Tunas Duta Cemerlang Sdn Bhd worst delivery service

Syarikat kami telah menerima banyak aduan daripada pelanggan kami berhubung barang yang dihantar tidak sampai kepada mereka dan sampai lambat.Disertakan sekali beberapa CN yang bermasalah dimana barang yang dihantar tidak sampai dan tracking tidak di update dalam sistem abx.Jadi keadaan ini menyebabkan pelanggan tidak dapat trace kedudukan parcel mereka.Berikut ialah senarai CN yang terlibat:
CN:[protected]-ABX Kota Bharu pick up pada 10/1/18 tapi sampai sekarang barang masih tidak sampai.Dalam sistem tidak update.Parcel nak hantar ke Perak.
CN:[protected] - ABX KB pick up pada 7/1/18 tapi pada 8/1/18 check status masih ada di Petaling Jaya dan tidak sampai lagi kepada customer.
CN: [protected] - ABX KB pick up pada 27/12/17, barang hantar ke Pahang tetapi sehingga 12/1/18 barang masih tak sampai.Memang mengarut la hantar barang ke Pahang akan take time mcm ni sekali.Kami banyak kali follow up dengan staf ABX tapi tak angkat dan setelah beberapa hari baru jawab cl tetapi jawapan yang diberikan memang alasan yang bodoh.Masing2 tidak mahu bertanggungjawab berhubung isu kelewatan ini.

Sebelum ini juga, pihak kami ada membuat aduan berhubung isu yang sama yang mana melibatkan service yang teruk.Kelewatan penghantaran ini telah menyebabkan reputasi dan imej TDC terjejas dan aduan Pelanggan kami banyak melabel TDC sebagai penipu duit pembayaran sebab mereka semua membayar tunai sebelum penghantaran malah dimaklumkan pelanggan akan melaporkan kepada pihak berkuasa untuk tindakan.TDC berharap agar pihak ABX boleh memberikan penjelasan dan tindakan sewajarnya dalam kadar segera.

Tunas Duta Cemerlang Sdn Bhd slow delivery and bad service

Our parcel already pick up by ABX Kota Bharu on 6/12/2017, and has been in shipment tracking for 5 working days now.The shipment of our parcel is [protected] My customer called ABX Ipoh at number [protected] on 11/12/2017 and was informed NO STAFF to send the parcel to our customer. The parcel is still with them. Hello! ABX has only one staff in Ipoh? The customer service said if want urgent, can pick up by own at their office.
Your service is really bad!

Tunas Duta Cemerlang Sdn Bhd late received product and poor service

Got many complaint from our Dealer that their product that we post out through ABX service late delivered to them.There are some state that got complaint from our dealer:

1.Negeri Sembilan - Received product after 21 days
2.Sabah - Received product after 2 weeks and pick-up by own
3.Johor -Received product after 2 weeks
4.Selangor-Pick up by own after 1 week

Bad management service at ABX Kota Bharu.
