On Friday, May 31 at your Denver PA store. I was charged $30 for groceries that I did not buy. I did purchase $30 for gas. Your employee had my credit card and charged me not only for the gas but also for $30 in groceries. I was not in the store when he did this as I was still at the gas pumps. I have filed a non-purchase for the groceries with my credit card company. I feel as though your employee should be arrested and fired. He was a white male, 6 foot, black hair and fat.

Turkey Hill in Coatesville has no salads, no lactaid or a2 milk, no Entenmann's cakes, breakfast cakes, pies, etc. No bagels, etc. All they have are Tastykakes, pies etc. And other brands. I would have to drive to Wawa or another store but this Turkey Hill is in walking distance to my house. So, why would I want to drive a few miles for a few items? Turkey Hill needs to update their inventory.

I bought my ice cream at a Wegmans supermarket in Fairport NY. The first night I made ice cream cones for my family we questioned whether or not I had bought chocolate and vanilla by mistake because there were no nuts at all. This evening we had cones again and again not one nut to be found. Disappointing! Not sure what happened on the line, but I'll think twice about buying this product again, which is too bad.

I'm curious to know why the unsweetened teas are not available in gallon bottles. I like the Turkey Hill unsweetened tea with lemon flavor and buy it often. But I paying much more over time by having to purchase it in half gallon (or smaller) form. I'd like to see them start offering full gallons of the unsweetened tea. Otherwise I may stop buying it altogether and brew my own.

Turkey hill tea is 2 gallons for 5$ ive been going to the same turkey hill all month and thats what i was being charged then on 05- 17 -2019 i went to turkey hill to get the tea deal . The man whom i never seen working in there before since i moved into this area in october 2019 was working he over charged me . I got home and seen my reciept so i called the same man who rung me up answered the phone he got really nasty with me and told me that tea deal been over . Which im not sure how cuz ive been. Getting that deal all of. May . He was also rude when he waited on me . So i called other turkey hills they said its 2for 5 all month . Then today 05- 18- 2019 i was charged two different prices for my sonoma the boy said one pack rung up at 6 something and the other at 7 something . Ive been using this same store since october 1st 2019 i go there or my fiancee goes there atleast 2 to3 times a week . We always buy the same stuff tea and sonoma menthol 100s . Ever since this man whom i never seen before been there im being over charged and treated very disrespectful . My sonoma are 5.87 so again i called other turkey hills in the area they confirmed my ciggs are still the same price . This turkey hill also has the nacho cheese machine which has been out for a long time and the iced coffee machine is always empty . The other employees there are awsome and friendly its just that one man who i just started seeing i asked to talk to a manager he says he is the manager the name on my reciept dont match the manager name i was given . Im not worried about the money i just dont like the way i am being treated and over charged .i wont be using that store anymore becuase i was and am still very uncomfortable how can 1 turkey hills prices just change in the middle of the month when all the other ones are still the same prices . How can this man think its ok to conduct a buisness while treating and talking to people the way he did .

Every time I buy coffee it leaks all over my car it's damaging my car !been happening for about 1 month now ! I'm waisting money on ur coffee n my car has coffee all down inside my cup holders in my brand new car !its ridiculous! I have many pictures of coffee leaking through my cup on many different days! Even burned my hand considering the hot coffee burnt right thru my cup!

Coffee was old light was blinking n she just put it to rebrew without cleaning out the thermal. Just disgusting. If this is how you run your company i will spread tge word to never buy coffee in your establishment. Either you need to retrain your people I'll get rid of the people that do not hold your business at their best interest because it is disgusting that I have to wait 20 minutes for coffee and then at that when they made it they did not clean up before they brew the coffee Sammy this is disgusting

I bought a six pack of ice cream sandwiches on 1/24/2019 and on 1/26/2019 I descoverd that one of them has a damage that I never seen before.
I really love your ice creams and other foods that I consume on daily basis me and my wife do but I don't feel safe buying more because she pregnant and I'm worry some thing might happen to her are the baby.

