I ordered a free trial of this cream and have since found out that many people that ordered a free trial are now being sent cream and monies debited from their account. I have tried to find a number and a real person! to speak to but to no avail.
I am requesting very strongly that my bank NOT be debited for potential cream that you may send.
I am in Australia and will take this further if need be.

Hi, I too have been caught but I cannot find the payment details on my credit card statement. Are you able to advise me what company name appears for the debit please?

Hi Rosemary, Also an Aussie also sucked in but no more I also cannot find phone numbers that will put me a through to another ‘person’ all I get is a recording with send us a email and we will respond ASAP yeah sure you will. Rosemary I went to my bank had my card replace was done in 3 working days. I then had another attack on the new card ( I wasn’t impressed) so I had to contact bank again they then locked my account to the company so that no monies could be taken I was also told that I will get my money back. I hope you do as well. Start by going to your bank and having the payment stopped. Good luck!
