Liars and lots of deception
Ordered online and it said ifnyou order by 3pm you'll have it Tuesday. Wednesday I called cause it didn't come and they said it'll be delivered tomorrow, Thursday. Thursday I call when not received and was assured it'll be here Friday. Called Friday still not received and was told they don't guarantee delivery times. Totally lied, deceived and took advantage, and after checking there are many such reviews. Pay a couple dollars more elsewhere. You may actually get what you buy. Also got threat by email from Damien.

Do not do business with this company. The person running the show is a liar and if they make a mistake you will be sorry you did business with them. I sent them an bracelet to engrave. All they had to do is engrave the back of bracelet. When I received the finished item I discovered that they engraved the front of the bracelet. This is where the problem...

I have ordered a ring from www.tungstenfashions.com and received an incorrect size one. I contacted their customer support service and they said that it was my fault that I ordered wrong size ring. I know I ordered the correct size!
They didn't want to listen, they did not offer me any help. They just said that there was nothing they could do. I will not buy from this website ever again and I would not recommend them too anyone!

You do not need to speak to someone to do an exchange many times. If you did have the ring engraved, then we are not able to exchange or return an engraved ring. Very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with Tungstenfashions. I ordered several items from them and never received anything. But the worst part was that they charged my card and refused to give me a refund. I tried to contact customer service many times, but they are absolutely useless and unprofessional. Have been tying to resolve the matter over a month with no luck. I'll never order anything from them again. I hope someone from customer service will read this and provide some help.
Tungstenfashions.com has poor customer service, the highest price rings that I could find on the web. I don’t know who will really want to buy from them. This company is ineffective. Their business is strange and unprofitable.