I purchased a unit of Turkey Hill ice cream last week in Greene, Maine at an IGA. The flavor was strawberry. I was enjoying a dish of it this evening and found a rather long black hair in the ice cream. Hoping it was my own hair so I could continue eating, I pulled at it and it was wrapped around a frozen strawberry twice! I had to stop eating the ice cream and had to throw it out as I just can't continue eating after I find a hair. My hair is light brown and about half the length of the one I found.
I am quite sure that your employees must wear hairnets but encourage you to enforce a stricter policy. Wish I could have eaten it but hair always stops me in my tracks.

On Friday I got 30 in gas your establishment charge me with two $75 holding fees so for 30 gas you charged me 150 in holding fees also I go 28 in fees from trying to get money out that shouldve been tgere not knowing you took 150 out of my account and I'm thinking my money is in there and I was charged 28 so today you get your 30 and you give me 33.50 back to my account now why since you got paid your still holding $75 for holding fee after you got paid also who's paying 28 in fees from atm?

I recently purchased a Turkey Hill chocolate and vanilla pint ice cream which was 1/8 chocolate and 7/8 vanilla. I have photographs which shows this and I believe it is absurd and wrong. You can not advertise your product to be one thing, and sell another. This is something I feel very strongly about and would appreciate a response of some sort. Thank you for considering my thoughts.

I go to turkey hill to purchase vuse they show one price but cash out another price I'm under the impression it's on sale and the price have been this was for over a month now and every time I go the cashier Name Ron is arguing with me telling me that he won't serve me or that I can't purchase my items it's embarrassing when he have the other customers laughing like I'm wrong so today I didn't buy anything and just left the store

I purchased the seasonal dark chocolate ice cream a day ago. It was icy on top and it was completely different from the last time I got it, last year. I'm so disappointed because it completely ruined the flavor. I'm not sure what happened. I usually love this flavor but it tastes very off and it clearly wasn't made or stored properly. Again, I usually love this kind, and this is the first time I have had your ice cream and complained.

The milk machine has been down for about two weeks only leaving one machine for everyone to gather around . No French vanilla since the machine has been down . Completely out of sugar for almost two days including packets on 9/24 and 9/25 . There is a very limited selection of grill products to choose from . The store has seen to go downhill since the new manger has taken over . Assistant manager has a very bad Alcohol odor coming from him

I go to turkey hill near me on hazle st in Wilkes Barre, pa to buy drinks when they are on sale.. I especially like the buy 3 for $4.00... Recently I stop and read the sign and it says all turkey hill teas and drinks for the sale price.. so I started purchasing your iced coffee with the tea and received the sale price for about 2 weeks than I came in to purchase my 2 teas and 1 coffee and was told I can not purchase the ice coffee under the same deal as the tea... the sign clearly states all turkey hill teas and drinks..

I bought a 18.5 ounces of iced tea in one of United Concordia's vending machines. It tastes awful. Like there is definitely something wrong with it. I could not drink it. I do not know if there is something wrong with it or what. The taste is not the normal iced tea flavor.

A girl named Dani waited on me this evening, she was very rude to me about getting lottery and because I did not have my rewards card with me but it is attached to my phone number. I prepaid for gas, she set the wrong pump and told me "if you would have told me the right pump you wouldn't have had to walk your fat [censored] back in". I have never been treated in such a manner in all the years that I have been coming to your stores.

Around ten am I went to the soda machine first I dispensed the cubed I've then when the Pepsi came out I noticed a dead fly disperse into the cup I immediately found the manager n showed him he claimed he would document incident and he went to the machine n began cleaning it himself he was very apologetic..there is food n a grill right by the soda n thankfully I did not swallow fly

1. On Saturday, July, 7, 2018 I traveled to the Turkey Hill store, located at New Holland Rd and High Blvd (located in Reading?) between the time of 2-4pm to buy coffee. I was trying to buy three cups of coffee and I wanted to buy hazelnut coffee in particular. When I got there, I observed that there was no hazelnut coffee and I asked the store clerk to make the hazelnut coffee. I believe his name was Jason and he told me that he could not make the hazelnut coffee, per instructions from his supervisor. So, I asked for the supervisor and Jason told me that she had left for the day.

I do not think that I should ever be told that "I CAN NOT HAVE THE COFFEE THAT I WANT". I go to Turkey Hill every day to buy coffee and I do not think that I should have experienced this. I hope you will take the steps necessary to make sure no customer ever have this experience.
