Istanbul. And here started hell for me because i lose my flight to Abu Dhabi,
because Turkish Airlines or Later on Etihad Airlines didn't want to make me new
ticket on transfer desk, they where completely losted, very unprofessional.
I had to make turkish visa go out to turkish airlines ticket sale desk to change my
flight.
After that, i went to check in supervisor which should put on same flight my bag
which stood in istanbul.
But now after 3 days i am still waiting my bag which is completley losted.

Turkish Airlines damaged luggage

Was in a Turkish Airlines flight flight on Sep 17 from Istanbul to Houston.
On luggage bought just before traveling on Sep 3 to Istanbul and Rome, was badly damaged.
Airlines denied claim for replacement of luggage. Reason shown was that we were suppose to show the luggage in airport before leaving. We did go to the Luggage office waited 1 hr with in law who is 91 yrs old. Nobody was available and a coworker in the room from another airline (Qatar airlines)told us to complain on line which we did
Turkish Airlines has been using this tactic to avoid claims. If they want passengers to show broken luggage before leaving they should have representative 24/7 in the room
After flying over 13 hrs passengers cannot be asked to sit and wait for representatives to show up in office. This is a disgraceful

Traveling from Istanbul to Houston Sep 17. New luggage bought before traveling Sep 3 was badly damaged ripped out wheel. Ripped strips (somebody staples it)
Waited 1 hr wit 91 yr mother in law to make a complain in IAH no representative was in office. Lodged complaint but got reply will not be recompenadated as we did not complain before leaving airport. If they want us to complain in airport office should be staffed at all times. Turkish Airlines has been taking this tact and several people has complained about it without any resolution Somebody has to make them accountable for damaged luggage

Turkish Airlines luggage

Hello there,
I traveld from toronto (on sept 17, TK 0018) to Ekaterinburg( arrived on sept 19, tk 475) even though the over all experience of the flight is quite good ...there was one unpleasant side effect ; when one of my laggage arrived to ekaterinburg the extendable handle was broken ( simply was not there at all the one side part that was attached to the handle is missing too, and there fore the suitcase could not be fixed or replaced and cant be used for travalling anymore, cause the second stick that used to hold the handle is sticking out and could not be hold in place)

I am not sure what is the client number, but the code for purchazing a ticket was UZNYUM and the number for my luggage is [protected].

Since repair is highly impossible i would accept a refund that allows me to purchase similar quality travel suit case. I am not able to provide a copy of receipt .

Turkish Airlines manager on alexandria airport

First of all, traveling with Turkish airline was great in everything but I will not use it again in my round trip because of the idiot manager at Alexandria Airport.
Stay away from Turkish airline if you will travel from Egypt to anywhere even if round trip. The manager is jerk and say bad words in front of my kids, fighted with women say f words.

Turkish Airlines reservation cancellation

Gentelmen of the Turkish Airlines...
Greetings.

I have made a reservation through a travel agency called Altayyar (Almusafer) located in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

I made the minteioned reservation ten (10) days ago. The next day I went to the office of Turkish Airlines in KSA, Madina infront of Saudi Post Office . I went to the office to confirm my reservation, and I gave the employee working there (named Maher) the Passports and I.Ds. and reservation details and I asked him to review them and make sure there is no issue regarding the reservation, this was one week before the flight which departs from Madina and lands at MZR airport in Afghanistan. The employee told me that everything is correct and there is no issue regarding the reservation. On the day of the flight dated 15/9/2018 to board my flight. However the employee of turkish airlines working in the airport refused to give me the boarding pass because he said there was problems with names of the passengers.
I went inside to the office of turkish airlines and try to solve the problem with them. But there told me to go to the same turkish airlines office located in Sultanah infront of the saudi post office.
I went there to fix the issue and i was there for 3 hour trying to solve the problem. They said we can fix the problem but i have buy new tickets. And the amount of money was very large since i bought tickets for my self and my family of 8. They asked me to pay additional amout of nearly 50% of the amount paid before for the tickets. This is not acceptable because as i mentioned i have went to the turkish airlines office one week before the flight and the employee told me there was no problems. And because of that i missed the flight which costed me money and it was very very inconvenient.
Please solve this issue by issuing new tickets without additional cost or provide a complete refund, since this problem accrued becase of the turkish airlines office in KSA, madina, infront of Saudi post office in Sultanah dist.

Assalamu alykum warahmatullahe wabarakatu-> to be honest with you I don't know how and where to start from I had fly with the airline from jfk to Istanbul to Dhaka, my family got worse service, luckily one of the flights attended was great she handled it at the end my experience I share with many people already I walk out masjid or work I tell people what a disgusting service my family Received, also returning time Disgusting service from the few airport stuff as well as one of airport police officer, on the airplane my 2.5 yrs old had high fever so I asked for help in English as soon as they hard me talking in English they had discriminated me I feel like or because of my skin color I will look forward to her from some one inshaallah I had also fill out survey on airline (kazi s Alom ) [protected]@hotmail.com

Good Morning! from Cleveland, Ohio. I wanted to let this airline know that we had a problem when landing in Boston from Istanbul we took flight TK-081 on August 20, 2018 at 2:35pm got to Boston, MA USA August 20, 2018 at 6:30pm. When we got to Boston our baggage was supposed to be checked and sent back to our final destination. We had 5 big baggages in the late evening with 3 children all under 7 years old my little one is 4 years old and you can imagine 10 hour 55 minute flight can be. My husband asked very kind to a man working there he said there was nothing he can. He was very rude man he didnt want to help he was suppose to check our bags and send it back to our final destination. My husband ask a lady and the rude man comes back and tell him and I quote "I told you one time already pick up your baggage and take it to terminal 2" "Are You Deaf" My husband was very disappointed I was waiting with my 3 children and the baggage my husband comes over and said well he can't do anything. So we grab our 5 big luggages plus our carry ons. We was lost with 3 kids, kids was exhausted we was exhausted! The rude man told my husband take bus 11 go to terminal 2. he said We was done with turkish airline very rude. My husband told him what was his name he covered his badge and didn't want to tell us his name. I mean come on he saw me and my children plus the luggage. He didn't have compassion he seem to hate his job. Our luggage was suppose to be checked and transferred to our final destination that man was supposed to take our baggage. Our ticket that they put us in Romania our departure he said our baggage was to be checked and back to our final destination.

My husband told the rude man he had 3 small children and that guy haves the nerves to tell him "that's your problem buddy' WHAT! WHAT KIND OF HUMAN KIND IS HE! Oh MY GOD! My husband didn't want to make a seen due to respect. For his family.

Our experience on the flight was phenomenal we was treated awesome. Food, flight attendants very good. The service a gentleman had with me and my family was awesome Turkish Airline should hire people that is going to like his job people that works with other people if you're going to be rude other make him work outside cleaning the windows no need to put that rude guy working with other people. Not sure what happen to his but what ever it was he wasn't supposed to take it our with anyone not just us no one really need that kind of rudeness in their life. I hope he change him self or get a different job.

After we landed to Boston 6:30pm passed security check, maybe 8ish pm till 10:30ish stay talking with that guy. Waisting your time sending us to terminal 2 no need to send us there we had a 13 hour layover our plan was to sleep in a hotel that night why don't he just mention sorry guys your flight is 13 hours take a hotel and sorry i can't do nothing from here. That is it no need to talk with attitude with "that's your problem buddy" Come one! I just want to make clean Turkish Airlines services in Boston, MA. Was the worst experience we had experience. In our 3rd time flying with Turkish Airline.
My husband have mention this to our relative and friends they all convince me to write a complaint. I don't like to complain. And don't wish no hard to the rude guy that didn't want to show us his badge just that he finds what he loves in life and becomes happy. The other people around his didn't seem to care. Either because if they did some one would of step up and check the bags themselves but instead they stayed watching us like if we was aliens that don't understand. Just simple if you or anyone in life they don't know tell them "sorry'' can't help or find a way.
My children comes first then the rest when I saw my kids exhausted, frustrated, cranky, crying, complaining all i could say my babies please have a little bit of patience it was to the point they had enough! Once again Turkish Airlines it was a pleasure flying with your crew.

Turkish Airlines handicap help between terminals

On Sept 5th 2018 my husband and I travelled from Atlanta to Istanbul on Turkish flight 32.

Both my husband and I have handicap issues.

My husband Malcolm Joel, has just undergone a hip replacement and is in the recovery stages after his surgery. He also has many residual back issues due to arthritis in many areas of the spine and has had multiple surgeries.

I (Lynette Joel) have trocanteric bursitis and 2 weeks before travel had just had my third round of stem cell injections. I was warned and told not to stress the area by to much walking, activity and carrying.

We were very careful to make sure that we had wheelchair assistance on our tickets for the transfer from the plane to our connecting flight. We had a previous experience in Istanbul where we were not assisted and had to walk a very long way to catch our connecting flight, please see complaint TK153823.

On arrival we were ushered onto the wheelchair assistance transport vehicle and we were asked to show our boarding passes. We naturally assumed that we would be taken to the boarding gate.

We were let out of the vehicle and into the terminal at least a 2 K walk from where we needed to be. The was NO help, NO one to ask and NO transportation. We had to walk the full distance with our carry on bags. Both my husband and I have experienced a tremdous setback from this event and the first week of our trip has be ruined.

I expect an apology for this serious lack of assitance, (apologies don't seem to help see previous situation). I want to make sure that we have assistance on our return flight in Istanbul when we make the terminal transition on October 7, 2018 flight 785 . I am requesting that we be given a courtesy upgrade to business class on the Istanbul/Atlanta leg of the journey, to compensate for the mishandling on two occasions.

I look forward to hearing from Turkish with the above requests.

Turkish Airlines turkish airlines do not served to passengers with kids

For our 26 Sept - 6 Oct return flight to Toronto we bought our tickets directly at the Turkish Airlines Ticketing Office in May. I specifically asked for a baby cot while purchasing the ticket and the sales person affirmed me couple of times that the cot was attached to our ticket upon our request. Reading through many negative comments on THY's ability to serve to the passengers with kids I decided to re-check our cot booking and learned that the baby cot was not booked for us and no cots / seats were available at this moment. How #turkishairlines is expecting me to fly for 9 hours with an infant aged 10 months and a toddler aged 2.5 years?! I see that #turkishairlines by no means is a baby friendly airline, nonetheless it still amazes me to see that they do not value their solo passengers who would get heavily disturbed by my kids crying because of their negligence?! Turkish Airlines late flight and lost buggy

I flew with my young children from larnaca to malaga via athens last month. I booked a flight with 2 hrs for connecting flight but the first flight was delayed making us miss the flight . We were put up in a hotel till next morning where we tgen had another flight via istanbul. We put buggy down at aircraft door and was told it would be brought back on arrival at malaga. The buggy was never put on plane and stayed at istanbul when we arrived at our destination the buggy was still in Istanbul. I then had no buggy to carry my 7 month old in or a car seat for taxis or cars. Which was very difficult with a 4 year old and cases.When I eventually got it back they had damaged it. Not happy at all with this.

Turkish Airlines baggage delay

On 8th of September 2018 the flight TK1082 IST-ABV came to Abuja without a single piece of baggage. On 9th September 2018 at 6pm I went to TK office on Abuja airport and they had no information on the baggage - would it come or not that day or no.
This is something that happens on a regular basis in TK, because I have traveled this year five times on relation Belgrade-Istanbul-Abuja, and every time my baggage came with delay. In January came two days after, in April came with three days delay, and so one.
I have traveled with many companies but Turkish is the worst regarding the way they treat their customers!

I came from Budapest to Amman through Istanbul on October 8th on flight TK1036 and RJ 0166 and since then no news of my delayed luggage. I had no phone and nobody can tell me where Is my luggage. I will never take Turkish Airlines again.

Missing Baggage Details LHRTK26523

Was traveling turkish airline on 1st September from lagos to heathrow, London for 6 dsys.The luggage is not delivered and it Is 8 days now. Came for my daughter's admissions and had to buy all uniform and toiletries. Want to know procedure for claiming. Attaching few receipts for the same. It has been very tough without any basic attire and ended up spending almost 1000 pounds for the family of 4. Now my 16 year old has to collect the luggage who is at boarding in school. Been very disappointed and dejected. Your earliest action will be a lot of help.

Turkish Airlines misbehaviour by turkish airlines ground crew in delhi, india

B.karthik, i have booked ticket for my brother Jeya surya balachandran. He about to board flight on 8.9.18, at 6.15 am at TK717 from New delhi to Istanbul ( where he also had connecting flight in Istanbul to Voronezh (Russia) TK481 with 1 day 13 hours layover time in istanbul)
when i booked my ticket there is no information regarding layover time exceeding and visa mandatory from your side.
He was restricted from flight for not having visa for 1 day layover time.. your ground crew behaviour is worst and annoying where my brother was insulted before everyone.
please note that i didnt get any information regarding layover time exceeding and visa information orelse i wouldhave get visa.
because of your airlines worst behaviour i lost my money, his education also affected and we lost peace of mind too. i have never expect this kind of worst customer service from your airlines. please do needful things where am requesting for my money or any other compensation.

Turkish Airlines very bad service in algerian airport

I traveled on September 01 2018 me and my husband and my 3 kids, one a sick todler and 18 months twins.
First, in Algerian airport they were very road with me, they returned my luggage in Algerian airport they said the infant allowed for 10kg I had a very expensive stuff I couldn't bring them with me I was very upset because when I came from Boston everything was fine and my twins had 23kg each.
They didn't give me my strollers in Istanbul I was suffered with 3 kids and they were sick I was crying the all transit.
When I get to the plane I asked for a bassinet for my twins but they didn't give me anything also they give us different sit we had a very bad trip, that's going to be the last time taking Turkish airlines.
